  • A CAM program for forming design Automated of CAM for Spring using car was developed in this study. This program was written in AUTO LISP on the AUTO CAD system with a personal. An approach to the system is based on the kinemateic of the object function. We make a determination of an cam programming. A CAM spline is continuous in displacement. velocity and acceleration. This program which can design Coil Spring shapes will successfully support CAN designing and manufacturing for Small & Medium companies.

  • 멀티미디어 저작도구를 이용한 응용 프로그램 개발에 있어서, 기존의 저작도구를 멀티미디어 툴북의 경우 객체들이 사건을 기반으로 하는 상태 변환 방식을 사용하므로 프리젠테이션 을 자동으로 가능하게 할 수 있는 기능을 제공하지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 객체의 자동 변환 기법을 통하여 자동 프리젠테이션 기능을 멀티미디어 저작도구가 시스템 DLL(Dynamic Link Library) 형태로 제공하도록 하기 위한 객체 자동 변환기법을 개발하고자 이를 멀티미디어 툴복의 페이지 전환 및 미디어 제어 인터 페이스를 이용하여 오디오 자원의 상태 변환 기능을 추가하여 멀티미디어 저작도구의 기능 확정이 가능하게 하였다.

  • A CAM program for forming design Automated of CAM for Spring using car was developed in this study. This program was written in AUTO-LISP on the AUTO-CAD system with a personal. An approach to the system is based on the kinemateic of the object function. We make a determination of an cam programming. A cam spline is continuous in displacement, velocity and acceleration. The best cam curve is obtained by changing the kinemateic of the object function. The result has improved all characteristics such as velocity, acceleration and displacement compared with that of the modified cycloid curve.

  • We propose a unmaned integrating control system based-on Windows XP version Off-Line Programming System which can simulate a Robot model in 3D Graphics space in this paper. The industrial robot with 4 and 6 axes modeled SM5 and AMI respectively were adopted as an objective model. Forward kinematics, inverse kinematics and robot dynamics modeling were included in the developed off-line program. The interface between users and the off-line programming system in the Windows XP's graphic user interface environment was also studied. The developing language is Microsoft Visual C++. Graphic libraries, OpenGL, by silicon Graphics, Inc. were utilized for 3D Graphics.

마커 자동 인식 향상 방법에 관한 연구 (The study for improve a method of Marker auto- identification)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an improved marker auto-identification algorithm for reduce of data processing time through improve the efficiency of noise elimination and marker separation. The maker auto-identification algorithm was programming named KUMAS used Delphi language. For the study, various experiments were conducted for the verification of KUMAS. and compared two systems of established with the KUMAS. Four different motions - cycling, gait, rotation, and pendulum -, were selected and tested. Motions were filmed 30Hz frames rate per second. ${\chi}^2$ used for statistical analysis. Significant level were ${\alpha}=.05$. The test results were as follow. 1. Increased the success ratio of marker auto-identification. 2. The efficiency of marker auto-identification was remarkably improved through marker separation, noise elimination. 3. The marker auto-identification ability was improved in 2D-image plane include the 3D motion. 4. Significant different were found between KUMAS and B-SYS(established system) with non-input the artificial noise frames, input the artificial noise frames and total frames.

  • This paper introduces the system AUTO-CUT for the automatic generation of NC tapes for wire-cut EDM (Electrodischarge Machining) parts. The information input to the system is the description of the part geometries, the tool motions and the cutting conditions etc. The system generates CLDATA. Also dynamic graphic display of the tool motions can be-performed on the screen.
