Background & Objectives: The aim of the study was to investigate characteristics and relationship among University students' attitude to reproductive health, value of marriage and children Methods: With a descriptive survey design, a self-report study was conducted and collected 470 responses from university students in Chungcheongnam-Do. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients were used to analyze data. Results: It was found that there were significantly different in attitude to reproductive health according to the following variables: age(F=2.91, p<.05), college(F=2.49, p<.05), sexual experience(t=7.54, p<.001). value of marriage was significantly different according to gender(t=-7.05, p<.001), college(F=4.42, p<.05), plan to marriage(t=-5.58, p<.001) and plan to having children(t=-4.30, p<.001). Value of children was significantly different according to gender(t=4.52, p<.001), plan to marriage(t=-4.30, p<.001) and plan to having children(t=6.33, p<.001). Attitude to reproductive health was significantly correlated with value of marriage(t=6.33, p<.001), value of marriage was significantly correlated with value of child(r=.224, p<.01). Conclusion: These results suggest that education for improving attitude to reproductive health, value of marriage and child are necessary to overcome low fertility. In addition, it is needed to further research and at the national level policy.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the reproductive health behavior of married immigrant women (MIW). Methods: A cross-sectional based survey was conducted. The data were collected using a self-reporting questionnaire of MIW who lived in cities and provinces. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: A total of 141 subjects participated in the study (mean age, $34.23{\pm}6.53$). Of the participants, 45.4% were Vietnamese. The reproductive health behavior score of the subjects was $4.09{\pm}0.51$. The reproductive health behavior showed positive correlations with attitude (r=.37, p<.001), perceived behavioral control (r=.35, p<.001) and intent (r=.33, p<.001). The factors influencing the reproductive health behavior were attitude toward the reproductive health behavior (${\beta}=.24$, p=.005), perceived behavioral control (${\beta}=.18$ p=.046), experience of breast feeding (${\beta}=.20$, p=.014), and the self-evaluated Korean listening ability (${\beta}=.18$, p=.019). These variables explained 29% of the variance in the reproductive health behavior. Conclusion: According to the above results, a specific educational program for MIW is needed to increase their reproductive health behavior.
The aim of this study is to determine whether the reproductive health promotion program (RHPP) affect the sexual knowledge, sexual attitude, and reproductive health promoting behavior in University students. The students of 108 (mean 20.84 years) were participated in the RHPP, and this program was conducted to 110 min, twice a week for 4 weeks from November 9, 2016 to December 7. We investigated sexual knowledge, attitude, and reproductive health promoting behavior by questionnaire. As the results, the sexual attitude was better than baseline, and significant correlation between the sexual knowledge and the reproductive health promoting behavior (p<0.05). However, no significant changes in outcome measure were observed in the sexual knowledge and reproductive health promoting behavior (p>0.05). We found that the RHPP improves the sexual attitude and correlate between the sexual knowledge and reproductive health promoting behavior. This study will be utilized to develop the education program for the reproductive health promotion of University students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship among sexual knowledge, sexual attitudes, and reproductive health promoting behaviors of nursing college students. The research tools utilized were sexual knowledge measurement tool by Jeon(2004), sexual attitudes measurement tool by Ho(2009), and reproductive health promoting behaviors measurement tool by Jo(2014). A total of 300 nursing college students were surveyed, and 229 responses were analyzed. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's post hoc test and pearson's correlation coefficients with IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. Female students exhibited higher sexual knowledge, and it was evident that reproductive health promoting behavior education is appropriate during lower academic years. Additionally, the indication that higher sexual knowledge corresponds to higher reproductive health promoting behaviors suggests the ongoing necessity for sexual education to enhance reproductive health promoting behaviors. Therefore, this study could serve as foundational data for developing educational materials on reproductive health promoting behaviors for counseling and education aimed at improving nursing college students' reproductive health.
Purpose: To identify relationships among lifestyle, psychological distress, and reproductive health in female university students. Methods: We used a descriptive cross-sectional design. A total of 275 subjects were enrolled. Subjects agreed to undergo a face-to-face interview, including administration of structured questionnaires to determine health promotion lifestyle profile II (HPLP-II), depression anxiety stress scale for depression and anxiety (DASS-D, DASS-A), and reproductive health (knowledge, attitude, behavior, menstruation irregularity, dysmenorrhea, and gynecologic symptoms). Results: The mean age of subjects was 21.2 years. Those with low HPLP-II score showed significantly high menstruation irregularity. Those with high depression and anxiety had significantly high reproductive symptoms. In addition, high HPLP-II score was correlated with low depression, anxiety, and high reproductive health. Conclusion: The life style of female university students is associated with depression, anxiety, and reproductive health. To improve female university students' reproductive health, life style interventions including healthy nutritional habit, physical activity, and stress management are important.

This study was done to examine knowledge and attitude towards sex and the needs for sex education of korea female students in college. Data for this study was collected through questionnaires filled-out by 464 female students from September 2002 to December 2002. The result of this study were as follows; The subjects' scores of sex knowledge was 19.60 on average devided into the lovest 1 to the highest 25. Reproductive physiology scored highest at 0.82 and the contraceptive method was the lowest at 0.54. The subjects showed a positive sex attitude as 48% were for the abortions before marriage, a they appeared the most negative as 4.3% were for extramarital coitus of women. The subjects who responded that sexual education is necessary were 423 (91.2%), and they wanted ‘the sexual mentality of men and women’ most, 419 (99.1%). Also, ‘contraceptive method’ of 404 (95.5%), ‘veneral disease.’, ‘sexual behavior’, ‘sexual physiology’, ‘reproductive physiology’, ‘sexual morals’ etc followed. Based on above results of the study, it is more essential to organize the sex education programs centering around ‘contraceptive method’, ‘veneral disease.’, ‘sexual behavior’ etc which are not too difficult but more needed than ‘reproductive physiology’. It is required to develope sex education programs through research between specialists in various fields rather than through specialists in one field. It is considered that sex education programs can lead female students to forming and maintaining a correct sexual identity.
This study explored the link between reproductive health knowledge, attitudes, and self-efficacy in young women from Uganda's Luwero district. A survey was conducted on 82 women in the Luwero region from May to July 2016, and the predictive power of knowledge and attitudes toward self-efficacy was evaluated through multiple linear regression analysis. Results showed positive correlations among these factors, with knowledge and attitude predicting self-efficacy. Specifically, understanding healthy puberty habits and valuing women's roles positively influenced self-efficacy for healthy behaviors. These findings emphasize the need to target these aspects in reproductive health education programs, crucial for addressing adolescent pregnancy and related issues in Uganda's rural areas.
