o-(2-Vinyloxyethoxy)benzylidenemalononitrile (4a), methyl o-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)benzylidenecyanoacetate (4b), m-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)benzylidenemalononitrile (5a), methyl m-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)benzylidenecyanoacetate (5b), p-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)benzylidenemalononitrile (6a), and methyl p-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)benzylidenecyanoacetate (6b) were prepared by the condensation of o-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)benzaldehyde (1), m-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)benzaldehyde (2), and p-(2-vinyloxyethoxy)benzaldehyde (3) with malononitrile or methyl cyanoacetate, respectively. Bifunctional vinyl ether monomers 4a-b and 6a-b polymerized readily with cationic initiators to give polymers with the NLO-chromophores o- and p-oxybenzylidenemalononitrile or o- and p-oxybenzylidenecyanoacetate in side chain at -60 ℃, while meta-isomers 5a and 5b gave lower yields of polymers under the same conditions. The resulting polymers 7-9 were soluble in common organic solvents and the inherent viscosities of polymers were in the range of 0.20-0.30 dL/g in acetone. Solution-cast films were clear and brittle, showing Tg values in the range of 40-70 ℃.

The purpose of this case study is to analyze the B2C security information service model using the robo-advisor, to develop various service models and to urge new companies to enter. Overseas robo-advisor service market is growing rapidly with the launch of various B2C service models beyond B2B. On the other hand, as the domestic market is dominated by B2B services and serviced just index portfolio which is nascent, it lacks products which are used for active asset management. Recently as the government announced the approval of online investment advisory service, the B2C market of domestic asset management has entered a growth phase, centered on generations familiar with IT. We propose to extend the concept of Robo-Advisor service in accordance with the financial market change. By that model, we will study the case of the algorithm of the investment masters' philosophy and contribute to the expansion of the B2C service market.

Recently, the magnetic force has been considered as a method for a more efficient tooth movement. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of different static magnetic fields of Nd-Fe-B magnet on MC3T3-E1 cells by measuring the alkaline phosphatase activity and observing the amount of stained alkaline phosphatase. For measuring of alkaline phosphatase activity, MC3T3-E1 cells were seeded in first and third row of 12 well culture plates. And Nd-Fe-B magnets were positioned under the first column of first and third row to apply different static magnetic fields(first column:100mT ; second column:4.6mT ; third column:0.5mT ; forth column:0.0mT) to the cells for 7, 13, 19, and 25 days. For staining of alkaline phosphatase, MC3T3-E1 cells were seeded in 100mm culture plates. And Nd-Fe-B magnets were positioned under the corner of plates to apply different static magnetic fields(magnet side:100mT : the opposite side:0.5mT) to the cells for 7, 13, 19, and 25 days. The results were as follows : 1. ALP activity was increased until day 19 in biochemical determination as well as in histochemical staining, 2. The application of higher magnetic field(100mT) suppressed ALP activity at day 13, 19, 25. On the contrary, the application of the lower magnetic field(4.6mT, 0.5mT) significantly enhanced the ALP activity. 3. Consistent with enzyme assay, histochemical staining of ALP also demonstrated that higher magnetic field(100mT) suppressed ALP activity, lower one(0.5mT) enhanced.

Aminothienopyridazines 1a, b and aminothienocoumarin 2 condensed with DMFDMA to yield amidines 3a, b and 4. These compounds reacted with N-phenylmaleimide to yield 9 and 10. On the other hand reacting 3a, b, 4, 18, 19 and 20 with maleic anhydride afforded only the formylated derivatives 5a, b, 6, 21, 22 and 23 respectively. The reaction of 3a, b with diethyl fumarate afforded 11, formed most likely via hydrolysis of the amidine 14 during working up the reaction mixture. Irradiation of N-phenylmaleimide in microwave oven afforded [2+2] and [2+2+2] cycloaddition product.

This paper proposes a wide-band dual-polarization stacked patch array antenna for satellite SAR system applications. The array antenna was designed for loss minimization and wide-band characteristics to enhance the performance of the SAR system and optimize it for active return loss in applications to active phased arrays. The fabricated array antenna showed a performance of 19.26%/19.79% fractional bandwidth within the -10 dB reference level of the active return loss and showed loss characteristics of 0.797 dB/0.799 dB averaged within the operational frequency for both H/V-polarization cases. The pattern performance was verified by comparing the measured patterns with the calculated patterns obtained by the array factor.

The importance of online marketing is emerging due to the prevalence of COVID-19. In order to respond to the changing business environment, we have collected ten years of sales data of SME bakery company that have experienced a decrease in sales due to the COVID-19. As a result of the analysis, we found that switching from offline markets to omnichannel B2B and B2C markets and taking 'small quantity batch production' to 'mass production in a small variety can improve management. This study presented online and offline marketing strategies through data analysis of small and medium-sized bakery companies, which have relatively insufficient digital capabilities compared to large companies, and could be a guideline for many SMEs.

There are limited data directly comparing humoral and T cell responses to the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 and BNT162b2 vaccines. We compared Ab and T cell responses after first doses of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vs. BNT162b2 vaccines. We enrolled healthcare workers who received ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 or BNT162b2 vaccine in Seoul, Korea. Anti-severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) S1 protein-specific IgG Abs (S1-IgG), neutralizing Abs (NT Abs), and SARS-CoV-2-specific T cell response were evaluated before vaccination and at 1-wk intervals for 3 wks after vaccination. A total of 76 persons, comprising 40 injected with the ChAdOx1 vaccine and 36 injected with the BNT162b2 vaccine, participated in this study. At 3 wks after vaccination, the mean levels (±SD) of S1-IgG and NT Abs in the BNT162b2 participants were significantly higher than in the ChAdOx1 participants (S1-IgG, 14.03±7.20 vs. 6.28±8.87, p<0.0001; NT Ab, 183.1±155.6 vs. 116.6±116.2, p=0.035), respectively. However, the mean values of the T cell responses in the 2 groups were comparable after 2 wks. The humoral immune response after the 1st dose of BNT162b2 developed faster and was stronger than after the 1st dose of ChAdOx1. However, the T cell responses to BNT162b2 and ChAdOx1 were similar.

Eight species of the family Bithyniidae, Bithynia tentaculata, B. leachi, B. siaminsis, B manchourica, B misella, B. kiusiuensis, Gabbia australis and a Bithynia wp. collected from Nepal, were studied for their relationship between species. Total 20 characters were employed for the principal component analysis(PCA) and taxonomic distance. G. misella and B. kiusiuensis were closely related and similar to G. australis. B. manchourica, B. tentaculata and B. siamensis relatively closed group, and taxonomic distance of B. leachi was far from the other species.
