대량의 병렬성을 이용한 고속 자동 테스트 패턴 생성기 (A Fast Automatic Test Pattern Generator Using Massive Parallelism)

  • This paper presents a fast massively parallel automatic test pattern generator for digital combinational logic circuits using neural networks. Automatic test pattern generation neural network(ATPGNN) evolves its state to a stable local minima by exchanging messages among neural network modules. In preprocessing phase, we calculate the essential assignments for the stuck-at faults in fault list by adopting dominator concept. It makes more neurons be fixed and the system speed up. Consequently. fast test pattern generation is achieved. Test patterns for stuck-open faults are generated through getting initialization patterns for the obtained stuck-at faults in the corresponding ATPGNN.

  • This reoprt is explained about test results of pressure operated switch for automatic fire extinguishing systems. It may include pressure operated Switch for automatic water supply control valves for use in automatic fire suppression system for fire protection service. The testing program was progressed devided by Two testing items, extermal oppearane test and performance test. The object of this report is present the problem which appear from the analysis of test results.

  • Electro-pneumatic valve is an electro-mechanical device which converts electric signal into pneumatic flow mu or pressure. A measurement of dynamic response time is very important to evaluate valve performance. Dynamic response time of electro-pneumatic valve has a variation accordance with valve types, operating way and test standard. In this study, automatic measurement system of dynamic response time is composed based on test condition of dynamic response time test standard(CETOP, JIS). Also, in this study test pressure variation characteristics accordance with variation of solenoid excitation power, and we developed dynamic response measurement system enable to compare of and analyze these two characteristics.

  • In this paper, we have proposed a new approach to the design of robot vision system to develop the technology for the automatic test and assembling of precision mechanical and electronic parts for the factory automation. In order to perform real time implementation of the automatic assembling tasks in the complex processes, we have developed an intelligent control algorithm based-on neural networks control theory to enhance the precise motion control. Implementing of the automatic test tasks has been performed by the real-time vision algorithm based-on TMS320C31 DSPs. It distinguishes correctly the difference between the acceptable and unacceptable defective item through pattern recognition of parts by the developed vision algorithm. Finally, the performance of proposed robot vision system has been illustrated by experiment for the similar model of fifth cell among the twelve cell for automatic test and assembling in S company.

  • Design for automatic coupler system of Korean Tilting Train eXpress is described. In order to carry out validation & verification activities for system design, test condition is taken into account at collision speed of 10km/h, which is required in Safety Notice for rolling stock vehicle. The study aims at safety validation between a coupler and car body including design verification for a coupler through the identifying of system design and the evaluating of test results.

  • 무기체계의 소프트웨어 기능 의존성이 높아짐에 따라 소프트웨어는 무기체계를 제어하는 핵심요인으로 자리매김하였다. 또한 국내/외적으로 소프트웨어 개발이 중요해지면서 소프트웨어에 대한 검증이 쟁점이 되고 있다. 최근 방산시장에서 이러한 점을 인식하고 무기체계 소프트웨어 유지보수를 위한 방안을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동화시험장비(Automatic Test Equipment, ATE)를 이용하여 무기체계 소프트웨어 유지보수 방안을 제시한다. 그 구체적인 방안은 시뮬레이터를 활용하여 소프트웨어 기능을 확인하고 고장 케이스를 식별하는 것이다. 이는 개발업체가 고장 케이스를 식별하는 시간을 줄임으로써 무기체계 총 고장정비시간(Total Corrective Maintenance Time, TCM)을 감소시킬 수 있는 효과적인 방법이다. 제안된 소프트웨어 유지보수 기능 추가된 자동화시험장비(ATE)는 기존 대비 정비도 및 운용가용도(OA)가 개선됨을 입증하였다.
