융·복합 시대에 대학생 배경변인별 진로장벽, 진로태도성숙, 진로직업역량 차이분석 (A Study on the Difference of Career Barriers, Career Attitude Maturity, and Career Competencies based on Gender, Grade, and Fields of Major of Undergraduate students in the age of Convergence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성별, 학년별, 전공계열별 등 배경변인별 특성에 따른 진로태도성숙, 진로장벽, 진로직업역량의 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 이에 2015학년 2학기에 A대학에 개설된 '자기개발과 진로탐색'과 '취업성공전략'등 진로관련 교양수업에 참가한 대학생 320명을 대상으로 실시한 설문을 다변량분산분석을 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 성별에 따라 진로장벽과 진로태도성숙에 차이가 나타났는데, 여학생들이 남학생들에 비해 자기명확성 부족과 대인관계 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 진로태도성숙의 하위요인 중 독립성에서 남학생들이 여학생들보다 높았다. 또한 성별, 학년별, 전공계열별로 진로직업역량에 차이가 나타났다. 여학생들이 남학생들보다 진로탐색 역량이 높았으며 진로 직업탐색과 직업 수행에서는 공통적으로 2학년이 가장 낮았으며, 학년이 높아질수록 높아졌다. 진로 직업탐색과 진로설계에서 전공계열별로 차이가 나타났는데, 공통적으로 사회계열 전공이 제일 높았으며, 인문과 공학계열이 낮게 나타났다. 이에 제도적 차원에서 대학은 이러한 집단 간 차이를 고려하여 진로지도의 방향 설정 및 취업지원서비스를 기획 운영해야 할 것이다.

패션모델의 직무스타일이 직무만족도 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Work Attitude of Fashion Models on Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention)

  • This study analyzed the effects of job style on job satisfaction and turnover intention of fashion models, and the difference in the job style, job satisfaction and turnover intention by model activities period. Data was collected by surveying fashion models with more than 10 modeling experiences, and 230 responses were used in the data analysis. The results of were as follows: First, the job style of fashion models were classified into professional ability type, social relationship-focused type, future-oriented type and body-boasting type. Job satisfaction was classified into satisfaction with working conditions, satisfaction with model activities, and satisfaction with relationships. Turnover intention was classified into intention to change jobs, and intention to quit modeling. Second, being a professional ability type had a negative effect on satisfaction with working conditions, whereas being a future-oriented type had a positive effect on it. The professional ability type and social relationship-focused type had a positive effect on satisfaction with model activities, and the social relationship-focused type had a positive effect on satisfaction with relationships. Third, the future-oriented type and body-boasting type had a negative effect on the intention to change jobs. The social relationship-focused type, future-oriented type and body-boasting type had a negative effect on the intention to quit modeling. Fourth, there were significant differences in the professional ability type, human relationship-focused type, body-boasting type, intention to change jobs and intention to quit modeling by model activities period. Therefore, it is necessary for domestic fashion models to have the appropriate attitude to develop features and competency required for modeling projects and if improvements are made to enhance job satisfaction of fashion models, the fashion modeling industry is expected to make further developments.

플립러닝을 활용한 의료윤리학 교육에 대한 한의대생의 인식과 경험 (A Study on the Korean Medical Students' Perception of Medical Ethics Education Using Flipped Learning)

