화상처리를 이용한 반자동 핵형분석 시스템의 개발 (Development of Semi-Automatic Karyotyping System Using Image Processing)

  • We introduces a development result of semi-automatic karyotyping system using image processing method to improve a long time working of the manual method and 5% error of traditional automatic karyotying system for analyzing karyotying. The karyotyping procedures have many routine tasks such as searching metaphases, taking pictures, developing, editing, etc. There are several automatic karyotyping systems in order to reduce the task in advanced countries. However, they are very expensive, applicable to only human chromosome, and have too many functions to use easily. This paper takes aim at high quality image resolution and development of interface that can adjust brightness and contrast of image on-line. The system can be applied to animal and plants as well as human's chromosome. The system developed in this paper is applied to pig and human. The effectiveness of the system is proved by hospitals in Korea.

  • In this paper we propose a new approach to the development of the automatic vision system to examine and repair the steam generator tubes at remote distance. In nuclear power plants workers are reluctant of works in steam generator because of the high radiation environment and limited working space. It is strongly recommended that the examination and maintenance works be done by an automatic system for the protection of the operator from the radiation exposure. Digital signal processors are used in implementing real time recognition and examination of steam generator tubes in the proposed vision system. Performance of proposed digital vision system is illustrated by simulation and experiment for similar steam generator moldel.

  • 본 논문에서는, 컨테이너 터미널에서 운행되는 컨테이너크레인의 자동화 시스템을 개방형 제어시스템으로 제안한다. 그리고, 개방형 제어시스템을 하드웨어 모듈과 OS 모듈 그리고 응용소프트웨어 모듈로 구성되는 표준모델로 제시한다. 본 논문의 기여도는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 크레인 제어시스템의 개방화를 위한 새로운 기준모델을 제안한다. 둘째로, 컨테이너크레인의 구조를 분석하고 자동화된 컨테이너크레인을 구현하기 위한 방법을 제안한다.

  • Robot systems are widely utilized in the shipbuilding industry to enhance the productivity by automating the welding process. In order to increase productivity, it is necessary to reduce the time used for robot teaching. In this work, the automatic teaching system is developed for the subassembly process in the shipbuilding industry. A alser/vision sensor is designed to detect the weld seam and the image of the fillet joint is processed using the arm method. Positions of weld seams defined in the CAD database are transformed into the robot coordinate, and the dynamic programming technique is applied to find the sub-optimum weld path. Experiments are carried out to verify the system performance. The results show that the proposed automatic teaching system performs successfully and can be applied to the robot system in the subassembly process.

  • In this research a real-time control system was developed without program codings during control system designing procedures. On the Simulink window control system is designed in the form of block diagrams, program codes are produced automatically with the real time workshop package, then C-compiler compiles the program codes. With this automatic real-time program producing mechanism rapid prototyping is realized. To show effectiveness of the proposed system designing scheme a DSP-based DC motor speed control system was constructed and PI and Fuzzy control methods were implemented.

  • The automatic/driverless operation which are great important techniques in metro railway are required to increase higher safety, greater reliability, and transport capacity. To satisfy such demands, we must have the system design iかd testing technique for the railway system operation. These techniques are related to the onboard train control and communication systems which include TCMS(Train Control md Monitoring System), ATO(Automatic train Operation), ATC(Automatic train Control), and TWC(Train to wayside communication). These sub-systems must be interfacing with not only each others but also the signal system on the ground. We tested the train control system on Test line that has been developed on the basis of the standardized type EMU for korea railway systems. This test line which is located in Sangju, have been constructed for testing 7 & 8 line of Seoul Metro railway.

  • An automatic transfer line consists of several stages(groups of stations) in series into one system by a common transfer mechanism and a common control system. In this system losses of the efficiency are evidenced in periods where a stage is forcod down- starved or blocked. The efficiency of an automatic transfer line can be improved by providing buffer storages between a stage or the length of line common senses there are several critical factors, system configurations relative position, and buffer capacity allocations in automatic transfer line are considered with a point of view production rates, average stock, and mean delay. The propose of this paper is to provide the robust designs by Taguchi method which improve the efficiency of four-stage transfer line.
