한국자산관리공사 지역본부의 조세정리사업 성과에 대한 효율성 분석 (A Study on the Analysis of work efficiency to the tax reorganization project of regional headquarters of Korea Asset Management Corporation)

  • 이 연구는 DEA-Malmquist 분석 모형을 이용하여 2017년부터 2019년까지 3년간 패널데이터를 이용하여 한국자산관리공사 지역본부의 조세정리사업에 대한 효율성과 생산성의 지수 변화를 분석하였다. DEA 분석 결과에 따르면, 한국자산관리공사 지역본부 조세정리사업의 CCR 모형에 의한 효율성의 평균은 2017년 0.671, 2018년 0.772, 2019년 0.699으로 나타났고, BCC 모형에 의한 효율성 평균은 2017년 0.798, 2018년 0.851, 2019년 0.771로 나타났다. Malmquist 생산성 지수를 분석한 결과는 시계열 평균 생산성 지수 MPI는 4.5% 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 순수효율 성변화의 감소 보다는 기술효율성의 변화, 기술 변화, 규모효율성의 증가에 원인이 있는 것으로 보여진다. MPI의 변화를 연도별로 살펴보면, 2017-2018년에 14.6%의 감소를 보였으나, 2018-2019년에는 27.8%로 크게 증가하였다. 공기업의 구체적인 조세사업의 DEA 분석의 결과를 통해 한국자산관리공사의 각 지역본부가 상호 벤치마킹을 통해 업무역량을 강화하는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

DEA Window 모형을 활용한 한국의 내항여객운송항로 효율성 평가 (Evaluation of the Efficiency of Korea's Domestic Passenger Shipping Routes using DEA Window)

  • 본 연구는 DEA Window 모형을 활용하여 국내 내항여객운송항로 90개 항로를 의사결정단위(DMU: Decision Making Unit)하여 효율성을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 2015~2019년 데이터를 원도우 3기로 구분하고, 선박의 운항횟수, 선박총톤수 및 운항거리를 투입변수로, 일반인 및 도서민 운송실적을 산출변수로 하여 효율성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 상대적 효율성이 낮은 항로에 대해서는 개선사항을 도출하여 제시하였다. 특히 수익항로로 민간사업자가 선박을 운항하고 있는 일반항로와 비수익항로로 국가가 지원하고 있는 보조항로에 대해 효율성 평가를 하였다. 아울러 CCR모형의 기술효율성(technical efficiency: TE)과 BCC모형의 순수기술 효율성(pure technical efficiency: PTE) 값을 활용하여 규모효율성(scale efficiency: SE)을 도출하였다. 항로의 비효율성은 규모효율성(SE)보다 순수기술 효율성(PTE)에 의한 것임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 분석결과에 나타난 각 항로에 대한 개선사항을 고려하여 내항여객운송항로 정책 수립시 고려할 필요가 있을 것이다.

  • 본 논문은 호텔 관광 서비스 업계에서 급변하는 전산화와 글로벌화에 대응하기 위하여 IT 솔루션 도입을 통하여 기업의 업무 처리를 고도화하고 고객 서비스 대응력을 높인 사례를 연구하였다. 이를 통하여 국내 유수의 호텔 관광기업이 효과적으로 고객 요구에 대응하기 위하여 CRM 솔루션을 자체적으로 개발하여 실무에 활용하도록 함으로써, 고객에 대한 분석력을 높이고 고객별 마케팅 전략 수립과 고객에 특화 한 영업을 전개하는 활용 사례를 연구하였다. 특히 본 연구는 호텔 관광 업계의 CRM 솔루션 도입 과정과 CRM을 이용한 영업 업무 및 마케팅 업무에 활용해 나가는 과정에 대하여 논하였고, CRM 도입에 의한 효과를 DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) 를 통하여 분석하였다. 우선 CRM을 도입한 L사의 각 사이트별 상대적 효율성을 CCR 모형으로 비교 분석하였으며, 그 다음 L사의 대표 사이트에 소속된 각 영업장들의 상대적 효율성을 BCC 모형으로 비교 분석하였다.

DEA를 이용한 손해보험회사의 효율성 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Efficiency of Property-Liability Insurance Companies using DEA)

  • This paper attempts to show how DEA(data envelopment analysis), a nonparametric productivity analysis method, can be employed for insurance companies to improve their respective efficiencies and competitiveness. Specifically, we measured relative technical efficiencies and returns to scale of 11 Korean property-liability insurance companies using BCC model, and raised several issues including the cause of inefficiency, benchmarking toward reference set and resource allocation concerning the insurance companies. Also, in order to monitor the variability of the research results over periods, we employed longitudinal analysis to see the moving patterns of technical efficiencies, returns to scale and frequencies included in the reference set of the individual insurance companies under consideration. The methodology and the results in this paper may also serve as a useful guideline for individual insurance companies to set their respective business strategies.

