파라핀 왁스는 높은 후퇴율 때문에 하이브리드 로켓의 연료로 많은 각광을 받고 있다. 하지만 파라핀 연료의 연소에서도 비정상적인 저주파수 연소압력 진동이 관찰되고 있는데, 이는 연료 표면에 형성된 액체층과 액적의 유입과 관련이 있는 것으로 추론된다. 본 연구는 액적에 의한 추가적 연소와 저주파수 연소불안정 발생과의 관계를 분석하였다. 한편, 액적의 발생은 관성력과 액체의 표면장력의 비로 정의되는 We수(Weber Number)와 액체층의 Re수(Reynolds Number)에 따라 변화하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 따라서 일차적으로 실험실 규모의 로켓을 사용하여 We수에 따른 연소불안정의 발생여부를 관찰하였다. We수의 조절은 산화제 유량 변화를 통한 관성력의 변화와 LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene) 첨가에 의한 표면장력의 변화를 통해 시도하였다. 저주파수의 연소불안정의 발생은 특정한 We수 이상에서만 관찰되었고 임계 We수가 존재하는 것을 확인하였다.

본 연구에서는 자기효능감이나 불확실성에 대한 태도와 같은 창업자의 심리적 특성에 따라 창업지원서비스에 대한 니즈(needs)가 달라질 수 있다는 가설을 세우고 실증분석을 통해 이를 검증하였다. 서울과 대전 지역 창업보육센터에 입주한 86개 기업의 창업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 그 데이터를 기반으로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과, 창업자의 자기효능감이 높을수록 대학 외부 번화가에 창업존을 제공하려는 창업지원서비스에 대해 적극적인 수용의사를 밝힌 반면, 과거 창업에서 실패경험을 가진 창업자는 대학 외부에 위치한 고객 유치에 대해 긍정적인 반응을 보였다. 또한, 창업기업의 성과가 좋지 않을수록, 그리고 여성 보다는 남성 창업자가 창업지원에 대한 니즈(needs)가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과는 창업지원에 대한 정책을 결정할 때에는 업종이나 성장단계와 같은 창업기업 차원의 특성 뿐 아니라 창업자의 심리적 상태 역시 중요한 고려대상에 포함시켜 차별화된 창업지원서비스를 설계해야 함을 시사한다.

The (Ga_1-xZn_x)(N_1-xO_x) solid solution is attracting extensive attention for photocatalytic water splitting and wastewater treatment owing to its narrow and controllable band gap. To optimize the photocatalytic performance of the solid solution, the key points are to decrease its band gap and recombination rate. In this study, (Ga_1-xZn_x)(N_1-xO_x) nanofibers with various Zn fractions are prepared by electrospinning followed by calcination and nitridation. The effect of the composition and crystallinity of electrospun oxide nanofibers on the morphology and optical properties of the obtained solid-solution nanofibers are systematically investigated. The results show that the final shape of the (Ga_1-xZn_x) (N_1-xO_x) material is greatly affected by the crystallinity of the oxide nanofibers before nitridation. The photocatalytic properties of (Ga_1-xZn_x)(N_1-xO_x) with different Ga:Zn atomic ratios are investigated by studying the degradation of rhodamine B under visible light irradiation.

코로나-19 판데믹 이후 언택트 문화의 확산과 다양한 유형의 데이터를 생성하는 4차 산업 혁명으로 이전과는 비교되지 않을 정도로 많은 데이터가 생성되었다. 이는 보다 높은 데이터 처리율을 요구하게 되었고, 벤더와 하드웨어를 중심으로 하는 기존 네트워크 체계의 한계를 조금씩 드러나게 하였다. 최근 이런 한계점을 극복할 수 있는 사용자와 소프트웨어 중심의 SDN이 주목받고 있다. 또한, SDN을 기반으로 한 부하분산 기법은 방대하고 다양한 데이터를 생성하고 처리하는 데이터 센터의 서버 클러스터의 부하분산 영역에 효율을 높여줄 것으로 보인다. 본 논문은 기존 SDN 부하분산 연구들과 달리 모니터링 기법을 통한 주기적인 확인 아닌 이벤트 발생에 따라 컨트롤러가 서버의 상태를 확인하고, 부하율에 따른 가중치를 부여하여 사용자의 요청을 할당하는 부하분산 기법을 제안하고 있다. 소기 실험결과 제안기법이 대조기법과 비교하여 3%가량 균등한 부하분산 효과를 보여 소기의 성과를 보였기에 규모가 크고 패킷의 흐름이 많은 데이터 센터의 서버 클러스터에서의 좀 더 효과적일 것으로 기대된다.