  • Objectives : Recently, the interest on medical education in flipped learning has been growing. Competency-based curriculum is also required through changes in teaching methods within the Korean medicine education. In this study, flipped learning method was applied to 'medical ethics' class to examine the perception and experience of flipped learning from the Korean medical student's perspectives. Methods : The study was conducted on 15 preparatory course freshmen students who took the 'medical ethics' course, in the second semester of the year 2017 at 'A' University. The study was proceded in two steps; 1) fill-in the questionnaire twice (before and after the class), and 2) in-depth interview with semi-structured questionnaire. The $1^{st}$ questionnaire in the first step was consisted of 'Experience on flipped learning before the class', 'Which section of the flipped learning class do participants have expectation', 'Interest and expectation on flipped learning'. In the $2^{nd}$ questionnare, the participants were asked 'Which section of the flipped learning section that the learning effect was maximized', 'Association between 'flipped learning' method and 'Medical ethics' course' with 5-point Likert scale and frequency. Results : The results showed that flipped learning method works very effectively in the 'medical ethics' course (63.6%). After the flipped learning class, the participants showed positive change in a attitude of the class (72.7%). However, this teaching method might be inappropriate for participants who had difficulties in pre-learning or a passive attitude and lecture-centered instruction (LCI) classes. Conclusions : Though applying flipped learning method to the 'Medical Ethics' was effective, to make pre-learning better, the instructors should prepare countermeasures for passive participants, help interact well among the participants, and plan a lesson thoroughly for changing LCI classes to student-centerd instruction(SCI).

임상실습을 경험하는 간호학생의 환자안전에 관한 융·복합연구 (A Convergence Study on the Patient Safety of Nursing Students who have experienced Clinical Practice)

  • 본 연구는 임상실습을 경험한 간호학생들의 환자안전관리 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 수행하였다. 연구대상자는 국내 5개 도시의 5개 대학에 재학 중인 간호학생 232명이었다. 자료수집은 2019년 6월 17일부터 7월 30일까지 시행되었고, 구조화된 자가보고식 설문지 작성을 통해 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 windows program을 이용하여, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression을 이용하였다. 상관분석 결과, 환자안전관리 실천은 환자안전관리 중요성 인식(r= .42, p<.001), 지식(r= .29, p<.001), 태도(r= .35, p<.001)와 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 환자안전관리 중요성 인식은 환자안전관리 실천에 유의한 영향(β=.19, p<.001)을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 모형의 설명력은 36.2%였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 간호학생들의 환자안전관리 역량을 개선시킬 수 있는 대학단위의 교육이 꾸준하게 이루어질 필요가 있음을 강조한다.

The Effects of Parental Support and Parenting Attitudes of Multicultural Adolescents on School Life and Social Competence

  • 본 연구는 다문화 청소년 패널조사 2기 1차 자료를 활용하여 다문화 청소년 부모의 지지와 양육 태도가 학교생활과 사회적 역량에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 검증하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 2019년 당시 초등학교 4학년이었던 다문화 청소년 2,246명을 분석자료로 활용하였다. 연구 결과 부모의 지지와 부모의 양육 태도가 적극적이고 긍정적일수록 다문화 청소년의 학교생활과 사회적 역량의 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 학교생활과 사회적 역량 정도는 성별에 따라 달라지며, 여학생이 남학생보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 어머니의 학력에 따른 학교생활 정도는 유의미한 차이가 나타났으나 사회적 역량 정도에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과로 미루어보아 부모의 지지와 양육 태도 방식은 다문화 청소년의 학교생활과 사회적 역량의 정도에 영향을 미치는 교육생태계의 주요 환경 변인이라는 것을 시사한다.

임상간호사의 비판적 사고 (Critical Thinking of Clinical Nurses)

  • Introduction: Critical thinking involves identifying problem(s), assessing resources, and generating possible solutions and allows clinical nurses to decide which solution is the most reasonable under the given circumstances, taking into consideration the "hat ifs" and how they will affect the end result. This research was conducted to further understanding and identification of subjective factors in critical thinking in clinical nurses. Methods: The research design was a Q-Methodological Approach. Q-population was formulated from a non-structured questionnaire and interviews from 17 experienced clinical nurses. Thirty selected Q-statements were sorted by 30 experienced clinical nurses. Results: Four factors for critical thinking were identified: (1) Deductive reasoning based on causal relation, (2) Construction of an effective model based on patients' responses, (3) Formulating categories based on priorities for effective interventions, and (4) Judging validity of the situational significance on clinical performances. Conclusion: Critical thinking is an attitude and reasoning process. From this study, the frame of reference for clinical nurses in formulating critical thinking within the context of clinical settings is identified and indicates the way nurses utilize thinking skills when they care for patients and areas that need further exploration as nurses and faculty develop education systems to advance clinical performance competency.

