This study has four objectives: (1) Identifying factors that affect customer satisfaction on online service quality of Tiki.vn, (2) Measuring the level of impact of the factors, (3) Testing the difference in satisfaction among groups of customers with different characteristics in terms of gender, age, income, academic level, and occupation, and (4) Proposing some managerial implications to improve the quality of online services by interviewing directly and online 200 individual customers who have shopped at Tiki.vn E-commerce platform for at least the last six months, using the convenient sampling method. This study analyzes the reliability of the scale through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, Exploratory factor analysis, and Linear regression analysis. The findings identified four factors that influence positively customer satisfaction regarding the quality of online services in Tiki.vn E-commerce platform in the order of descending strength: (1) Trust, (2) Customer service, (3) Web design and (4) Safety. In addition, the results show no difference in customer satisfaction according to different academic levels, but in terms of occupation and income, gender, and age. The results show that the factors influencing most customer satisfaction are Reliability and Customer Service. Some managerial implications are then proposed to improve the quality of online shopping services at Tiki.vn.
Recently, development of a small aircraft has been carried out for the BASA(Bilateral Aviation Safety Agreement) program in Korea. This aircraft adopted all composite structures for environmental friendly by low fuel consumption due to its lightness behavior. However the composite structure has disadvantage which is very weak against impact damages. Therefore, damage allowable design of aircraft structure must be performed considering compressive fracture strength. This point is very important for certification of composite structure aircraft. In this paper, it is performed the research on damage tolerance of thick laminate adopting aircraft structure. The damage tolerance of three different types of thick laminates such as no damage, open hole and impact damage is evaluated under compression loading.

Reliability Centered Maintenance(RCM) was initially developed for the commercial aviation industry in the late 1960s and now is equally applicable to a variety of equipment other than aircraft. RCM is a method for establishing a preventive maintenance program which will efficiently and effectively allow the achivement of the required safety and availability levels of equipment and structures. RCM provides for the use of a decision logic tree to identify applicable and effective preventive maintenance requirements for equipment and structures. The end result of working through the decision logic is a judgement as to the necessity of performing a maintenance task. In this paper, we provide guiding principles based on IEC 60300-3-11 for RCM analysis methods and operational method of structure and equipment.

Clouds play an important role in climate change, in the prediction of local weather, and also in aviation safety when instrument assisted flying is unavailable. Presently, various ground-based instruments used for the measurements of the cloud base height or velocity. Lidar techniques are powerful and have many applications in climate studies, including the clouds' temperature measurement, the aerosol particle properties, etc. Otherwise, it is very circumscribed in cloud velocity measurements because there is no Doppler effect if the clouds move in the perpendicular direction to the laser beam path of Doppler lidar. In this paper, we present a method for the measurement of cloud velocity using lidar's range detection and DIC (Digital Image Correlation) system to overcome the disadvantage of Doppler lidar. The lidar system acquires the distance to the cloud, and the cloud images are tracked using the developed fast correlation algorithm of DIC. We acquired the velocities of clouds using the calculated distance and DIC algorithm. The measurement values had a linear distribution.

Avionics, a type of embedded system, requires high safety and reliability. Failure of avionics equipment can have a significant impact on aircraft operations and, in the worst case, could result in loss of life for pilots and passengers. In this paper, we propose a Built-In-Test (hereafter referred to as BIT) design technique that can detect possible faults in avionics equipments in order to increase the reliability of avionics system and a design that can improve the Mean Time Between Failure (hereafter: MTBF) and applied it to real aviation electronic equipment to improve reliability.

ICAO defines performance requirements of navigation system such as accuracy, integrity, continuity and availability. The integrity is most significant performance requirement in aviation where safety of life is crucial. Many researches on this topic anticipate that GPS with SBAS or Galileo can meet APV requirements and GPS with GBAS or Galileo with GBAS will meet CAT II and III requirements. These performance expectations are based on global analysis. In this paper regional integrity analysis in Korea using various combinations of modernized GPS, Galileo and SBAS is given. The simulation results show that CAT I requirement can be met using modernized GPS and Galileo alone, however, CAT II and III are not met even augmenting SBAS because of VPL. A more efficient augmentation such as GBAS which can reduce VPL dramatically is required to meet CAT II and III in Korean region.

In recent years, increasing electricity use has led to considerable interest in green energy. In order to effectively supply, cut off, and operate an electric power system, many electric power facilities such as gas insulation switch (GIS), cable, and large substation facilities with higher densities are being developed to meet demand. However, because of the increased use of aging electric power facilities, safety problems are emerging. Electromagnetic wave and leakage current detection are mainly used as sensing methods to detect live-line partial discharges. Although electromagnetic sensors are excellent at providing an initial diagnosis and very reliable, it is difficult to precisely determine the fault point, while leakage current sensors require a connection to the ground line and are very vulnerable to line noise. The partial discharge characteristic in particular is accompanied by statistical irregularity, and it has been reported that proper statistical processing of data is very important. Therefore, in this paper, we present the results of analyzing ${\Phi}-q-n$ cluster distributions of partial discharge characteristics by using K-means clustering to develop an expert partial discharge diagnosis system generated in a GIS facility.
This paper investigates the effectiveness of flight operation between airplane maintenance engineers and pilots who work together. The developed model is to identify the relationship between the attitudes of airplane maintenance engineers and pilots and the effectiveness of flight operation. The results indicate that the shared values and balanced power between airplane maintenance engineers and pilots are positively related with trust and job satisfaction, but conflict is negatively related. Further, trust and job satisfaction positively affect the effectiveness of flight operation. These findings suggest that the improvements of the relationships between airplane maintenance engineers and pilots need more efforts to ensure the aviation safety and efficient flights.

On the basis of the paper described herein, rotor blade failure in the compressor, gas generator turbine, and power turbine and the resulting internal damage is contained within the peripheral hardware and engine casings. For the safety reason, the blade containment was regulated by aviation authority. For reducing the weight of the case, a heaviest single component of a jet engine, the blade containment capability was analyzed by engine manufacturer. The procedure established for containment design involves an energy balance method based on the comparison of the kinetic energy of released blade and the strain energy of the containment zone. The LS-DYNA simulation can also be introduced to predict behavior of released blade and case. All of the analytic and numerical result are described ${\ldots}$.

Military aircraft R&D projects require large-scale investment in cost and time, and involve a complex coordination process in decision-making. The R&D project manager should determine the development management priorities as accurately as possible and focus on R&D capabilities, thereby reducing the risks of the aircraft R&D project. To this end, this study aims to reduce R&D risk by prioritizing cost, schedule, and performance, which are basic management factors used in R&D project management in defense project management regulations. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied using a questionnaire for managers in charge of aviation R&D under the Defense Acquisition Program Administration. As a primary result, the importance of the factors that the aircraft R&D project manager should consider was derived in the order of performance, cost, and schedule, and the priorities of performance and cost in the lower layer were also identified. In addition, in order to provide practical risk management measures to aircraft R&D project managers, the results of analyzing 28 cases of US National Transportation Safety Board accidents were compared and analyzed with the AHP analysis results, and management measures suitable for the situation were specified.