COVID-19 이후 산업 전반에 디지털 전환이 이루어지고 언택트 서비스로 메타버스가 주목받는 상황에서 본 연구는 국내·외 뷰티 브랜드를 대상으로 메타버스를 이용한 브랜드 경험 마케팅 사례에 대해 알아보고, 그 필요성에 대해 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 메타버스 마케팅, 뷰티 브랜드 마케팅 관련 선행 연구 고찰을 진행하였으며 연구결과, SK-II와 크리스찬 디올은 VR기술을 이용하여 이용자들에게 브랜드 제품과 관련된 콘텐츠와 경험을 제공하고, 로레알, 세포라, 라네즈는 AR기술을 사용하여 가상 메이크업 어플리케이션을 제공하는 등 오감을 자극할 수 있는 체험 마케팅을 전개하였다. 이러한 체험마케팅은 고객의 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치고 소비트렌드에서 중요한 Z세대를 겨냥하기 위해 그 중요성이 더욱 커질 것이라 사료된다. 본 연구가 뷰티 브랜드의 메타버스 및 체험 마케팅에 있어 관련 자료로 사용될 수 있기를 기대하며, 뷰티 분야에서도 메타버스 마케팅에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Rendering, is attracting attention as a technology that can stably and quickly process livestock carcasses. However, large amounts of livestock carcass solid residues are discharged in this process and limited methods are available for recycling them. In this study, rendered animal carcass solid residues were pyrolyzed to produce carbonized materials (350℃; RACR-C) and their chemical properties were investigated. Further, RACR-C were applied to cabbage cultivation for investigating their crop growth characteristics and soil improvement effects. RACR-C contained large amounts of fertilizer components such as nitrogen and phosphorus, and showed no toxic effects on the seedling growth of crops. The content of water-soluble nutrients released from RACR-C under the reaction time increased rapidly within 30 min, but was insignificant compared to the total content. Thus, most fertilizer components in RACR-C were not readily soluble in water. The optimal application amount for applying RACR-C to cabbage cultivation based on the changes in cabbage growth, inorganic content, and soil chemistry was 200 kg/10a. Overall, pyrolysis of solid residues after rendering livestock carcass to produce carbonized material as a soil improver is an effective method to recycle the waste discharged from the rendering process.

Recently, as the process of the MOS device becomes more detailed, and the degree of integration thereof increases, many problems such as leakage current due to an increase in electron tunneling due to the thickness of SiO₂ used as a gate oxide have occurred. In order to overcome the limitation of SiO₂, many studies have been conducted on HfO₂ that has a thermodynamic stability with silicon during processing, has a higher dielectric constant than SiO₂, and has an appropriate band gap. In this study, HfO₂, which is attracting attention in various fields, was doped with Al and the change in properties according to its concentration was studied. Al-doped HfO₂ thin film was deposited using Plasma Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition (PEALD), and the structural and electrical characteristics of the fabricated MIM device were evaluated. The results of this study are expected to make an essential cornerstone in the future field of next-generation semiconductor device materials.

