문화관광축제는 전국의 지역축제 가운데 광역시 도에서 추천한 축제 가운데 관광상품성이 크고, 경쟁력 있는 우수한 축제를 선정하여 지원하는 사업이다. 문화관광축제 종합평가계획(문화관광부, 2006)에 의하면 방문객의 만족도 평가, 전문위원 평가, 그리고 축제 개선실적 등을 감안하여 최우수축제, 우수축제, 유망축제, 예비축제로 선정되고 있다. 특히 예비축제를 제외한 문화관광축제는 공공부문의 사업비 지원을 받기 때문에 1,000여 개가 넘는 지역축제의 방문객 만족도 평가는 상호비교가 가능한 평가척도를 이용하여 종합평가분석이 이루어진고 있다. 이러한 견지에서 본 연구에서는 문화관광축제 공통평가속성이 방문객 만족과 사후행동의도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하여, 향후 축제기획 시 방문객 만족도 제고와 지속가능한 문화관광축제로 선정되기 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 이론연구를 통하여 문화관광축제 평가속성, 만족, 그리고 행위의도에 관한 변수를 도출하였으며, 2006 광주김치대축제 방문객을 대상으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 문화관광축제 평가속성에 대한 요인분석을 통하여 홍보안내, 행사내용, 기념품 음식, 편의시설 요인을 도출하였으며, 축제방문객 만족과 행동의도와의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구모형을 통해 수립한 연구가설은 차이분석, 회귀분석, 공분산 구조분석 등을 통해 검증하였으며, 연구결과 모든 가설은 채택되었다. 향후 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 축제와 성격이 유사한 축제방문객 분석을 통한 비교연구를 기대한다.

This study propose a model for railway safety evaluation with which the safety of whole railway system can be evaluated. The evaluation model is to generate a safety index which quantitatively represent the degree of railway safety. Safety index is proposed a function of three indexes; an accident index, safety management index, and safety culture index. This paper describes the first result from the study on the safety target which will be a key starting point toward the development of safety evaluation model. It is recommended that the safety target be composed of several sub-targets that are apportioned to constituent components. It is concluded that the classification of safety target influence on deciding components or attributes that constitute each sub-indexes; an accident index, safety management index, and safety culture index. Based on this study, a railway safety evaluation model will be developed in the next study.

This paper proposes a probability measure for the evaluation of relay performance from two aspects, namely, correct trip and no-unwanted trip. They are developed based on the relationship between relay settings and relay measurements, which follow a Gaussian probability model. The proposed method based on strict mathematical derivation is applied to protection capability evaluation of distance relays under various settings. Considering the specific attributes of each protection zone, the optimal settings are also determined accordingly. The protection capability could demonstrate clearly the relay performance under various settings and the optimal settings could provide good references for engineering applications.

To ensure interoperability among TADILs, we need inter-operational system of tactical data link that allows sharing of specific, planned information among different TADILs. In this paper, we have proposed the design of a conceptual software architecture of inter-operational system. For developing of a conceptual software architecture, we analyze the actual condition of ADSI used in the US military and identify functions and quality-attributes. Based on these factors, we design the conceptual software architecture for inter-operational system of tactical data link using Attribute-Driven Design(ADD) method. ADD is consist of three phases - choose the module to decompose, refine the module, repeat the steps for every module that needs further decomposition. To evaluate of ADD results, we apply the Software Architecture Analysis Method(SAAM) which is consist of making evaluation scenarios, choosing indirect scenarios, evaluation scenarios' interaction, and creating an overall evaluation. Through the evaluation, we verify the conceptual software architecture of inter-operational system.

In this paper, a conceptual framework of a new concept of protectability is proposed, which indicates the protection level of the system. Evaluation attributes have been identified and a hierarchical evaluation model has been established. Dempster-Shafer Theory of Evidence is applied in combining multiple uncertain judgements to produce an aggregated evaluation.

The main objective of this study is to quantify the appropriateness of the sensibility vocabularies used in sensibility ergonomic evaluation scheme by applying structural equation model. In the conventional sensibility ergonomic evaluation scheme, factor analysis is employed to classify various vocabularies into some common factors. However, since the vocabularies were chosen quite subjectively, it is difficult to ascertain that they represent the product attributes properly. It was shown in a case study that the structural equation model provides the quantitative results to verify whether the selected vocabularies are eligible for further steps of sensibility ergonomic evaluation.

