임상실습을 경험하는 간호학생의 환자안전에 관한 융·복합연구 (A Convergence Study on the Patient Safety of Nursing Students who have experienced Clinical Practice)

  • 본 연구는 임상실습을 경험한 간호학생들의 환자안전관리 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구대상자는 국내 5개 도시의 5개 대학에 재학 중인 간호학생 232명이었다. 자료수집은 2019년 6월 17일부터 7월 30일까지 시행되었고, 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지 작성을 통해 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 windows program을 이용하여, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression을 이용하였다. 상관분석 결과, 환자안전관리 실천은 환자안전관리 중요성 인식(r= .42, p<.001), 지식(r= .29, p<.001), 태도(r= .35, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 환자안전관리 중요성 인식은 환자안전관리 실천에 유의한 영향(β=.19, p<.001)을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 모형의 설명력은 36.2%였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 간호학생들의 환자안전관리 역량을 개선시킬 수 있는 대학단위의 교육이 꾸준하게 이루어질 필요가 있음을 강조한다.

윤리소비의식이 재활용 의류제품 구매태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Ethical Consumption Consciousness on Purchase Attitude of Consumers - Focused on Recycled Apparel -)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of ethical consumption consciousness on the attitude of consumers toward purchasing recycled apparel and suggest guidelines to improve awareness and induce purchase on recycled and eco-friendly apparel. The following steps were taken: 1) examination of the status of consumer consciousness on recycled apparel and their usage 2) investigation of how ethical consumption consciousness affects purchase attitude of recycled apparel 3) finding out whether purchase experience of recycled apparel makes a difference in ethical consumption consciousness and purchase attitude. 311 males and females living in the Daegu region were used as subjects. Questionnaires were distributed for around 2 weeks for data collection. A total of 298 surveys were used for analysis due to the other thirteen being excluded for not having quality responses. Collected data were used to perform frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive, regression analysis by using SPSS 18.0 Korean version. Results are as follows: First, regarding the status of consumer consciousness on recycled apparel and their usage, respondents considered convenience as an important factor. On the contrary, factors such as usage, participation intention and positive attitude on recycled apparel were relatively high. Second, regarding how ethical consumption consciousness affects purchase attitude on recycled apparel, the analysis result showed that having consciousness for environmental protection and volunteering significantly affected purchase attitude toward recycled apparel whereas business ethics did not affect it. Third, the responses from the consumers with purchase experience of recycled apparel and consumers without it showed that being conscious of environmental protection significantly affected both groups.

여성결혼이민자의 개인특성 및 푸드네오포비아 정도에 따른 한식에 대한 정보인지 수준 및 인식, 친밀도에 관한 차이 연구 (Female Marriage Immigrants' Information Awareness, Perception and Familiarity on Korean Food Culture by Personal Characteristics and Food Neophobia Degree)

  • Purpose: This study aims to investigate and explain the influence of personal characteristics on female immigrants' perception and attitude towards the Korean food culture. Methods: Exploratory research was performed by conducting a self-administered survey. A purposive sampling method was used to recruit 289 participants to determine their level of information awareness, perception and familiarity with Korean food culture. Results: Female immigrants' mean FNS score was 3.70. FNS score decreased in women from Northeast Asia, women who received higher education, and in urban women. The level of information awareness of Korean Food culture was 3.47, which was above average. Women from Southeast Asia had a higher level of awareness about cooking methods and table setting. Females living in the countryside and those who had lived for more than 7 years in Korea had higher levels of information awareness than other groups. Women from Southeast Asia perceived that Korean food is spicy; on the other hand, women from Northeast Asia discerned that Korean food is pungent and is prepared scientifically. The neophilic group more positively recognized Korean foods based on taste and nutritional value than did the neophobic group. Subjects living in the countryside were more likely to evaluate nutritional value, scientific aspects and artistry higher. The research also found that the neophilic group and immigrants who had lived for more than 7 years in Korea were significantly correlated with the familiarity with Korean food culture. Conclusion: The findings provide an initial step towards developing a customized education program for female marriage immigrants to adapt and to become familiar with Korean food culture with a comprehensive understanding of personal traits for accepting a new food culture.

