Worldwide, air transport demand of this century is expanding rapidly, and each countries' demand is also increasing. Thus a number of low-cost carriers emerged in existing air transportation business sector and airman qualification check work regarding aviation safety management is increasing too. As the remedy for the result of aviation safety audit by ICAO and FAA in 2001 that governmental activity for aviation safety had been performed by a small number of aviation safety inspectors, airman qualification inspection system implemented by airlines was improved and the government has established the system that authorized airman qualification inspectors check airmen qualification with airlines according to the international trend. This study suggests the need of improvement of airman qualification inspection system that existing inspection system as the means of safety management can be transferred to Operations Safety Inspection(OSI) activity which is compliant with international standards.

Recently, Li [12] gave an asymptotic formula for the ultimate ruin probability in a delayed-claim risk model with constant force of interest and pairwise quasi-asymptotically independent and extended-regularly-varying-tailed claims. This paper extends Li's result to the case in which the risk model is perturbed by diffusion, the claims are consistently-varying-tailed and the main-claim interarrival times are widely lower orthant dependent.

Marketing can assist libraries in determining their future and identifying quality products - services, programs and materials. Marketing provides a theoretical framework addressing the specific library and information science questions facing public, school, special and academic libraries in both the public and private sectors. The purpose of this paper is to analyse information marketing. For this purpose, characteristics of information, concept of marketing are to be studied, and then the process of information marketing program is analysed by market segmentation, marketing audit, marketing mix(products, pricing, place, promotion) and marketing system development. As a result, traditionally having focused on the undifferentiated and concentrated marketing strategies in the market segmentation, now they have to develope differentiated strategies in order to compete with other information centers.

Nowadays there are lots of changes in the domestic railroad industries because of the reorganization in the industries, operation of KTX and expansion of city train in local areas. To cope with these changes effectively, domestic & abroad safety guideline and regulation were investigated and reviewed by railroad safety technical development project. Based on this project, domestic rolling stock safety regulation was established in the July and December on 2005. It's been a 3 years after 2005 and to confirm whether there are some problems to applicate the regulation in the field like korail, the necessity of reviewing the regulation gains force. In this study, to improve the field application in rolling stock safety regulation, we investigated the results of integrated railroad audit system and internal safety regulation system in a train operator and also collected the opinions from train manufacturer. Then through the result of investigation and collection of the opinions, we proposed the amendment to the rolling stock safety regulation.

해킹과 같은 사이버 공격의 약 75%가 애플리케이션의 보안 취약점을 악용하기 때문에 안전행정부에서는 코딩 단계에서부터 사이버 공격을 막을 수 있고 보안취약점을 제거할 수 있는 시큐어 코딩 가이드를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안행부가 제시한 시큐어 코딩 가이드 7개의 항목들에 대해 AHP기법을 사용하여 우선순위를 찾고 중요도 분석을 하였다. 그 결과 '에러 처리'가 가장 중요한 항목으로 결정되었다. 현재 소프트웨어 감리에 시큐어 코딩에 관한 항목이 없는데, 이 분석 결과는 소프트웨어 개발 과정 중 감리 기준으로 유용하게 사용될 것이다.

본 연구는 관찰적 사전 사후 평가연구의 세 방법인 단순비교법, 비교그룹에 의한 방법 그리고 경험적 베이즈 방법에 대한 실증 분석을 수행하고, 그 결과를 비교하며, 평가연구에 적용 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2005년과 2006년에 영동고속도로에서 시행된 안전진단사업의 평가를 수행하였다. 분석결과 세 가지 방법 모두 안전진단조치로 인한 개선효과가 나타나고 있으며, 단순비교법이 개선효과가 가장 크고 그 다음이 비교그룹에 의한 방법, 경험적 베이즈 방법의 순으로 나타났다. 단순비교법의 결과는 교통사고 감소추이가 반영되어 과대 추정되었으며, 비교그룹방법의 결과에는 비교그룹의 외부우연요인이 내재되어 있다. 경험적 베이즈 방법은 참조그룹의 사고예측모형에 의해 평균으로의 회귀 현상이 통제되므로, 두 방법과 비교해 결과가 비교적 정확하다. 평가연구의 수행에서, 분석가는 평가방법별 장 단점을 잘 이해하고, 관련된 모든 지역에서 사고추이의 검토를 선행한 후에 평가 분석을 수행하여야 한다.

