  • Incheon International Airport is total number of passengers using that increased by 8.3 percent year-on-year, with the highest level of user ratings since the opening of the previous year. Thus, After analyzing the positive image of Incheon International Airport and analyzing future corporate image development, the company conducted a study on improving the image of Incheon International Airport. Based on the SERVQUAL method, the study classified the five types of SERVQUAL. The difference in the distinctions of the media coverage varied, and the differences in the credibility of the media show that the differences between the press and the credibility of the media are not reflected in the characteristics of the media. These findings will provide data for the managerial control of corporate images based on positive or negative reporting on the Incheon International Airport, and based on the analysis of the findings, it is believed that it will benefit from being the most high-profile airport.

  • In this paper, an aviation image fusion method is proposed for creating an informative fused image through gray scale images within noise. The proposed method is based on an adaptive guided filter which adjusts regulation parameter of the filter based on peak signal noise ratio (PSNR) in order to behave as an edge-preserving filtering property. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method preserves the edge information of the input image and reduces the noise effect while maintaining designed PSNR.

  • A high brand reputation of a airline means the airline is preferred by passengers because of its unique services being even better than others. This is why airline's specialized services are important in that those services would create a new brand value and build up the airline's brand image, being enable to have competitive advantage over other airlines, to provide satisfied services, to have a mutual trust between passengers and the airline and to create customer's loyalty. A-Airline have been trying to give passengers a joy of flight by providing its customized and specialized cabin services out of airlnes' stereo-typed services. Therefore this paper will find out how their satisfaction of the cabin services have a positive impact on customer loyalty through brand image, brand reputation, brand identity and brand attraction. Those services would not only contribute to upgrade A-airline's corporate image but show the way to which the cabin service is heading also.

  • This study utilizes the image contents, one of the social interaction activities, in role-play. The one-semester class results were used for analysis to prepare teaching-learning plans for the department of aviation services. This study helped students in the Department of Aviation Services understand the airline cabin organization and examined whether it would help them understand the airline cabin organization and examine whether it would help them communicate with customers. In role-play classes, learners or groups of learners use role-playing dialogues to create role-plays and create communication situations similar to the real world.

  • Off-line handwritten character recognition is in difficulty of incomplete preprocessing because it has not dynamic and timing information besides has various handwriting, extreme overlap of the consonant and vowel and many error image of stroke. Consequently off-line handwritten character recognition needs to study about preprocessing of various methods such as binarization and thinning. This paper considers running time of watershed algorithm and the quality of resulting image as preprocessing For off-line handwritten Korean character recognition. So it proposes application of effective watershed algorithm for segmentation of character region and background region in gray level character image and segmentation function for binarization image and segmentation function for binarization by extracted watershed image. Besides it proposes thinning methods which effectively extracts skeleton through conditional test mask considering running time and quality. of skeleton, estimates efficiency of existing methods and this paper's methods as running time and quality. Watershed image conversion uses prewitt operator for gradient image conversion, extracts local minima considering 8-neighborhood pixel. And methods by using difference of mean value is used in region merging step, Converted watershed image by means of this methods separates effectively character region and background region applying to segmentation function. Average execution time on the previous method was 2.16 second and on this paper method was 1.72 second. We prove that this paper's method removed noise effectively with overlap stroke as compared with the previous method.

  • We propose a bicycle detection system riding on people based on modified projected local binary pattern(PLBP) for vision based intelligent vehicles. Projection method has robustness for rotation invariant and reducing dimensionality for original image. The features of Local binary pattern(LBP) are fast to compute and simple to implement for object recognition and texture classification area. Moreover, We use uniform pattern to remove the noise. This paper suggests that modified LBP method and projection vector having different weighting values according to the local shape and area in the image. Also our system maintains the simplicity of evaluation of traditional formulation while being more discriminative. Our experimental results show that a bicycle and motorcycle riding on people detection system based on proposed PLBP features achieve higher detection accuracy rate than traditional features.

  • Wind speed data constitute important weather information for aircrafts flying at low altitudes, such as drones. Currently, the accuracy of low altitude wind predictions is much lower than that of high-altitude wind predictions. Deep neural networks are proposed in this study as a method to improve wind speed forecast information. Deep neural networks mimic the learning process of the interactions among neurons in the brain, and it is used in various fields, such as recognition of image, sound, and texts, image and natural language processing, and pattern recognition in time-series. In this study, the deep neural network model is constructed using the wind prediction values generated by the numerical model as an input to improve the wind speed forecasts. Using the ground wind speed forecast data collected at the Boseong Meteorological Observation Tower, wind speed forecast values obtained by the numerical model are compared with those obtained by the model proposed in this study for the verification of the validity and compatibility of the proposed model.

  • These studies developed system as well as its algorithm which can measure traffic flow and vehicle speed on the highway as well as road by using industrial television(ITV) system. This algorithm used the real time processing of dynamic images. The processing algorithm of dynamic images is developed and proved its validity by frame grabber. Frame grabber can process the information of a small number of sample points only instead of the whole pixel of the images. In the techniques of this algorithm, we made approximate contour of vehicle by allocating sampling points in cross-direction of image, and recognized top of contour of vehicle. Applying these technique, we measured the number of passing vehicles of one lane as well as multilane. Speed of each vehicle is measured by computing the time difference between a pair of sample points on two sample points lines.

  • This paper presents a robot manipulator kinematic motion control scheme based on velocity feedback loop. The desired joint velocity is obtained by the feature-based visual servoing and is used in the joint velocity control loop system for trajectory control of the robot manipulator. The asymptotic stability of the closed loop system is shown by the Lyapunov method. Effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by simulation and experimental results on a robot manipulator with two degree of freedom.
