Hodgson's bats are critically endangered in South Korea. This study analyzed the concentrations of elements in liver, kidney, and intestine tissues from a Hodgson's bat found dead in the wild. The concentrations of essential elements followed the order Fe > Zn > Cu > Mn > Se in the three tissues. Hg was detected at the highest concentrations among the non-essential elements analyzed in the liver and kidney tissues, while As was the most highly concentrated non-essential element in the intestine. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study of tissue element concentrations in Hodgson's bats.

본 논문은 군과 경찰 등에서 수행하는 시뮬레이션 사격 훈련 중 스크린 사격과 VR 사격이 혼합된 복합 훈련 환경에서 사용할 수 있는 일체형 시뮬레이션 사격 서비스에 대해 연구하였다. 이 서비스는 스크린과 HMD에 투사되는 목표물에 대해 사격 훈련이 가능하도록 설계한 서비스로 하나의 가상공간에서 사용할 경우 스크린을 이용한 개인 사격 훈련과 VR을 이용한 팀 사격 훈련이 동시에 가능하다. 일체형 시뮬레이션 총기의 총구에 비가시 적외선 레이저 모듈을 장착하여 스크린 사격이 가능하도록 하고, 총열 상단에 HTC Vive Tracker를 장착하여 VR 사격에서 훈련자의 자세 및 위치를 인식하게 한다. 총열 하단에는 사용자의 행동을 제어하는 손잡이 형태의 인터페이스 모듈을 장착한다. 비가시 적외선 레이저 모듈과 인터페이스 모듈에서 발생한 신호는 일체형 시뮬레이션 총기의 총열에 장착한 무선 통신 모듈에 의해 블루투스 방식으로 통합 제어 장치로 전달되어 처리함으로써 혼합 환경에서 사용이 가능하다. 스크린 사격과 VR 사격이 동시에 가능한 혼합 환경에서 시험한 결과 운용이 가능한 것을 확인하였다. 일체형 시뮬레이션 사격 서비스는 기존 사람 중심의 훈련 서비스에서 자동차 또는 함정 등과 같은 조종 훈련 플랫폼과 연동하여 운용할 수 있는 기술 발전이 필요하다.

This study was conducted in organic and conventional farming areas to understand the activity and habitat use patterns of bats according to farming methods. A total of 521 bat sounds were recorded, of which approximately 90% sounds were of Pipistrellus abramus. The activity of bats according to farming methods was significantly higher in organic farming areas. Bat activity was the highest for approximately an hour after sunset, and gradually decreased. Buzz calls in bats were also significantly higher in organic farming areas, and buzz calls were identified only in Pipistrellus abramus. Our results suggest that the activity of bats was significantly higher in organic farming areas, and the differences in activity and habitat use of bats according to farming methods show that bats can be used as an indicator species of farming methods.

목적: 본 연구에서는 한국관박쥐 망막에서의 시각계를 이해하기 위하여 한국관박쥐의 망막 내 글루타메이트 및 ${\gamma}$-aminobutyric acid (GABA), 아세틸콜린과 같은 중추신경계의 주요 신경전달물질과 수용체, 신경교세포인 뮬러세포의 분포를 분석하였다. 방법: 성체 한국관박쥐의 망막을 대상으로 하였다. 망막을 수직 절편한 다음, 표준면역세포화학법을 적용하였다. 공초점 현미경을 사용하여 면역형광이미지 내 면역반응성을 확인하였다. 결과: 한국관박쥐의 망막에서 글루타메이트에 대한 면역반응성을 나타내는 신경세포들은 주로 신경절세포층에 존재하였다. GABA에 대한 면역반응성을 가지는 신경세포들은 내핵층에 주요하게 분포했으며, GABA의 수용체들은 내망상층에 존재하였다. 아세틸콜린의 면역반응성 신경세포들은 주로 내핵층에 위치하고 있었으며, 니코틴성 아세틸콜린 수용체 각각의 면역반응성들은 대부분 내망상층에 밀집해 있었다. 한국관박쥐의 망막에서 신경교세포 중 하나인 뮬러세포는 신경절 세포층에서 외핵층까지 길게 뻗어 있었다. 결론: 본 연구를 통하여 한국관박쥐의 망막에도 다른 포유동물의 망막에 있는 주요 신경전달물질 및 수용체, 뮬러세포가 존재한다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 한국관박쥐는 조직화된 망막 신경회로를 가지는 기능적 망막을 가지고 있음을 의미한다.

A process for the production of mannitol from fructose (5% to 25%) using Leuconosyoc mesenteroides NRRL B-1149 was investigated. Fermentations were carried out in bat도 of fed-batch fermentations without aeration at 28℃, pH 5.0. When 5% fructose was used in batch culture fermentation, the yield of mannitol was 78% of that expected theoretically. When the fructose concentration was increased to 10%, the yield dropped to 59.6% of the theoretical value. However, in the fed-batch culture, using 10% fructose, the yield was 81.9% of the theoretical value. In a 15% fructose fed-bat도 culture, with 5% fructose being added initially and the other 10% fructose being added as a continuous supply, the final yield was 83.7% of the theoretical yield. When 20% fructose was used in the same manner, the yield was 89.5% of theoretical yield.

Mask cells are distributed in the animal tissue, The bat subject has not been studied with the electron microscope, The material was fixed in 2.5% phosphate buffered glutaraldehyde for 24 hours at $4^{\circ}C$ and then post-fixed in phosphate buffered 1% osmium tetroxide for 2 hours at $4^{\circ}C$ and then the cleared tissues were embedded in Epon. The mast cell has numerous cytoplasmic processes projecting into the surrounding connective tissue. In general, the cytoplasmic granules showed ovoid, round, lunal or irregular shape, most of them were fine particulate substructure in texture. Especially, the granules was enclosed by the lamella structure.

현재 세계각지에서 텔레비젼 방송에 널리 사용되고 있는 슈퍼 터언 스타일형 배트·윙안테나계는 전방향성 및 광대역성등의 우수한 전기적특성을 가지고 있으나 그 동작기구는 아직까지 확실치 치 않았었다. 본논문에시는 이와같은 배트·윙안테나의 동작기구파악에 대한 실마리가 되는 각 부분의 전류분포식을 유도하고 실제 안테나에 대한 그 계수들을 전자계산기로 계산하였으며 이것을 귀히 발표된바있는 값과 비교하여 대체로 유사함을 확인하였다.

본 논문은 향후에 구축될 BcN망을 통해 제공될 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 QoS를 보장하기 위해 서비스를 분류하고 풀질기준과 측정방법을 분석한다. 현재의 서비스 및 향후 BcN에서 제공될 서비스를 분류하였고, 종단간 품질기준을 살펴보고, 종단간 품질측정을 위한 측정방안으로서 호성공률, 패킷손실율, 단방향지연, 지터, R-값 등의 측정방법을 소개하였다.
