Deep learning is one of the most widely accepted methods for the forecasting of time series data which have the complexity and non-linear behavior. In this paper, we investigate the modification of a state-of-art WaveNet deep learning architecture and walk forward validation (WFV) in order to forecast electric power consumption data 24-hour-ahead. WaveNet originally designed for raw audio uses 1D dilated causal convolution for long-term information. First of all, we propose a modified version of WaveNet which activates real numbers instead of coded integers. Second, this paper provides with the training process with tuning of major hyper-parameters (i.e., input length, batch size, number of WaveNet blocks, dilation rates, and learning rate scheduler). Finally, performance evaluation results show that the prediction methodology based on WFV performs better than on the traditional holdout validation.
Ostermeier's Hamlet has no particular contemporary reinterpretation. Alternately devoting to show retrospect in illusion and existence through revenging actions. However, Shakespeare's metaphorical and implicative language is dissipated and the style of the play is not an illusive space-time, but a tragic theatrical production that uses rough language to express the depth of the story. The Perfomance of Hamlet is a sensuous jumble up of a diverse range of mass media. The double roles that the actors carry out give an affect of isolation between the audience and the play itself showing both empathy and liberty. Ostermeier's Hamlet distinctively shows a post-modern performance through the prominent elements of dirt, the use of mixed genre, theatric emphasis, making an image and the fulfillment of acting. Nonetheless, Ostermeier's performance stays off the point on the breakup strategy of the post-modern drama without suspending the narrative of Shakespeare's Hamlet. Besides aiming to show a performance centered by the imagery of physical expression, his performance shows New Realism in the 1960's, showing everyday life. Ostermeier thinks, that theatre helps give contemporary people an accurate reality check in the constant unstable periods of time. Therefore, Hamlet shows post-modern physical expression and outspoken dramaturgy using the effects of mass media in New Realism without breaking up realistic narration. With being the aberration of the Castle Helsingor, the main character Hamlet, expresses lunacy and can be considered as metaphor for young adults whom are broken down and isolated from the economic system. He is a substitute for those who experience agony, anger, torment, etc. and other suppressed emotions in everyday life. With the method of direction in the portrayal of Hamlet show signs of succession in the abundant popularization of the classics by communicating with the audience by following the trend of modern mass media and audio-visual perception; emphasizing the point of the philosophical topic 'life and death,' 'life and theatre,' and 'illusion and reality.'
Background: Dating violence refers to violence occurring between people in an intimate relationship. Forms of dating violence are often categorized into physical, psychological, and sexual violence, and most existing literature has followed this frame. However, few studies have focused on the phenomenon of living under the perpetrator's coercive control in victims of dating violence, although those experiences are known to be signs of severe forms of violence later on. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences of being coercively controlled in female victims who had experienced dating violence. Method: For this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with a total of 14 female victims, and all interviews were audio-recorded and transcribed. The data were analyzed using the phenomenological analysis method suggested by Colaizzi. Results: Three themes were derived in chronological order: idealizing the relationship (period of potential control), facing severer tyranny (period of coercive control), and escaping from the unending trap (period of post-control). The results showed that the victims experienced perpetrators' control with specific patterns. The perpetrators' controlling behaviors were invisible, literally benevolent, at the beginning; however, severe forms of violence seemed to appear as their relationship deepened and the perpetrators failed to control the victims. Conclusion: Findings from this study presented vivid experiences of female victims who needed help and care. Hopefully, the results can benefit in terms of developing evidence-based prevention strategies for victims as well as assessing the risks of severe forms of dating violence, such as physical attack or murder.

Data was collected through in-depth interviews from September, 2016 to March, 2018. Transcribed data from audio recordings on interviews were analyzed using the Colaizzi method. 6 clustered themes consisting of 17 sub-themes emerged through the qualitative data analysis and they include the following: 1) Confusion at site daily residence; 2) Feeling relaxed in supported housing site; 3) Development in self-perception; 4) Undertaking a leading role; 5) Growing capacity for independent living; and 6) Integration into normal life. Study findings suggest that expanding supported housing and improving its quality for people with psychiatric disabilities are needed. Additionally, the field of mental health needs an increase in the number of case managers with expertise in dealing with people suffering from psychiatric disabilities and their recovery.