NCS 기반 토양환경분야 국가기술자격 실기시험 평가방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Method of National Technical Qualification for Soil Environment Based on NCS)

  • Human Resources Development of Korea has been practicing performance evaluation for occupational qualification licences in environmental sectors that include water, air, and wastes management, but not soil. The purpose of the study was to improve overall quality of the national qualification test in the soil sector to better train applicants based on National Competency Standards (NCS), which is designed to emphasize site-specific conditions and knowledge. This study systematically analysed the current licence test in the soil sector with respect to qualification units, performance criteria, knowledge, techniques, and attitude as described in NCS. Furthermore, test evaluation was conducted to examine the validity of the revised licence test. The test results indicated the revised test method would bring positive outcomes to the related industry. Upon the reviews and amendments by the field experts, the result of this study could serve as a framework to the development of more robust and reliable licence test.

  • NCS is the nation-wide standard designed to standardize and systematize the capability(knowledge, technology and attitude) required for personnel to undertake their task in industrial site according to industry field and level of the task. In order to cope with rapidly changing labor market, individual has to be equipped with ability required for each relevant duty field. And company also requires worker to have basic working ability, professional knowledge or technical capability for relevant duty. Especially, the core competency, a fundamental element for all tasks, has been recognized as critical part not just in social level but also in company level. In that sense, the necessity of adding the core competence into regular education program has been vastly demanded. This study mainly deals with development of NCS-based learning module for information capability that most of industrial field want their employee to be equipped as basic skill. And, in particular, education achievement analysis for computer application capability, a subordinate capabilities of information capability, and its application method are mainly described.

학습계약에 기반한 자기주도 임상실습 운영사례 (Learning Contracts Based Self-Directed Clinical Practicum)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to implement and evaluate the learning contracts based self-directed learning in a final clinical placement for senior nursing students. Methods: This study was a case study and 82 senior nursing students at a university participated in a learning contract based practice placement. Data were collected from written learning contracts and questionnaires after a clinical practice. Results: The students' learning needs were knowledge, clinical skills, and attitudes frequently encountered in a ward in which clinical skills were most common. The students' formulated learning contracts were varied but most of them were basic and simple. A self-directed clinical course was beneficial and a satisfactory experience to senior students. There was an increase in the students' motivation in learning, confidence in own capability, and satisfaction with the use of the learning contract. Conclusion: Self-directed clinical practicum would result in a degree of attitude change in the students. This study suggests that learning contract based self-directed clinical practice is effective to improve learning satisfaction, confidence in own capability, and competency.

임상 간호사의 간호업무성과 측정도구 개발 (Development of a Performance Measurement Scale for Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to develop a performance measurement scale for nurses in the hospital setting and to test the reliability and validity of the scale. Methods: This study was conducted in three phases including an application of conceptual framework, development of scale items, and test of validity and reliability of the scale. In order to test validity and reliability, data was collected from 1,966 nurses who work in twenty eight hospitals nation-wide. The data was analyzed by the SAS 8.0 program using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and reliability coefficients. Results: The Performance measurement scale consisted of 4 factors which included competency, attitude, willingness to improve, and application of nursing process, and a total of 17 items. The Four factors explained 63.45% of the total variance, and Cronbach's alpha of the scale was.92. Conclusion: The performance measurement scale developed by this study is a reliable and valid instrument that is utilized effectively to evaluate the performance of hospital nurses. Furthermore, it could be used as a sloping stone to assess educational needs of nurses, develop professionalism among nurses, and improve quality of nursing care in the hospital setting.
