하천 및 호소수 수질관리를 위한 자동측정망의 설계 (Design of Automatic Monitoring Network for the Water Quality Management of River Basin)

  • 하천 및 호소수 수질의 온라인 계측을 위한 수질자동측정망의 설계에서 측정위치와 항목의 선정은 전체시스템의 성능을 결정짓는 중요한 인자이다. 본 논문에서는 상수원유역의 상시수질감시 및 사전경보 기능을 갖는 측정망의 구축이 측정위치와 항목을 결정하는 방법을 연구하였다. 측정위치를 결정하기 위한 선정기준은 상수취수량과 고정오염원의 위치를 바탕으로 대상지역에 대한 거시적 후보지점을 선정한 뒤, 구체적인 지점은 오염물질 유하거리를 기준으로 단계적으로 결정한다. 측정항목은 유역의 오염특성과 수질오염사고 이력을 참고하되, 경제적인 측면을 고려하여 필수측정항목과 선택항목으로 나누어 위치별로 달리하는 방안을 제시하였다. 제안방법을 낙동강유역에 적용함으로써 측정망 구성과정을 예시하였다.

  • As in any engineering application, the problem of structural assessment should face the different uncertainties present in real world. The main source of uncertainty in Health Monitoring System (HMS) applications are those related to the sensor accuracy, the theoretical models and the variability in structural parameters and applied loads. In present work, two methodologies have been developed to deal with these uncertainties in order to adopt reliable decisions related to the presence of damage. A simple example, a steel beam analysis, is considered in order to establish a liable comparison between them. Also, such methodologies are used with a developed structural assessment algorithm that consists in a direct and consistent comparison between sensor data and numerical model results, both affected by uncertainty. Such algorithm is applied to a simple concrete laboratory beam, tested till rupture, to show it feasibility and operational process. From these applications several conclusions are derived with a high value, regarding the final objective of the work, which is the implementation of this algorithm within a HMS, developed and applied into a prototype structure.

  • 본 논문은 농촌의 고령화 사회에 적합한 비닐하우스 자동제어시스템으로 Zigbee를 이용한 근거리 무선 인터페이스 환경, 농작물 생육 DB에 따른 비닐하우스 제어환경 및 비닐하우스 이상 유무를 파악하기 위한 모니터링하여 비닐하우스의 개수와 관계없이 하나의 서버에서 다수의 클라이언트를 양방향으로 제어함과 동시에 모니터링을 수행할 수 있는 시스템이다. 따라서, router, end는 임의의 ID를 가지고 특정한 비닐하우스에 대한 상태를 파악할 수 있으며 비닐하우스에 대하여 제어가 독립적으로 가능하므로 특정 비닐하우스에 대한 특징을 살려 사용자가 원하는 제어를 실시간 가능하도록 설계하였다.

SS-OCT용 파장 스위핑 레이저를 위한 자동 스위프 평탄화 (Automatic Sweep Flattening for Wavelength Sweeping Laser of SS-OCT)

  • In this paper, the automatic sweep flattening for wavelength swept laser of SS-OCT has implemented. Through its performance test applied to the laser, 50 nm flat sweeping range, ${\pm}0.5dB$ fluctuation range, 22 sec the time required, and 10 mW average optical power were obtained. This shows that the realized automatic process can replace the inconvenient manual operation used for polarization control of current sweeping laser. Additionally it cuts costs for optical spectrum analyzer necessary to sweep monitoring.

  • The ATO(Automatic Train Operation) System is used for train operation instead of dreivers. It is interfaced with TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System) and ATC/TWC system in the train and wayside facilities. In this paper describes configuration of ATO, Specification of ATO hardware, construction of ATO software and the algorithm for automatic train speed regulation in the carborn ATO system. This paper is mainly concerned with the development of the ATO System. The ATO system is used for automatic or driverless operation of a train using various informations from TCMS, ATC, TWC. In this paper, the general architecture of the ATO system, implementation of ATO application software and the algorithm using servo-controller for automatic train speed controller.

  • Monitoring and diagnosis of the operating machine mean evaluating the condition of a machine such as the detection of the defects and the prediction of the time to failure in the machine elements, while it is running. In this study, a technique of automatic diagnosis using probability concept is studied and the analyses of the pattern comparison are introduced. An expert system, which is able to analyze the automatic identification of the multiple defects in the ball bearings, is also developed. Finally, to confirm the effectiveness of the programmed algorithms, some tests were made with specimens of the ball bearings involving the multiple defects. The proposed system reasonably predicts the defects.

  • A Distribution Automation System (DAS) is operated by monitoring and control of the field statesusing Feeder Remote Terminal Units (FRTUs) installed together withautomatic switches.An optimal placement of automatic switchescan enhanceefficiencyof the operation and restoration, and improve the power supply reliability ofa DAS.This paper proposes an algorithm to decide the optimal placement of automatic switches ina DAS.The proposed algorithm was developed ona DAS witha six sections and three links configuration. The proposed algorithm was provided inaneight-feeder power distribution system.

  • The automatic/driverless operation which are great important techniques in metro railway are required to increase higher safety, greater reliability, and transport capacity. To satisfy such demands, we must have the system design and testing technique for the railway system operation. These techniques are related to the onboard train control and communication systems which include TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System), ATO(Automatic train Operation), ATC(Automatic train Control), and TWC(Train to wayside communication). These sub-systems must be interfacing with not only each others but also the signal system on the ground. We tested the train control system on the 7 line that has been developed on the basis of the standardized type EMU for korea railway systems.

  • In automatic metal cuttings, the chip control is one of the serious problems. So the automatic detection of chip forms is essential to the chip control in automatic metal cuttings. Cutting experiments were carried out under the variety of cutting conditions (cutting speed, feed, depth of cut and tool geometry) and with workpiece made of steel (S45C), and cutting forces were measured in-processing by using a piezoelectric type Tool Dynamometer. In this report, the frequency analysis of dynamic components, the upper frequency distributions, the ratio of RMS values, the numbers of null point and the probability density were calculated from the dynamic componeents of cutting forces filtered through various band pass filters. Experimental results showed that computer chip form monitoring system based on the cutting forces was designed and simulated and that 6 type of chip forms could be detected while in-process machining.
