  • The objective of this study is the developement of real time automatic incline measurement using high accuracy digital datalogger for safety and maintence of railway construction sites. For the replacement of current 16 bit analog/digital converter, Digital datalogger system using 24 bit analog/digital converter is studied for the first time with in a country. Therefore data communication method and analyzing program of automatic measurement data is developed for the automatic high accuracy digital datalogge system. The results of this study will be using real time automatic incline measurement of railway structures.

  • A loader used for uploading materials into truck is a kind of construction equipment. Mainly, a wheel loader is applied to construction work. Recently, an automatic transmission for the wheel loader is used to help drivers get the repetitive works done comfortably. It is composed of geartrain, clutch pack, hydraulic control system and TCU. Especially, a high-performance proportional control valve and its control algorithm is demanded to achieve the shift quality during a change of speed. In this paper, the commercial package program was used in order to justify model of the proportional control valve and simulate it. Steady-state and dynamic characteristics of PCV were analyzed to classify attractive forces and hydraulic control characteristics. This model also was verified the validity compared to the experimental result. Using the developed model, performances of PCV were predicted as studying design parameters.

구술문서에 기초한 자동 용어 네트워크 구축 (Automatic term-network construction for Oral Documents)

  • 본 연구에서는 문서에 나타나는 용어의 통계값을 이용하여 구술문서자료에 포함되어있는 용어들간의 의미 네트워크를 자동으로 구축하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 전북 새만금지역에서 채록한 186개의 구술생애사 문서자료를 사용하였으며, 구축된 용어네트워크에서 용어들 사이의 관계는 용어들을 백터화하여 결정하였다. 새만금 구술문서에서 중요단어로 선택된 단어의 수는 약 1700여 개이다. 단어들 사이의 용어네트워크는 구축 시스템을 통해서 실시간 내에 표현할 수 있었다. 이 용어네트워크는 앞으로 전개될 시멘틱 검색시스템 구축에 새로운 장을 열 것이며, 구술문서 분석에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

  • The light-rail system which is recently being built in Korea is a train control system based on driverless operation, and the train control system for urban maglev train under construction at the moment in Youngjong-Do, Incheon is pushed ahead based on driverless operation. In this paper, it compares train operation cases with manned operation and unmanned operation to examine system requirements for unmanned driving on train and detects system requirements of automatic train operation device for unmanned operation by analyzing unmanned operation cases which are currently operating or planed project and also introduces automatic train operation of urban maglev train and verifies whether the system for unmanned driving meets the requirements.

  • The Wolmi Eunha-Rail in Incheon is connecting Wolmido and Incheon Station with an elevated monorail road supported by piers. This railroad system is characterized by driverless automatic operation and moving-block based control. The main technology applied to this signal-controlled system is CBTC (Communications-Based Train Control) which based on wireless communications. The CBTC system is simple in that composition so that can minimize field facilities and lowers costs of construction and maintenance. This CBTC system is emerging as a major signal-controlled system in the future metro market.

고속이송계의 열변형오차 자동보정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Automatic Compensation of Thermal Deformation Error for High Speed Feeding System)

  • In the recent years, development of machine tool with high speed feeding system have brought a rapid increase in productivity. Practically, thermal deformation problem due to high speed is, however, become a large obstacle to realize high precision machining. In this study, therefore, the construction of automatic error compensation system to control thermal deformation in high speed feeding system with real time is proposed. To attain this purpose, high speed feeding system with feeding speed 60mm/min is developed and experimental equation for relationship between thermal deformation and temperature of ball screw shaft using multiple regression analysis is established. Furthermore, in order to analyze thermal deformation error, compensation coefficient is determined and thermal deformation experiments is carried out. From obtained results, it is confirmed that automatic error compensation system constructed in this study is able to control thermal deformation error within $15{\sim}20{\mu}m$.

  • The improved accuracy of the Land Cover/Land Use Map constructed using Hyperspectal Satellite Image and the possibility of real time classification of Land Use using optimal Band Selective Factor enable the change detection from automatic classification using the existed Land Cover/Land Use Map and the newly acquired Hyperspectral Satellite Image. In this study, the effective analysis techniques for automatic generation of training regions, automatic classification and automatic change detection are proposed to minimize the expert's interpretation for automatic update of the Land Cover/Land Use Map. The proposed algorithms performed successfully the automatic Land Cover/Land Use Map construction, automatic change detection and automatic update on the image which contained the changed region. It would increase applicability in actual services. Also, it would be expected to present the effective methods of constructing national land monitoring system.
