Purpose: This study was performed to understand the characteristics and the meaning of the illness experience of breast cancer survivors as basic data for the development of an intervention program. Methods: The participants were 25 breast cancer survivors who had completed treatment at a tertiary hospital in Seoul. Data were collected through in-depth and unstructured audio-recorded interviews by the investigator. The participants were asked to describe their illness experience. The data were analyzed according to Giorgi's method for phenomenological analysis. Results: The interview data were organized by theme into 6 categories that emerged from the analysis. The themes were acceptance of the illness, active coping with reality, gaining strength through the support of surrounding people, struggling to overcome a negative mindset, self-reflection, and the pursuit of a meaningful new life. Conclusion: We recommend the development of a survivorship program based on self-reflection, which can engender self-transcendence and spiritual well-being.

약 2에 걸쳐서 대전지역을 대상으로 DTV 현장측정을 실시하였다. 총 33개의 측정지점을 선정하였고 각 지점에서 수신전력, 잡음전력, SER, RMS 지연확산 및 등화기의 성능을 측정하였다. 전체 측정지점 중의 약 50%가 영상과 음성의 질이 만족할 만한 수준이었고, 등화기는 고스트신호에 대하여 보상능력이 있었으며 13.7dB의 S/N개선을 얻었다. 이 결과로부터 DTV를 위한 측정결과를 확립할 수 있을 것이다.

Purpose: To develop a substantive theory that represents caring experience from their the spouses perceived by hemodiialysis patients. Method: Grounded theory method guided the data collection and analysis. A purposeful sample of 15 hemodiialysis patients participated from April, 2005 to September, 2005. The data were collected through in-depth interviews. All interviews were audio taped and transcribed verbatim. Constant comparative analysis were performed simultaneously. Result: The core category on caring experience from their the spouses perceived by hemodialysis patients was identified "Re-establishment for life". The process was categorized into four stage, "Escaping", "Accepting", "Enduring", "Transcending". Conclusion: This study provides a framework for the development of individualized nursing intervention to care for the hemodialysis patients.

본 논문에서는 패닝 기법을 이용하여 믹싱된 스테레오 음원에서 음원을 분리하는 방법에 대하여 고찰한다. 음원 분리 알고리즘은 다채널 포맷 변환을 위한 업믹스나 음질 개선, 고품질 음원 분리 등 다양한 응용분야에 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서 사용하는 음원 분리 알고리즘은 믹싱된 스테레오 채널을 시간-주파수 별로 PCA(Principal Component Analysis) 분석 방법을 이용하여 각각의 음원들이 패닝된 방향을 추정하며, 추정된 방향의 성분만을 추출하는 방향 필터링 과정을 거쳐 음원들을 독립적으로 분리 해 낸다. 실험을 통해 각 음원 분리 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하였다.

This study attempted to provide a spectrum analysis for quantitative evaluation of singing voice quality of singing students rather than the presence or absence of the singer's formant. The regression analysis was used to analyse the relationship between ringing quality, SPR, and SPP of singing voice of college student subjects majoring in music. This study measured singing. power ratio (SPR) in 41 singing students. Digital audio recordings were made in sung vowels for acoustic analyses. Each sample was judged by 1 experienced singing teacher and 4 voice pathologists on one semantic bipolar 7-point scales (ringing-dull). The results showed that the SPR and SPP had significant correlations with ringing quality. The SPR had a significant relationship with ringing quality on singing voice in singing students. The SPR can be an important quantitative measurement for evaluating singing voice quality.

Purpose The proliferation of data on the internet has created a need for innovative methods to analyze user satisfaction data. Traditional survey methods are becoming inadequate in dealing with the increasing volume and diversity of data, and new methods using unstructured internet data are being explored. While numerous comment-based user satisfaction studies have been conducted, only a few have explored user satisfaction through video and audio data. Multimodal sentiment analysis, which integrates multiple modalities, has gained attention due to its high accuracy and broad applicability. Design/methodology/approach This study uses multimodal sentiment analysis to analyze user satisfaction of iPhone and Samsung products through online videos. The research reveals that the combination model integrating multiple data sources showed the most superior performance. Findings The findings also indicate that price is a crucial factor influencing user satisfaction, and users tend to exhibit more positive emotions when content with a product's price. The study highlights the importance of considering multiple factors when evaluating user satisfaction and provides valuable insights into the effectiveness of different data sources for sentiment analysis of product reviews.