The academic research performance is often quantitatively measured by means of using citation frequency. The citation frequency-based indicators, such as h-index and impact factor, are commonly used reflecting the citation quality to some extent. However, these frequency-based indicators are usually carried out based on the assumption that all citations are equal. This may lead to biased evaluations in that, the attributes of the citing objects and cited objects are significant. A high-accuracy evaluation method is needed. In this paper, we review various citation quality-based evaluation indicators, and categorize them considering the algorithms being applied. We discuss the pros and cons of these indicators, and compare them from four dimensions. The outcomes will be useful for our further research on distinguishing citation quality.

We examined the cerebral activation of the emotional and linguistic attributes during the visual word recognition. This research investigated the affective priming effect preserving the behavioral paradigm. We used the primed-evaluation task in which the participants classify the target as positive or negative, and manipulated the emtional attributes by emtional relations of the prime-target word pairs(PP, PN, NP, NN). ROIs analyses for the semantic processing and emotional processing were performed. The results showed that the semantic processing areas including the IPL, SMG, and aSTS were activated differently according to the experimental condition. The activations of the IPL were increased only on the NN condition, whereas the activation of the SMG was decreased only on the PP condition. Furthmore, the activation of the emotional processing areas including the mPFC and ACC, was different according to the emotional realtions of word pairs. Similar to the SMG, the BOLD signal of the mPFC was decreaed only on the PP condition, whereas the activation of ACC was Increased only on the NN condition. These results were seemed to show the interact ive cerebral activations for processing the emtoional and linguistic attributes in a word, during visual word recognition.

본 논문에서는 2016년부터 초 중학교에서 확대 강화되는 SW 교육에서 학생들이 개발한 SW 프로그램을 창의력, 논리력, 문제해결력 등과 같은 교육적 가치 측면과 효율성, 신뢰성, 완전성 등과 같은 SW 품질적 측면이 조화롭게 평가될 수 있는 평가지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 먼저 SW교육의 단계별로 교육적 가치 측면과 SW 품질적 측면에서의 15개의 SW 프로그램 평가요소를 설정하고 각 평가요소별 총 36개의 평가기준을 개발하였다. 그리고 15개 평가요소와 36개의 평가기준에 대하여 SW교육 및 프로그래밍 전문가 39명에게 평가요소와 평가기준의 타당성을 검토 받았으며, 그 결과, 15개 평가요소와 36개 평가기준 모두 타당성이 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서 개발된 SW 프로그램 평가지표는 SW교육의 신뢰성을 높여주고 학생들에게 자신의 학습에 대한 자아성찰의 기회를 제공해 주며, 정보영재교육과 SW 프로그램 공모전 및 경시대회, SW 능력 인증 및 자격제도 등의 다양한 교육활동 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study explores the daily life patterns and housing adjustment behaviors of low-income Korean elderly immigrants residing in affordable housing in the Chicago metropolitan area. Utilizing an intercultural perspective, the study focuses on identifying the immigrants' their cultural attributes of daily living and coping responses to residential misfits. These housing adjustment behaviors are classified into five modes consisting of residential mobility, structural adaptation, residential alteration, normative adaptation, and behavioral adaptation. Two-hour in-depth interviews with open-ended questions were conducted with 138 participants from 15 affordable housing complexes. Collected information includes demographic data, immigration experiences and cultural identity, daily life patterns, as well as housing evaluation and housing adjustment behaviors. The study results indicate that many research participants maintained their cultural attributes of daily living accumulated from past experiences (i.e. mostly based upon Korean cultural contexts), but also made adjustments as they complied with their aging body and new living conditions. This also reflects that immigrants' cultural needs are not limited to the use of language and ethnic goods, but are also embedded deeply in their daily life patterns to influence one's uses of the dwellings in a broader sense. All five modes of housing adjustment behaviors were observed with research participants within their residential settings. More importantly, normative and behavioral adaptations along with residential alterations occurred more simultaneously rather than sequentially when the respondents perceived discrepancy between oneself (i.e. including one's attributes, needs, and preferences) and his/her dwelling.