본 연구는 시장효율성을 증대시키는 재무분석가의 이익예측 의사결정에 기업지배구조에서 중추적 역할을 하고 있는 소유구조가 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석기간은 2000년부터 2006년까지이며 표본은 증권거래소에 상장된 기업들로 재무분석가의 이익예측치가 존재하는 12월말 결산법인으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대주주지분율이 높은 기업은 질 낮은 회계이익을 바탕으로 재무분석가가 낙관적인 이익 예측을 하여 이익예측오차는 크나 대주주와의 우호관계를 통해 기업의 사적정보를 입수할 가능성이 있기 때문에 정확성이 높은 것으로 보인다. 기관투자자지분율이 높은 기업은 질 높은 회계이익을 바탕으로 재무분석가가 신중한 이익예측을 하여 이익예측오차는 감소하나 정확성은 높지 않은 것으로 보인다. 한편, 이러한 결과들은 재무분석가의 이익예측이 낙관적인 집단에 기인하며, 정확성은 상대적으로 떨어지는 집단에 기인하였다. 둘째, 소유구조와 재무분석가의 이익예측간의 관련성에 기업지배구조관련변수들의 영향력을 추가로 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 약간의(marginal) 의미만을 지니며 소유구조 전반으로 일반화하기에는 무리가 있었다. 추후 재무분석가들이 이미 선행연구들에서 밝혀진 기업경영의 투명성에 지대한 공헌을 한 지배구조 변수들을 의사결정 시에 반영하면 이러한 결과들이 더 뚜렷해 질 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 상기의 결과들에도 불구하고 다음과 같은 한계점을 지니고 있다. 재무분석가의 이익예측정확성 차이를 구분함에 있어서 이익예측치의 중위수를 기준으로 높고 낮음을 판단하였다. 이러한 구분은 자의적인 방법이므로 추후 개선된 방법이 필요할 것이다. 그리고 재무분석가들의 이익예측치 발표시점에 대하여 독립변수들을 시장상황에 맞게 대응시키지 못하였다. 마지막으로 소유구조가 재무분석가의 이익예측에 미치는 직접적인 영향과 간접적인 영향을 명확히 구분하지 못하였다. 추후 자본시장의 효율성 증대를 위해 재무분석가가 더 많은 기업에 대해 정보를 제시해야 하며 그들의 제공된 정보가 시장효율성을 왜곡시키지 않도록 많은 견제와 감시제도가 존재해야 할 것이다.

연구목적: 국내 다중이용업소는 업종의 특수성 등으로 인하여 화재위험성이 높은 것으로 평가되며, 이에 따라 2006년에 다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법이 제정되어 현재까지 운용 중이나 그간 다수의 개정에도 불구하고 개선할 점이 여전히 상존한다. 본 연구는 규제체계의 구축과 운영에 있어 모범국가인 영국의 안전규제체계를 분석함으로써 국내의 다중이용업소 안전관리체계를 근본적으로 개선할 수 있는 방안을 마련하고자 하는 취지에서 수행되었다. 연구방법:본 연구는 비교연구법을 활용하여 국내 다중이용업소의 안전관리체계와 영국의 화재안전 관리체계를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 이러한 정성적 분석의 결과, "관계인", "화재위험평가", "화재안전감사" 등 국내 다중이용업소의 안전관리체계를 개선하기 위해 주목할 만한 제도들을 선정하였고, 이에 추가로 국내의 제반여건을 고려하여 "국내 다중이용업소 소방안전관리체계(안(案))"를 고안하였다. 결론: 본 연구는 다중이용업소의 안전체계를 민간 중심으로 재편하고 특히 화재예방분야에서 정부의 개입을 최소화하는 영국의 사례를 분석함으로써 앞으로 국내의 다중이용업소 안전관리체계를 보다 합리적이고 실효성있는 체계로 개선시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

This research aims to examine (1) the effect of carbon emission disclosure on firm value, (2) the effect of good corporate governance on firm value, (3) the mediating role of financial performance between carbon emission disclosure and firm value, and (4) the mediating role of financial performance between good corporate governance and firm value. The research sample includes 43 mining, agro, and manufacturing firms listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange over the 2015-2017 period. Carbon emission disclosure is measured by an indicator of the Global Reporting Initiative Series of Environmental Aspect. Good corporate governance is measured by the corporate governance score of shareholder rights, boards of directors, outside directors, audit committee and internal auditor, and disclosure to investors. Financial performance is measured by return on assets, while firm value is measured by Tobin's Q. Data analysis uses the structural equation modeling. The result shows carbon emission disclosure and good corporate governance have no direct effect on firm value. On the other hand, financial performance mediates the effect of carbon emission disclosure and good corporate governance on firm value. It shows that higher carbon emission disclosure and good corporate governance are meaningless for the investor if they do not give any financial performance improvement.

A rapid development and a wide use of the Internet have expanded a network environment. Further, the network environment has become more complex due to a simple and convenient network connection and various services of the Internet. However, the Internet has been constantly exposed to the danger of various network attacks such as a virus, a hacking, a system intrusion, a system manager authority acquisition, an intrusion cover-up and the like. As a result, a network security technology such as a virus vaccine, a firewall, an integrated security management, an intrusion detection system, and the like are required in order to handle the security problems of Internet. Accordingly, a router, which is a key component of the Internet, controls a data packet flow in a network and determines an optimal path thereof so as to reach an appropriate destination. An error of the router or an attack against the router can damage an entire network. This paper relates to a method for RSMS (router security management system) for secure networking based on a security policy. Security router provides functions of a packet filtering, an authentication, an access control, an intrusion analysis and an audit trail in a kernel region. Security policy has the definition of security function against a network intrusion.
