  • Automatic Assembly Systems(AAS) are a class of systems exhibiting concurrency, asynchronicity and distributedness, and can be modeled by Petri Nets. In this paper, we design two types of configuration of part-assembly system in the car manufacturing line, as an example of AAS. And, we make a modeling the system by utilizing Extended Petri Nets, simulation as varying machine parameters, and analysis of operation status. These enable to present the information of optimal status and various problems occurring in the system for achieving high production rate.

  • The ATO(Automatic Train Operation) System is used for train operation instead of dreivers. It is interfaced with TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System) and ATC/TWC system in the train and wayside facilities. In this paper describes configuration of ATO, Specification of ATO hardware, construction of ATO software and the algorithm for automatic train speed regulation in the carborn ATO system. This paper is mainly concerned with the development of the ATO System. The ATO system is used for automatic or driverless operation of a train using various informations from TCMS, ATC, TWC. In this paper, the general architecture of the ATO system, implementation of ATO application software and the algorithm using servo-controller for automatic train speed controller.

  • A neutral section is installed around feeding substation(SS) and sectioning post(SP) that M phase and T phase are isolated in AC feeding system. Electric Train under "Notch-OFF" is operated by inertia within the neutral section. It causes disturbing the operation of electric trains for speed drop and driver's mistakes.   • This paper presents the control law of Automatic Rudder Trim System(ARTS) for the KTX-1. The proposed ARTS is designed mainly t reduce the pilot's work load for trimming in the various conditiions of engine torque. airspeed, and aircraft configuration. The ARTS partially compensates the transient yawing motion due to change of engine power in turboprop aircraft because of the limitation of the actuation speed of the trim motor. In this paper flight test data are analyzed to understand the phenomena and the dynamics of the reversible rudder flight control system is derived. Finally, the control concept and conrtol law of ARTS are described and the characteristics of the ARTS are analyzed through simulation study.

  • This paper presents the AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) system using the binary CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) radio technology. The binary CDMA is the new radio technology in domestic research. Main implementation topics includes the binary CDMA remote meter reading system, the wireless piconet configuration for the wireless automatic meter reading, and the transmission scheduling for sending and receiving data. Also, the wireless packet data encryption is very important topics for the wireless automatic meter reading. The proposed AMR system is implemented as a pilot project in Jeju and Gangwon. It can be seen that the wireless remote reading using the binary CDMA wireless technology can be applied to the AMR system.

  • The ATO(Automatic Train Operation) System is used for train operation instead of drivers. It is interfaced with TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System) and ATC/TWC system in the train and wayside facilities. In this paper describes configuration of ATO, specification of ATO hardware, construction of ATO software and the algorithm fur automatic train speed regulation in the carborn ATO system. ATO Application Software is consist of ART, SPR, REG, SRV and PSM tasks. ART task is main control part of the ATO that determine ATO control, ATO mode, state transition. SPR determine speed reference according to train motion status, track data, train data and restricted train speed. REG task regulated train speed form the starting of one station to the precision stop at the other station under the result of ART and SPR tasks. In this paper, a algorithm for the train speed regulation while running is described.

  • 무인항공기 산업이 성숙해짐에 따라 촬영, 정찰, 구조 등 많은 분야에 무인항공기가 적용되고 있으며, 이로 인하여 신속한 무인항공기의 하드웨어의 설계, 특히 배터리팩의 설계가 필요하게 되었다. 수직이착륙 형태의 배송용 무인항공기의 편리한 배터리팩 구성 설계를 위한 자동 배터리팩 설계 툴을 개발하였다. 전류, 전압 패턴, 여러 셀 사양, 원하는 배터리팩 전압 등의 입력을 하면, 자동 배터리팩 설계 툴이 균질 셀 또는 이종 셀들을 결합하여 최소 중량과 최대 용량을 갖는 배터리팩을 계산한다. 또한 이 툴은 설계된 배터리팩 구성의 사용에 따른 용량 감소 경향을 예측할 수 있다.

자동노출제어장치의 채광창 차폐정도와 농도, 감도의 변화가 관전류량과 영상품질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Field Configuration Shielding Area and Changing of Density and Sensitivity on Tube Current and Image Quality in Automatic Exposure Control System)

  • 본 연구에서는 자동노출제어장치(automatic exposure control, AEC)의 채광창 차폐정도와 농도, 감도가 관전류량과 영상품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실험에 사용된 장비는 X선관과 간접방식의 디지털검출기가 일체형인 디지털방사선발생장치(Digital Diagnost, Philips, Netherlands)를 사용하였다. 채광창 차폐정도는 3 mm 두께의 납을 이용하여 0%부터 100%까지 12.5%씩 순차적으로 누적 차폐하여 9단계로 구분하였다. 농도는 제조사에서 제시한 3단계(+2.5, 0, -2.5)와 감도 3단계(S200, S400, S800)를 대상으로 하였다. 관전류량 평가는 관전압을 40 kVp로 고정하고 AEC 조절인자들이 교차한 81가지의 조합조건에서 자동 노출된 관전류량을 측정하였다. 영상품질평가는 자체 제작한 원뿔형 피라미드 팬텀의 방사선영상을 육안 평가하여 유효한 영상을 선발하였고 이들의 신호 대 잡음비(signal to noise ratio, SNR)을 측정하였다. 그 결과 관전류량은 채광창 차폐정도가 100%, 감도 S200, 농도 2.5일 때 60.0 mAs로 가장 많이 조사되었으며, 채광창 차폐정도가 0%, 감도 S800, 농도 -2.5일 때 0.9 mAs로 가장 적게 조사되었다. SNR은 채광창 차폐정도가 0%, 감도 S200, 농도 2.5일 때 25.2로 가장 우수하였고, 채광창 차폐정도가 25%, 감도 S800, 농도 -2.5일 때 SNR이 4.7로 가장 낮았다.