Purpose: This study investigated the patient safety culture (PSC), the perception of importance on patient safety management (PIPSM) and the patient safety management activities (PSMA) of care workers in nursing homes. This was a descriptive study that attempted to provide basic data for the patient safety education program of care workers. Methods: Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews from July 1 to 31 in 2020. One hundred and seventy-four care workers participated in quantitative research. The collected data were analyzed by the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Bonferroni, and Pearson's correlation. The qualitative data were collected through semi-structured, audio-recorded interviews with six representatives and six care workers from six nursing homes. Content analysis was performed to analyze the data. Results: Positive correlations were observed between PSC and PIPSM, and between PIPSM and PIPSM. Care workers' experience in patient safety management was in the following six categories: "Safety accident risk factors", "Type of safety accidents", "How to prevent safety accidents", "Effective safety management education", "Emphasis on occupational ethics of care workers", and "Needs for standard protocol" Conclusion: These findings indicate that considering the care workers' age and facility size, nurses should enhance patient safety education for care workers and establish a management activity system.
The purpose of this study was to examine interactions among components of pedagogical content knowledge of middle school science teachers in a teacher learning community targeting science practice-based instruction. Data collection consisted of pre and post questionnaire and interview with each of five science teachers, audio-recording of teacher discussion in a teacher learning community, lesson plans, teacher written reflection, and video-recording of teaching practice. Qualitative data analysis revealed that there were two types of interactions, i.e., one-way interaction and two-ways interaction among components of pedagogical content knowledge of science teachers in a teacher learning community. There were also consecutive interactions as well as one-shot interaction. For two-ways interaction there were synchronous two-ways interaction in a teacher learning community meeting as well as consecutive two-ways interaction along with several meetings. This study provides implications that collaborative learning context in a teacher learning community should stimulate various types interactions among components of pedagogical content knowledge.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide evidence for future research by analyzing the contents, delivery methods, and educational effects of educational programs for hemodialysis patients. Methods: A literature review was conducted in the following order: problem identification, literature search and data collection, data evaluation, data analysis, and data presentation. In total, 936 documents were retrieved from the search, and 24 documents were finally included in this study. Results: The contents of the educational programs were comprehensive hemodialysis-related knowledge education in seven studies, exercise-related education in 10 studies, diet-related education in four studies, drug-related education in one study, and complex education in two studies. The delivery methods were pamphlets in six studies, audio-visual materials in four studies, direct guidance by researchers in six studies, and multiple methods in seven studies. The effects of the educational program were divided into physical indicators, emotional indicators, and knowledge and performance related to hemodialysis. Sixteen out of 20 articles using physical indicators showed significant outcomes, and 10 out of 12 articles using emotional indicators derived positive results. Hemodialysis-related knowledge and performance were measured in eight and 10 studies, respectively, and meaningful results were found in six studies for knowledge and seven studies for performance. Conclusion: Future research will require the development of a systematic and standardized educational program with comprehensive content that can be provided to all hemodialysis patients, as well as a highly accessible education delivery method to enhance the effectiveness of education.
This study identified and evaluated by deriving and categorizing concepts related to the user experience of metaverse fashion shows using grounded theory, which is a qualitative research method. Based on experiential marketing theory, in-depth interviews were conducted for 14 days with 14 males and females in their 20s and 30s. The research results and contents are as follows: The causal condition was the purpose of using metaverse fashion shows, and the action/interaction strategy caused by such a case was found to be establishing a system for metaverse fashion shows and promoting a positive brand image. The results included content evaluation of satisfaction, normal, or dissatisfaction. The contextual condition was a change in the form of consumption that emphasized experience, while the interventional condition was psychological distance. Based on this, the core category was defined as "consumption patterns that emphasized the purpose of use and experience affects the metaverse fashion shows and psychological distance appeared as a user experience evaluation through the establishment of a system of metaverse fashion shows and the promotion of a positive brand image". User types were classified as active or passive. Active users have the autonomy to select content according to their individual preferences, and accordingly, their experience preference tends to change. In contrast, passive users' preference for the technical quality of content is relatively low, but they have a high concentration of content diversity and audio-visual interest elements.

This study is an investigation regarding the understanding of the nature of science among pre-service science teachers majoring in science education. We interviewed 22 senior students in science education who finished their internship courses. Students were interviewed individually for approximately 20 minutes each. Data from semi-structured interview were audio-recorded and transcribed for the analysis. Findings indicated that participants held more complete understanding of the nature of scientific knowledge than the nature of scientific enterprise. Their understandings of the nature of scientific method was that hypothetical-deductive method is more scientific than descriptive-narrative method and there is a single stepwise scientific method to solve problems. These results showed that they have a narrow view of the nature of science. Thus, teacher education programs need to integrate the understanding of the nature of science throughout.
