The Constituents of Siegesbeckia orientalis

  • Two new diterpenoids, orientalin A (1), and B (2), have been isolated together with six known compounds, kirenol (3), $ent-16{\beta},17-dihydroxykauran-19-oic$ acid (4), $ent-16{\beta},17-dihydroxykauran-19-oic$ $acid-16{\beta},l7-acetonide$ (5), $3,7-dimethylquercetin$ (6), ${\beta}-sitosterol$ (7), and daucosterol (8) from the ethanol extract of Siegesbeckia orientalis (Compositae). Their chemical structures have been elucidated as $ent-15-acetoxy-2{\alpha},16,19-trihydroxypimar-8(14)-ene$ (1), $ent-16-acetoxy-2{\alpha},15,19-trihydroxypimar-8(14)-ene$ (2), respectively, on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence.

  • GaAs MESFET을 사용한 12GHz저잡음 증폭기를 MIC로 설계하였다. 증폭기의 입출력 결합은 칩 캐패시터와 대칭구조의 DC블록을 포함시켜 각기 실현하였다. 실험을 통하여 칩 캐패시터를 사용하는 경우 11.8-12.1GHz에서 8-11dB의 이득을 얻었으며 DC 블록을 포함하는 경우 12.16-12.19GHz에서 16-18dB의 이득을 나타내는 비교 결과를 얻었다.

  • 위성통신용 Ka-Band 마이크로스트립 배열안테나를 설계.제작하였다. 방사소자는 개구결합 급전 방법을 이용하여 해석하였으며. 전력분배기는 $\lambda$ g/4 변환기와 T-junction 전력분배기를 이용하여 설계하였다. 제안된 이론에 의해 공진주파수 20 GHz인 $2\times2$ 마이크로스트립 배열 안테나를 제작.실험하여 공진 주파수 19.62 G GHz. VSWR 1.0692. 반사손실 29.6ldB. 대역폭(VSWR(2) 1.76 GHz. -3 dB 빔폭 $42^{\circ}$ 을 얻었다.

자동차의 프런트 범퍼 가드에 관한 내구성 연구 (A Durability Investigation on Automotive Front Bumper Guard)

  • In this study, three models on the installation of automotive additional front bumper guard were designed and the structural analysis was carried out. The additional front bumper models B and C appears to be safer on stability instead of the basic front bumper model A. Model A with a simple structure is shown to have the safe region overall except in the area where the load is applied directly. Models B and C are shown to have the shortest lives at the regions where the bumpers are connected with each other. By comparing with the least fatigue lives at models A, B and C, Model B has the longest life with the best durability.

  • 알루미늄 게이트 PMOS집적회로 제작기법을 이용하여 차동증폭기를 설계, 제작하였다. 증가형 MOSFET 만으로 회로를 구성하였으며, 각 트랜지스터의 크기는 시뮬레이션 프로그램 MSINC를 이용하여 결정하였다. 제작된 집적회로를 +15v와 -l5V의 전원으로 동작시켰을때 DC전압이득은 42dB, 동상신호제법비(CMRR)는 50dB, 전력소모는 20mW이었다.

  • In order to improve the remanence of (Nd, Dy)-Fe-B sintered magnets, we investigated the influence of compaction conditions such as packing density, applied field and green density on the magnetic properties. While the remanence decreased with increasing the packing density and green density, it increased with the increase of the applied field. In addition, XRD analysis revealed that the remanence was enhanced as the degree of powder alignment was improved. The green density was more influential on the remanence than the packing density and applied field.

In our research, We developed 14dB and 19dB directional couplers of DCS band. The good characteristics, the target insertion loss and high isolation, of couplers is obtained by LTCC processing using a ceramic material.

The Effects of Media on the Intramolecular Photocycloaddition of 3-(3-Butenyl)cyclohex-2-enone

  • In this work, we applied the 1D $11^B$ nutation NMR method for the analysis of the local structural environments in powdered borosilicates $(SiO_2-B_2O_3)$. Spin dynamics during a rf irradiation for spin I=3/2 was analytically calculated with a density ma trix formalism. Spectral simulation programs were written in MATLAB on a PC. Two borosilicates prepared by the sol-gel process at different stabilization temperature were used for the 1D $11^B$ nutation NMR experiment. The $11^B$ NMR parameters, quadrupole coupling constants $(e^2qQ/h)$ and asymmetry parameters (η), for each borosilicate were extracted from the nonlinear least-squares fitting. The effects of heat treatments on the local structures of boron sites in borosilicates were discussed.