광대역 ISDN에서 사용될 수 있는 멀티미디어 통신서비스로서 Video on Demand(V0D)와 같은 검색형 분배서비스와 영상전화, 다지점 영상회의와 같은 실시간 대화형 서비스를 대상으로 활발한 연구, 개발이 이루어지고 있다. V0D 서비스에 대한 연구는 Digital Audio-Visual Council(DAVIC)에서 V0D 서버, 전달 망, 그리고 Set-Top Box(STB) 등을 포함한 전체 시스템에 대한 규격을 확정하였고 대화형 멀티미디어 통신단말은 ITU-T SG16에서 H.300 계열 단말의 표준을 대부분 완료한 상태이다. 그러나 이들 기구에서 권고하고 있는 멀티미디어 통신단말의 구조는 주 연구대상의 차이로 인해, 검색형 분배서비스와 대화형 통신서비스를 모두 제공할 수 있는 효율적인 구성 형태를 갖고 있지 못하다. 본 논문은 ITU-T, DAVIC, ATM Forum 등의 권고 및 규격을 면밀히 분석한 후, 동일한 멀티미디어 통신단말에서 V0D 및 대화형 통신서비스를 제공할 수 있는 효율적인 단말의 구조를 제안하고 설계, 구현하였다. 광대역 ISDN을 대상으로 한 통신단말은 범용 PC에 탑재되는 두 개의 add-on 카드로 구현하였으며, ATM 접속을 통한 V0D 및 일-대-일 대화형 멀티미디어 통신 세션 설정와 실험을 통해 기능의 검증을 완료하였다.

영어 교육에서 멀티미디어 통합 교육은 교사 중심의 교육에서 학습자 중심의 교육의 방향을 전환시킨다. 본 연구의 목적은 오디오 스프트웨어, 파워포인트, Flash 애니메이션, 비디오 같은 멀티미디어 도구들의 사용이 영어 교육에서 영향력이 어느정도인지 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 학생들을 대상을 한 실험상의 연구는 영어 교육에서 다른 멀티미디어를 사용하는 교사 중심의 분석, 학생 중심의 분석, 그리고 응답 기반 분석으로 구분된다. 교사 기반 분석은 예측과 후향 방법으로 구성된다. 이 글에서 멀티미디어 도구가 의도된 효과를 성취하는 여부의 분석과, 멀티미디어 도구가 어떤 종류의 효과를 성취할 수 있는지 기술하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 멀티미디어 도구가 학교 수업시간에 얼마나 유용한지 또한 얼마나 효과적인지 입증하고자 한다.

This study attempts to develop e-learning contents for the "fashion information analysis," which should be performed in combination of theory and practice in fashion education, in a recent Web-based education environment. The e-learning contents are developed by using the three steps of analysis, design and development. In order to analyze the requirements of curricula, the status and content of fashion information related curricular provided by general universities and cyber universities are analyzed, and then on the basis of this analysis the education objectives and detailed contents of e-learning contents are determined. Design and development of e-learning contents consist of the types, education menus and education form. The types of e-learning contents are developed into an education form combined with tutorial and practice/activity types. The education menus are comprised of syllabic, the profiles of professors and students, announcements, questions and answers regarding respect subjects, materials, and notes. Meanwhile, the education form consists of the following sections: "Before the Learning", "Learning", "Review Questions", "Final Review", "References", and "Practice", "Before the Learning" consists of two parts of a theory lecture that is composed of video clips and Power-Point presentations, and practice that consists of an audio(or video) lecture and illustration or Photoshop software execution window.

본 논문에서 다수의 사용자 중에서 현재 발성하고 있는 화자를 검출하는 스테레오 시청각 기반의 화자 검출 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 두 개의 마이크를 이용한 음원 위치추정, 스테레오 카메라를 이용한 영상정합 및 발화자 후보 위치 추정, 그리고 모바일 기반의 화자 검출 정보 획득으로 구성되어 있다. 스테레오 카메라로부터 획득한 화자의 영상정보를 바탕으로 Adaboost 알고리즘과 Haar-like 특징을 이용하여 발화자 후보들의 얼굴을 검출하고 이를 기반으로 삼각측량법을 이용하여 발화자 후보들의 위치를 추정한다. 그리고 2개의 마이크로부터 획득한 화자의 음성정보를 바탕으로 CPSP(Cross Power Spectrum Phase)기반의 TDOA(Time Differnce of Arrival)추정을 통해 음원의 방향을 추정한다. 최종적으로 스테레오 카메라를 통해 측정된 정보와 마이크를 통해 얻은 정보를 비교 분석하여 현재 발화자를 검출한다. 검출된 화자 정보에 대한 보다 차별화 된 서비스 제공을 위해 TCP 서버/클라이언트 구조 기반의 모바일 화자 검출 정보 획득 시스템을 구현하고 평가하였다.