중년 여성의 이상적인 신체이미지 인식, 외모에 대한 내재화 및 항비만 태도에 대한 연구 (A study on awareness of ideal body image, internalization of appearance, and anti-fat attitudes among middle-aged women)

  • Society's emphasis on a thin body ideal may intensify an individual's negative perceptions of fatness. The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship between sociocultural attitudes toward appearance (awareness and internalization of the female ideal) and anti-fat attitudes among middle-aged Korean women. In addition, the aim was to examine whether the body internalization of female ideals was a mediator in the proposed model. Participants included a sample of 264 middle-aged Korean women who completed a series of measures online. The following information was collected through online questionnaires: awareness and internalization of the female ideal, attitudes toward fat, body weight perception, and demographics. Data were analyzed using correlation analysis, descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The measurement model and the structural model testing provided an acceptable fit to the data, and all proposed pathways in the research model were statistically significant. Awareness of the female ideal was significantly and positively associated with internalization, and it significantly and positively predicted both constructs of anti-fat attitudes. Additionally, awareness of the female ideal was significantly and positively indirectly associated with attitudes toward fat people-dislike and willpower mediated by internalization. Overall, these findings suggest that society's emphasis on female appearance and a thin body can ultimately result in significant stigmatization of overweight/obese individuals. This study emphasizes the importance of establishing a healthy appearance standard to reduce anti-fat prejudice.

Epidemiological Study on Breast Cancer Associated Risk Factors and Screening Practices among Women in the Holy City of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India

  • Background: Breast cancer is the second most cause of death (1.38 million, 10.9% of all cancer) worldwide after lung cancer. In present study, we assess the knowledge, level of awareness of risk factors and screening practices especially breast self examination (BSE) among women, considering the non-feasibility of diagnostic tools such as mammography for breast screening techniques of breast cancer in the holy city Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional population based survey was conducted. The investigation tool adopted was self administrated questionnaire format. Data were analysed using SPSS 20 version and Chi square test to determine significant association between various education groups with awareness and knowledge, analysis of variance was applied in order to establish significance. Results: The attitude of participants in this study, among 560 women 500 (89%) responded (age group 18-65 years), 53.8% were married. The knowledge about BSE was very low (16%) and out of them 15.6% were practised BSE only once in life time. study shown that prominent age at which women achieve their parity was 20 yrs, among 500 participants 224 women have achieved their parity from age 18 to 30 yrs. Very well known awareness about risk factors of breast cancer were alcohol (64.6%), smoking (64%) and least known awareness risk factors were early menarche (17.2%) and use of red meat (23%). The recovery factors of breast cancer cases were doctors support (95%) and family support (94.5%) as most familiar responses of the holy city Varanasi. Conclusions: The study revealed that the awareness about risk factors and practised of BSE among women in Varanasi is extremely low in comparison with other cities and countries as well (Delhi, Mumbai, Himachal Pradesh, Turkey and Nigeria). However, doctors and health workers may promote the early diagnosis of breast cancer.

친환경 패션 광고의 친환경 주장 유형과 소비자 언어가 광고효과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Environmental Claim Types and Consumer Vocabulary on Eco Fashion Advertisement)

  • Fashion industry have been emphasizing on eco-friendly business to enhance their public image. Due to the lack of consumers' awareness and experience of eco fashion advertising, this have resulted in adverse outcomes. Therefore, it is required to develop eco fashion advertisement that meets the public interest of Koreans. This study aims to obtain practical implications which can be applied to further eco fashion advertising. The study examines the public opinion towards eco fashion using Twitter as big data analysis and the protracted implication was provided to consumers as consumer vocabulary to see the advertising effect of consumer vocabulary. In addition, this study focuses on the environmental claim types to identify the most effective advertisement in eco fashion. The results are as follow. Associative claim types had a more positive influence on advertising attitude than substantive claim types. Substantive claim types had a more positive influence on brand cognition than associative claim types. In addition, the moderating effects of consumer vocabulary on advertising attitude and brand cognition were supported in substantive claim types. Advertisement attitude shows positive effects to both brand cognition and brand attitude. It has been proved that brand cognition leads to positive influence towards brand attitude and brand attitude eventually increases consumers' urge to buy products. This study has implication when providing a guideline for eco fashion advertisements.