This study takes its point of departure from Lacanian psychoanalysis and explores the point that an irremediable gap in the human subject can be illuminated in terms of the Lacanian categories, fantasy, symptom, gaze or voice as cause of desire of the Other. With respect to the category of the symptom, Lacan claims that the Other is always already there in the constitution of the subject, that is, the relation of the subject to the Other that is overwhelming as well as attracting the subject. Chapter II deals with the unthought, excessive ground of the conscious that borders on the subject, as is the case of self-excentric aspect of the man. Indeed, in Lacan's early work, the subject is essentially a relationship to the Other as desire(objet petit a), and there is no such thing as a symptom or fantasy without some subjective involvement. Lacanian unknown real, perpetual excess as the cause of desire animates the subject even as it threatens to blast it apart. The structures that establish the lines of desire in every individual are derived from an ineluctably intersubjective field. The Other is always already there in the constitution of the subject. In the final years of Lacan's teaching we find a kind of universalization of the symptom and almost everything that is becomes in a way symptom. Symptom, embodied in Laura in "Goblin Market," is her only substance, the only positive support of her being. By looking at the Laura's symptom in chapter III we gain an insight into the forbidden domain, into a real space that should be left unseen and unthought. The voice of goblin men therefore functions as a sublime object that is animating as well as dominating element even as it threatens to disintegrate the subject. Objet petit a as a sublime object that must be excluded in reality returns in the real, taking on a certain materiality which has an effect on Laura, that is, animates Laura's desire. Objet petit a is a real object, signifying nothing. In conclusion, the theoretical importance of Lacanian psychoanalysis is the relation between a subject and an Other as Objet petit a.

현재의 우리나라는 사회적 성장과 더불어 국제사회의 일원으로서 문화적, 경제적, 사회적 성장을 이루고 있다. 과거 2000년대 들어서 지역사회와 자치단체에서 역사 문화적 관심에 따라 다차원적인 노력을 진행하였는데 그 일환으로 역사기념관을 신축하거나 증축하여 시민들의 만족과 관람객 유치라는 효과를 기대하고 기념관의 양적인 증가를 이루게 되었지만, 전시공간의 질적인 효과를 이루고 있지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 역사기념관은 하나의 역사적 사건을 기반으로 전시공간을 구성하기 때문에 관람객의 동선이 효율적이지 못한 일방향 동선으로 나타나는 경향이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전시기획과 공간, 관람자의 상호관계성을 complex system 이론에 따른 국내 역사기념관의 사례를 바탕으로 분석을 진행하여 전시공간의 운영과 효율성에 대한 문제점을 분석하고 해결방안을 제안하여 향후 전시공간의 계획 또는 전시공간과 관람자의 상호관계에 따른 동선과 공간의 밀도, 공간인지 정보에 관한 구체적인 시각화 및 데이터 도출에 관한 연구를 진행하고자 한다.

To overcome the profitability challenge these days, many global banks are increasingly focusing on cost efficiency through more efficient banking processes, such as online and mobile banking, whereas a number of other banks choose to differentiate their services for retaining and attracting the most valuable customer segment (Deloitte, 2011). While global banks in the retail banking industry are adopting either of these two business models as a strategic choice for their long-term growth, KB Kookmin Bank, one of the leading retail banks in South Korea, has begun to operate 'KB Rockstar' as a strategic channel, particularly designed to target college students in the youth market. The new marketing strategy has resulted in a positive impact on its brand image in customers' perception as well as a drastic increase in the number of youth customers. In this study, we analyze the case of 'KB Rockstar' and summarize the key factors for its success from a marketing perspective. First, 'KB Rockstar' is not simply a good channel strategy, but an innovative marketing strategy that aligns place, product and promotion together in order to create a synergy effect, resulting in the successful implementation of the bank's targeting strategy. Second, the strategy effectively establishes 'KB Rockstar' as a brand targeted to youth customers while also competently strengthening the image of the corporate brand, KB Kookmin Bank. The skillful implementation of organically combined marketing mix strategies has enabled the successful launch of the bank's sub-brand. Third, the strategy considers a retail bank branch as not only the place that makes sales transactions in order to generate short-term profits, but also the place that builds a long-term relationship with customers in order to maximize their lifetime values in the long run.
