Research and importance of legal services applied with AI so that it can be easily understood and predictable in difficult legal fields is increasing. In this study, based on the decision of the Tax Tribunal in the field of tax law, a model was built through self-learning through information collection and data processing, and the prediction results were answered to the user's query and the accuracy was verified. The proposed model collects information on tax decisions and extracts useful data through web crawling, and generates word vectors by applying Word2Vec's Fast Text algorithm to the optimized output through NLP. 11,103 cases of information were collected and classified from 2017 to 2019, and verified with 70% accuracy. It can be useful in various legal systems and prior research to be more efficient application.

Our research brings managerial insights for developing new digital convergence of devices and services. To explain the phenomenon of device and service convergence, we combine two different approaches from separate research fields: a perceptual mapping technique generally used for segmentation in marketing and associative network analysis mobilized to understanding network structure of core and peripheral as well as the information mediating role of nodes in network science. By combining these two approaches, we provide an in-depth analysis of the associations among devices and services by assessing the centrality of device and service nodes in an associative network. This is done by examining the connections between these services and devices as well as investigating the role of mediation in the combined device-service associative network. Our results based on bi-partite network analysis of survey responses from 250 Internet Protocol (IP) television viewers show which device and which service will play the major role in future device and service convergence as well as which characteristics and functionalities have to be incorporated into future convergence. Among the devices, the mobile handset with the betweenness centrality of 0.26 appears to be the device that would lead future device convergence. Among the services, wireless broadband with the betweenness centrality of 0.276 appears to be the service on which future service convergence needs to be developed. This result is quite unexpected, since wireless broadband has a lower penetration rate than other services, such as fixed broadband and cable TV. In addition, we indicate the possibility of converging devices, such as personal digital assistant (PDA) and mobile handset, and services, such as IPTV and mobile Internet, into wireless broadband services in the future.

In this paper, miniaturized patch antenna operating at ISM band has been designed by applying the fractal technique. Various type of antenna structure, microstrip patch antenna and koch curve microstrip patch antenna has been proposed and simulated using Ansoft HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulator). The area of microstrip patch antenna and koch microstrip patch antenna is 1,058 $mm^2$, and 891 $mm^2$ respectively, showing the size reduction ratio of 16%. The finally made koch curve microstrip patch antenna resonates at 2.45GHz with return loss of 22.69dB, VSWR of 1.2142, and antenna radiation gain of 3.26dBi.

User authentication refers to user identification based on something a user knows, something a user has, something a user is or something the user does; it can also take place based on a combination of two or more of such factors. With the increasingly diverse risks in online environments, user authentication methods are also becoming more diversified. This research analyzes user authentication methods being used in various online environments, such as web portals, electronic transactions, financial services and e-government, to identify the characteristics and issues of such authentication methods in order to present a user authentication level system model suitable for different online services. The results of our method are confirmed through a risk assessment and we verify its safety using the testing method presented in OWASP and NIST SP800-63.

In this paper, we propose a multiplex channel shopping mall services using IPTV. The main idea and features are as follows. First, we suggest bi-directional conversation channel instead of conventional unidirectional channel. Currently shopping mall broadcast services are one sidedly provided by commercial company. In these kinds of methods, efficient communication of information between commercial company and users is difficult problem. In this paper, we can solve this problem by using IPTV technology. Second, we can create new profit model by using combination of both the advantages of internet shopping mall and the advantages of cable TV shopping mall.

Smart City for establishing mutual communication for next-generation digital signage technology attracting attention in the tele screen service is being spread. In recent years, the state of the surrounding circumstances of the user-to-user information such as situation-based, bi-directional communication by collecting and analyzing the possible interactive tele-screen services. This study suggests the value of smart city services platform, standardization trends, domestic, and international marketability analysis information. Tele-screen service technology is able to be a high-level administrative services, and further domestic e-government technology can be spread all over the world.

Most important to financial is to provide well designed and built services to the customers by accessing their core bank systems and affiliated systems in their partners. This will be essential to introduce new products and services and still be able to count on legacy and collaborative affiliated systems. Winning the war on such service competitions among financial institutions is attainable by seizing the 'e-bank' opportunities in B2Bi and CRM ( Customer Relationship Management ). Such application integrations among systems and 'e-bank' services need to be available in the new IT environment.

Objectives : The Purposes of this study were to investigate payment system for oriental medical treatment as supplier of medical services, and to estimate reasonable levels of medical fee. Methods : This study made these following results by reviewing the answers which were given by 172 Korea traditional doctors from March 1 to April 15, 2006. Results : General satisfaction of payment system for oriental health insurance was $2.17{\pm}1.01$ $(mean{\pm}SD)$ on a 1-7 scale (median 4) as very low level. Reasonable medical fees which were answered by 172 Korea traditional doctor are higher than present fees, thus Korea traditional doctors think that present fees should be increased. And according to the survey, current insurance fees have a problem of disparity between each treatment fee. Conclusions : According to results of this study, current fees of oriental medical treatment are not rational. And this problem leads to distortion of medical treatment. Additional studies in thls field are needed.

Mobile IP is a solution to support mobile nodes, however, it does not handle NEtwork MObility (NEMO). The NEMO Basic Support (NBS) protocol ensures session continuity for all the nodes in the mobile network. Since the protocol is based on Mobile IP, it inherits the same fundamental problem such as tunnel convergence, when supporting the multicast for NEMO. In this paper, we propose the multicast route optimization scheme for NEMO environment. We assume that the Mobile Router (MR) has a multicast function and the Nested Mobile Router Information (NeMRI) table. The NeMRI is used to record o list of the CoAs of all the MRs located below it. And it covers whether MRs desire multicast services. Any Route Optimization (RO) scheme can be employed here for pinball routing. Therefore, we achieve optimal routes for multicasting based on the given architecture. We also propose cost analytic models to evaluate the performance of our scheme. We observe significantly better multicast cost in NEMO compared with other techniques such as Bi-directional Tunneling, Remote Subscription, and Mobile Multicast based on the NBS protocol.