단결정 철의 소성에 대한 멀티스케일 모델링 (Multi-scale Modeling of Plasticity for Single Crystal Iron)

  • Atomistic simulations have become useful tools for exploring new insights in materials science, but the length and time scale that can be handled with atomistic simulations are seriously limiting their practical applications. In order to make meaningful quantitative predictions, atomistic simulations are necessarily combined with higher-scale modeling. The present research is thus concerned with the development of a multi-scale model and its application to the prediction of the mechanical properties of body-centered cubic(BCC) iron with an emphasis on the coupling of atomistic molecular dynamics with meso-scale discrete dislocation dynamics modeling. In order to achieve predictive multi-scale simulations, it is necessary to properly incorporate atomistic details into the meso-scale approach. This challenge is handled with the proposed hierarchical information passing strategy from atomistic to meso-scale by obtaining material properties and dislocation mobility. Finally, this fundamental and physics-based meso-scale approach is employed for quantitative predictions of the mechanical response of single crystal iron.

고상소결중의 수축률 변화에 미치는 입계에너지의 영향 (Effect of Grain Boundary Energy on the Shrinkage Rate of Solid State Sintering)

  • The shrinkage rate of solid state sintering has been theoretically derived by combining the rate equation of material transport and the net free energy change resulting from the decrease of solid-vapor interface and the increase of grain boundary during sintering. For a sinteing model an idealized situation of the spherical particles with BCC packing was taken as the initial condition and the shrinkage was assumed to occur by forming the flat circualr grain boundaries on each particle. The plotted shrinkage rates as a function of grain boundary to surface energy ratio $(gamma_g/gamma_s)$ have shown that the relative density increases linearly at the initial stage of sintering but the shrinkage rate is decreased upon further sintering due to a decrease in driving force for densificaton. It has been also shown that the densification is critically affected by the $gamma_g/gamma_s$ ratio. In order to get the complete densificatin the ratio should be less than $sqrt{3}$. Any additive or atmospheric condition causing the decrease of$_g/gamma_s$ ratio will enhance sintering.

DEA를 활용한 한중 카페리 항로의 효율성 분석 (A Study on Measuring the Efficiency of Korea-China Car Ferry Routes by using Data Envelopment Analysis)

  • In this prolonged economic recession, the countries in Northeast Asia play a crucial role in the global market and the relationship between Korea and China gets more attention due to its significant achievement during the past 20 years after the establishment of diplomatic ties in 1992. In this regards, this study presents general overview of Korea-China Car Ferry Route and evaluates the efficiency level of each operating route using DEA model. Incheon-Yingkou, Incheon-Lianyungang, Pyeong Taek-Lianyungang are analyzed as efficent routes, while from the view point of passenger efficiency, 4 routes i.e, Incheon-Dalian, Incheon-Dandong, Pyeong Taek- Weihai, Gunsan-Shidao are also noted as efficient routes. Consequently, other inefficient routes can benchmark these efficient routes by increasing cargo volume and passengers.

  • Seaports play a vital role in the economic development of countries, especially for countries having long coastlines such as Vietnam Seaport industry in Vietnam has witnessed an impressive development in recent years. The national cargo throughput in the period 2013-2017 achieved a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 11.8%/year, higher than that of the world (5.1%). However, the differences in planning policies and infrastructure systems has led to the differences in port performance efficiency of regional ports. Therefore, it is necessary to have a general and accurate view of the picture of Vietnam's seaport. The objective of this study was to analyze the relative efficiencies of 26 Vietnam container terminals using traditional output-oriented CCR and BCC DEA model. Malmquist P roductivity Index (MP I) was also applied to evaluate changes in container terminals productivity over time.

Theoretical Studies of Surface Diffusion : Multidimensional TST and Effect of Surface Vibrations

  • We present a theoretical formulation of diffusion process on solid surface based on multidimensional transition state theory (TST). Surface diffusion of single adatom results from hopping processes on corrugated potential surface and is affected by surface vibrations of surface atoms. The rate of rare events such as hopping between lattice sites can be calculated by transition state theory. In order to include the interactions of the adatom with surface vibrations, it is assumed that the coordinates of adatom are coupled to the bath of harmonic oscillators whose frequencies are those of surface phonon modes. When nearest neighbor surface atoms are considered, we can construct Hamiltonians which contain terms for interactions of adatom with surface vibrations for the well minimum and the saddle point configurations, respectively. The escape rate constants, thus the surface diffusion parameters, are obtained by normal mode analysis of the force constant matrix based on the Hamiltonian. The analysis is applied to the diffusion coefficients of W, Ir, Pt and Ta atoms on the bcc(110) plane of W in the zero-coverage limit. The results of the calculations are encouraging considering the limitations of the model considered in the study.

DEA와 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용한 정보화촉진기금 융자사업의 효율성 분석 (Data Envelopment and Classification Model for Efficiency Analysis of Information Technology Promotion Fund)

  • The relative efficiency of loan projects of information technology promotion fund is measured using Data Envelopment Analysis. Information technology promotion project is supervised by the Ministry of Information and Communication and is managed by the Institute of Information Technology Assessment. Among all the projects of information technology supported by this fund, this study deals with the themes that have been completed from 2000 to 2002. With multiple input and output data including the amount of fund, the period of study, the rate of increase in revenue, the increase in the amount of export and the increase in the number of patent, the relative efficiency scores of all the 119 subjects were calculated in CCR and BCC models of DEA. From the reference sets of some inefficient Decision Making Units, the causes of their inefficiency were analyzed. To compare the relative efficiencies among various DMUs, Super-Efficiency Ranking Method and Logistic Regression Model were used. As the result of this study, it was shown that W promotion funds in the fields related to mobile technology, visual equipment and communication device were used most efficiently.
