관세법에서는 해외직구물품이 일정금액(미화 150불, 단 미국은 미화 200불)이하 또는 자기사용 물품으로 인정되는 경우에 제세를 면제토록 규정하고 있으며 관련규정을 어길시 관세법상 무신고 밀수입죄에 해당된다. 본 논문은 해외직구 리셀러(되팔이)가 증가하고 해당 사항이 사회적 이슈로 대두되기에 해외직구 물품 불법거래에 관한 모니터링시스템을 설계하고 해석하였다. 온라인 중고 사이트(e-commerce)에서 거래되고 있는 거래 내용을 크롤링을 통하여 데이터를 수집·전처리를 통해 구조화하고 데이터 정제, 텍스트 범주화, 텍스트 마이닝 등 관계 예측을 해석하였다.

기계학습 분야에서 모델을 학습시키려면 많은 양의 데이터가 필요하다. 최근에는 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서 데이터가 적은 환경에서 모델을 학습하는 다양한 방법들이 소개되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 방법을 사용하기 위해서는 어느 정도 최소한의 학습 데이터가 필요하기 때문에 극심하게 데이터가 부족한 환경에서는 사용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서 기계학습을 사용할 때 극심하게 데이터가 부족한 환경에서 시뮬레이션 도구를 활용한 인조 데이터 생성 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과를 통해 시뮬레이션 도구를 활용하여 생성한 인조 데이터로 학습한 모델이 실제 데이터만을 학습한 모델을 대체할 수 있음을 확인하였고, F-1 점수와 정확도가 향상함을 실험적으로 확인하였다.

We present preliminary results of the VLA archival HI data of local AGN hosts. The sample consists of the galaxies selected from the Swift-BAT hard X-ray survey. The main goal is to probe the gas environment of the sample in order to verify the role of gas accretion as one of the major AGN triggering mechanisms. HI, as a mostly diffuse and extended gas component in many galaxies, is a sensitive tracer to explore the impact of the surroundings on galaxies. In this work, we therefore probe the HI imaging data of a subsample of BAT-BASS AGN hosts, starting with the cases for which relatively high HI fluxes have been reported from the past single-dish observations. Based on their resolved HI properties, we will discuss the possibility of gas accretion and its role in powering AGNs in these examples.

한국 학생들이 영어 모음들을 어떻게 인지하는지 알아보기 위해서, 49명의 한국 대학생들을 대상으로 11개의 영어 목표 모음 [i, ɪ, eɪ, ɛ, æ, ɑ, ɔ, oʊ, ʊ, u, ʌ]이 들어간 단어 beat, bit, bait, bet, bat, pot, bought, boat, put, boot, but들의 모음을 판별하는 인지실험을 실행하였다. 실험결과 bet, bought, boot의 모음을 판별하는 정확도가 50%이하로 낮았고, 반면에 bat, pot, boat의 모음 인지 정확도는 70% 이상으로 높았다. 영어 목표 모음별로 혼동도표를 통해서 목표 영어 모음들의 혼동패턴과 최소대립어 훈련도 제시되었다.

사용자 중심의 스마트 홈의 필요성과 1인가구가 증가함에 따라 현대인들의 건강에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 사용자 중심의 스마트 홈의 필요성을 인지하고 1인가구 사용자의 니즈를 분석하여 사용자의 주거공간에 적용될 수 있는 헬스 케어 서비스를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 사용자의 요구를 고려한 편리하고 효율적인 1인가구 헬스케어를 위한 스마트 홈 디자인 방향을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 CBD 기반의 RUP 모델을 이용하여 재 사용이 가능한 컴포넌트들을 설계하였으며, 이를 이용하여 연구관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 연구관리 시스템의 주요 사용자 인터페이스인 등록관리 및 변경관리를 위한 컴포넌트를 구성하였으며, 구성된 컴포넌트들은 관련 SW개발에 효율적으로 재 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

BAT Korea's Factory is the one of the major projects that clearly confirms and demonstrates that Construction Management (CM), provided by a Korean CM Company to the foreign clients, enables them to successfully complete projects; with savings in time and reduction in cost, which it is $15\%$ lower than the cost of the overseas construction. Also, throughout the thorough schedule management, it was possible to commence with manufacturing one month after the completion date. The Key Success Factors was generated by the excellent construction management skills, and more importantly by the confidence gained by the client in giving a CM company full authority for the construction management of the project. This study has focus on elements of construction management applied to this project throughout the concept of 'One Stop Shop', including cost managements, contract management and value engineering etc. We hope that this study will provide useful data to enable public clients to take advantages of construction management, in a similar way to. the private clients, who have already implemented CM actively.

The electrical properties of thick PZT films deposited on Ag-Pd/$Al_2O_3$ and Pt electrodes were carefully investigated according to the annealing methods and the sub-strates. For electrical properties measurements, silver was deposited on PZT films as top electrode. The crystallogaphic structure of the films was examined by standard X-ray diffraction method to determine which crystalline phase was present. Dielctric constant was measured at 1 kHz, 10 mV by using a HP4284A. The electrical properties of PZT films with 3 wt% PbO addition were not improved. It was also found that the Ag-Pd layer has a good possibility as electrode instead of Pt. It seems clear from the present experiments that the thick PZT films having the good electrical properties can certainly be obtained using spin on technique combined with rapid thermal annealing.

In order to study process of spermiogenesis of the Korean greater horseshoe bat, Rhinolophus ferrumequinum korai, the cycle of seminiferous epithelium was examined by the light and electron microscope and the following results were obtained based on the epithelial cell differentiation. 1. Spermiogenesis occurred from early July to mid-Octber, and spermatogenic activity was vigorous from mid-August to late September. Spermatocytes including spermatogonia were found to be degenerated in only July. It is deduced that the degeneration serves as the mechanism to regulate effective use of energy to prepare for mating and hibernating periods, and regulation of breeding cycle. 2. Spermiogenesis of the Korean greater horseshoe bat was divided according to differentiation of the cell structure, into Golgi, cap, acrosome, maturation and spermiation phases; Golgi, cap and spermiation phases were further divided into two steps of early and late phase respectively, and acrosome phase into three steps of early, mid and late phases, and maturation phase has only one step. Hence, the spermiogenesis consists of ten phases. The first research was done in this article on the changes of chromatin with nucleus, the time of appearance and disappearance of chromatin granules, in case of Korean greater horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus ferrumequinum korai). Chromatin granule began to be condensed in late Golgi and the condensation proceeded to form an irregular mass of a electron-dense chromatin in a form of circular cylinder in the center of nucleus at the phase of maturation. Finally, the chromatin condensation proceeded and perfect nucleus of sperm with homogeneous density was formed when the sperm was separated from Sertoli cell. Therefore, appearance and disappearance of chromatin granules occurred in the period of time between late Golgi and maturation phase, The tail of sperm began to develop in early cap phase, Numerous lipid droplets were obseved in the cytoplasm of spermatids during the maturation phase, which seemed to be used as energy source necessary to make mature sperm during spermiogenesis.