대학생의 노인부양의식에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing College Students' Awareness of Support for the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 자아존중감, 가족건강성 및 노인부양의식과의 관련성을 확인하고, 노인부양의식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 연구대상자는 대학생 131명으로 2024년 3월 26일부터 4월 11일까지 구조화된 설문지로 자료수집을 시행하였다. 자료분석은 Independent t-test, One way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, Multiple regression analysis를 시행하였다. 연구결과 자아존중감과 가족건강성(r=.49, p<.001), 가족건강성과 노인부양의식(r=.30, p<.001) 간에는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 대상자의 노인부양의식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령(β=-.18, p=.029), 형제자매여부(β=.18, p=.027), 가족건강성(β=.26, p=.002)으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 대학생이 노인에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 가지도록 노인관련 프로그램에 적극 참여하도록 하며, 노인과의 지속적인 교류를 통해 올바른 가치관을 정립하게 하도록 하는 것이 필요하다.

정보보안 인식이 신뢰 형성에 미치는 연구 (A Study on Awareness of Information Security Influencing Trustness)

  • 본 연구는 정교화 가능성 모델(Elaboration Likelihood Model, ELM)의 관점에서 E-Commerce에서 발생하는 소비자의 정보보안 인식의 영향을 조사하고, 소비자의 관여도와 경험의 조절 효과를 분석한 것이다. 소비자는 E-Commerce에 대한 관여도와 경험의 수준에 따라 E-Commerce 웹사이트를 사용하고 있다. 본 연구는 ELM을 기반으로 하여 소비자의 E-Commerce에 대한 정보보안 인식이 형성되고, 소비자의 관여도, 경험의 정도에 따라 그 효과 크기가 조절된다는 것을 설명하는 이론적 모형을 제시하고, 실증 연구를 통해 모형을 확인한다. 연구 결과, 소비자는 E-Commerce 웹사이트에 대한 인식의 유형에 따라 서로 다른 경로를 통해 E-Commerce 업체에 대한 신뢰 태도를 형성했고, 그 영향을 소비자의 관여도와 경험이 조절했다. E-Commerce에서 소비자의 정보보안 인식유형을 연구하는 것은 신뢰 형성에 대한 새로운 관점을 제시할 것으로 생각된다.

가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램이 초등학생의 진로인식에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of a Career Education Program with Families on the Career Awareness of Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 가정과 연계한 진로교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 진로인식 향상에 유의한 효과가 있는지 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 대전광역시 S초등학교 4학년 2개 반 60명(실험 30명, 통제 30명)을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시한 후 실험집단에 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램을 실시하였다. 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 학생이 통제집단 학생에 비해 진로인식이 향상되었는지를 살펴보기 위하여 진로인식의 사전 사후검사 점수를 공변인으로 하여 실험집단과 통제집단간 사후검사 점수를 비교하는 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램은 초등학생의 진로인식을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 가정과 연계한 진로교육프로그램은 초등학생의 진로인식의 하위요소인 자기이해, 직업세계 인식, 진로태도를 향상시키는데 긍정적인 효과가 있었다.

간호대학생의 현장실습적응, 대학적응, 죽음에 대한 인식이 학과적응에 미치는 영향 (Impact on department adaptation of field practice adaptation, college adaptation, and awareness of death of nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 현장실습적응과 대학적응, 죽음에 대한 인식이 학과적응에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 전공적응과 현장실습적응 및 죽음에 대한 인식을 높이기 위한 대책 마련의 기초자료를 마련하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 C시, J시 간호학과 3.4학년 252명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 C 대학교 IRB의 승인을 받은 후부터 2018년 4월 30일까지였고, 자료분석은 IBM SPSS WIN/21.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression를 사용하였다. 대상자의, 현장실습적응은 평균 3.58점, 대학적응은 평균 3.33점, 죽음에 대한 인식은 평균 3.15점, 간호학과 학과적응은 평균 3.38점이었다. 대상자의 학과적응과 현장실습적응(r=.56, p<.001), 죽음에 대한 부정도(r=-.15, p=.016), 생명존중의지(r=.33, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계가 있으며, 현장실습적응과 대학적응(r=.48, p<.001), 생명존중의지(r=.16, p=.009)과 상관관계가 있었고, 대학적응과 생명존중의지(r=.32, p<.001)와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 현장실습적응, 대학적응, 죽음에 대한 인식이 학과적응에 미치는 영향을 확인한 결과 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 대학적응이었으며(F=171.67, p<.001), 이 모형은 67.5%의 설명력을 보였다. 따라서 죽음에 대한 긍정적 태도 변화를 위해 학부 과정에서 죽음에 대한 긍정적 태도 및 인식 변화와 관련된 교육과정이 제공되어야 하며 생명존중의지 프로그램 실시 후 간호학과 적응 효과에 대한 연구가 필요함을 제언한다.
