A new silkworm variety "DaeBakJam" for spring rearing season is F1 hybrid between Jam155, a japanese race bred from introduction breeding and Jam156, a chinese race from introduction breeding. In the local adaptability test performed at 8 local areas in spring of 2010, the hatchability rate of DaeBakJam was recorded 96% similar to DaePoongJam. The larval period was 3 hour shorter than DaePoongJam. The pupation percentage was recorded 0.2% higher than DaePoongJam. Single cocoon weight (2.72 g) and Cocoon yield (25.4 kg) was higher than DaePoongJam. The concentration of DNJ was measured 3.28 mg in DaePoongJam, lower than DaePoongJam (3.48 mg). Test of the artificial diet of DaeBakJam showed bad adaptability of the artificial diet for larval period from 1st to 3rd, but KumOkJam showed excellent adaptability of the artificial diet. In the Paecilomyces tenuipes production ability test, the pupal weight of DaeBakJam was 1.69 g/individual, higher than DaePoongJam (1.59 g/individual).

To study the Koryo dynasty (14th Century) diet culture, $\ulcorner$Bak Tong Sa$\lrcorner$&$\ulcorner$No Kul Dae$\lrcorner$were analyzed. $\ulcorner$Bak Tong Sa$\lrcorner$and$\ulcorner$No Kul Dae$\lrcorner$are the book of Chinese dialogue book which were published 14C Koryo dynasty. The results obtained from the study were as follows: 1. Vegtables were 40 varieties involving the representative vegetables in Koryo dynasty. 2. Lamb and pork were the most popular meat I Won dynasty (Chinese) and the meat were popular in 14C Koryo dynasty. 3. Cook menu introduced I these books were 40 varieties and the full course menu were used in Han dynasty Banquet. 4. Cooking tools were various to survey Koryo dynasty cooking tools culture.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the supply plan of public rental housing under the Lee Myung-bak government. According to the supply plan, the government will supply public rental housings by 80,000 unit every year from 2009 to 2018, and achieve 12% as stock ratio in 2018. To evaluate the supply plan, this study analyzed housing needs of tenants in private rental housing by using the raw data of Korea Welfare Panel Survey(2008). The results are as follows: (1) It is difficult for the supply plan to meet the housing needs of tenants in private rental housing. (2) The link between supply plan and stock ratio target is weak. (3) To meet the housing needs, it is necessary to supply public rental housings by 107,000 unit every year for 10 years, and, in this case, the stock ratio will be 10% in 2018. In conclusion, this study proposed that the supply plan of public rental housing should be redesigned.

Endonuclease G (EndoG) is a mitochondrial non-specific nuclease that is highly conserved among the eukaryotes. Although the precise role of EndoG in mitochondria is not yet known, the enzyme is released from the mitochondria and digests nuclear DNA during apoptosis in mammalian cells. Schizosaccharomyces pombe has an EndoG homolog Pnu1p (previously named SpNuc1) that is produced as a precursor protein with a mitochondrial targeting sequence. During the sorting into mitochondria the signal sequence is cleaved to yield the functionally active endonuclease. From the analogy to EndoG, active extramitochondrial Pnu1p may trigger cell killing by degrading nuclear DNA. Here, we tested this possibility by expressing a truncated Pnu1p lacking the signal sequence in the extramitochondrial region of pnu1-deleted cells. The truncated Pnu1p was localized in the cytosol and nuclei of yeast cells. And ectopic expression of active Pnu1p led to cell death with fragmentation of nuclear DNA. This suggests that the Pnu1p is possibly involved in a certain type of yeast cell death via DNA fragmentation. Although expression of human Bak in S. pombe was lethal, Pnu1p nuclease is not necessary for hBak-induced cell death.

Child policy has focused on needy children with special emphasis on residual services but youth policy has implemented to promote capabilities of general adolescents by various activities. The fragmented implementation of child-youth policy by several ministries resulted in possible redundancy of target groups and insufficient service delivery system. Thus, the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Family Affairs has pushed forward to integrate service delivery systems in child-youth policy after the former Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Government Youth Commission were integrated as part of a government reorganization plan. The purpose of this study is to review limitations of Lee Myung-bak government's plan to integrate child-youth policy and to make important suggestions for effective integration. Lee Myung-bak government's plan seeks to help children and adolescents prepare for the future and move forward with dreams and hope. However, this plan has fatal problems of overemphasizing the efficiency of finance without expansion of budget for children and adolescents. To achieve well-being tailored to one's life cycle, the full-scale expansion of budget is indispensible through the induction of the special fund or the special tax for children and adolescents. Fortunately, Lee Myung-bak government recognized child-youth policy as the social investment that would heighten national competitiveness in the long term, but there was insufficient child-youth policy infrastructure for new implementation. Therefore, Lee Myung-bak government needs a new design for integrated and universal child-youth policy that should take into account national human resource development plan and its economic development policy. The public responsibility for children and adolescents should be strengthened and, in addition, the network function in service delivery system should be complemented.

In [1], the concept of generalized (${\theta}$, ${\phi}$)-derivations on rings was introduced. We introduce the concept of linear ${\theta}$-derivations on $JB^*$-triples, and prove the Cauchy-Rassias stability of linear ${\theta}$-derivations on $JB^*$-triples.
