보육교사의 놀이성과 음률지도 적극성: 음률활동에 대한 인식의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Child Care Teachers' Playfulness and Teaching Intention: Focusing on the Mediating Effects of Recognition of Music and Movement Activities)

  • Objective: This study examined how child care teachers' playfulness and recognition of music and movement relate to their teaching intention of music and movement. Methods: Participants were 200 child care teachers in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi areas. The data were analyzed for descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis, and sobel test. Results: The main results were as follows: First, child care teachers' playfulness, teaching intention of music and movement and their recognition of music and movement were positively correlated. Second, child care teachers' playfulness influenced on their teaching intention of music and movement. Finally, teachers' recognition of music and movement mediated the relationship between teachers' playfulness and their teaching intention of music and movement. Conclusion: This study showed that teachers' playfulness influenced on their positive recognition of music and movement activities, which was the variable that caused mediation in the teachers' playfulness and their teaching attention.

핀테크 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Factors Influencing on the Intention to Use Fintech)

  • Purpose Fintech has been recently drawing extensive attention all over the world as the innovative trend that will change the future of the global financial industry. However, fintech has been mostly focusing on the payment service in the embryonic stage in Korea. This paper will investigate the approach to increase the intention to use for those who do not use fintech at present. Design/methodology/approach This paper empirically analyzes the impact of innovation of users and the perceived ease-of-use and security on the intention to use through the perceived usefulness and confidence. The 255 survey responses were used to verify research hypotheses through covariate structural equation model. Findings According to the analysis results, it was found that innovation had a significant impact on the perceived usefulness, but had no significant impact on confidence. The perceived usefulness had a significant impact on perceived usefulness and confidence. Moreover, the perceived usefulness and confidence had a significant impact on the intention to use. Meanwhile, it was identified that the security perceived by those who do not use fintech had a negative impact on perceived usefulness, confidence, and intention to use related to fintech. Accordingly, fintech service providers need to determine an approach to help customers to have a positive perception on the security of fintech.

스마트 기술 기반 간호사 보수교육 프로그램 활용의도의 영향요인 (Factors Influencing Intention to Use Smart-based Continuing Nurse Education)

  • Purpose: There is increasing attention to smart-learning as a new education paradigm. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of intention to use smart-based Continuing Nurse Education (CNE) and factors influencing intention to use smart-based CNE. Methods: Participants were 486 nurses from 14 organizations, including 12 hospitals, a nurses association, and an office of education. Data were collected from November 5 to 18, 2014 using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score for intention to use smart-based CNE was 6.34 out of 10. The factors influencing intention to use smart-based CNE were nursing informatics competency, current unit career, and smartphone addiction. These variables explained 10% of variance in intention to use smart-based CNE. Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that efforts to enhance the nursing informatics competency of nurses could increase usage rate of smart-based CNE. The CNE policy makers will find this study very useful and the findings of this study will help to provide insight into the best way to develop smart-based CNE.

The Influence of Online-Store Cue on Consumers Perceived Quality and Online Purchase Intention

  • Purpose - The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between cue utilization and perceived website quality and purchase intention for an online store. To achieve this, we suggest a conceptual model that examines the relationship among product introductions, online communications, online reviews, perceived quality, and online purchase intention. Research design, data, and methodology - This research utilizes SPSS 19.0 and AMOS17.0 to analyze the data. We used factor analysis to shape the structure of the original data and saved the information with multiple dimensions. We then deployed the AMOS software to analyze the model. We performed both factor analysis and structural equation analysis. Results - The findings of this study show that graphic and word descriptions, online chatting, and online reviews have a positive influence on perceived quality. Furthermore, perceived quality has a positive influence on purchase intention. Conclusions - First, detailed product information should be added to influence quality perception. Second, consumers expect a certain level of service while shopping. Simultaneously, online products reviews from consumers deserve attention as they can impact consumer purchase intention.

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of restaurant service quality dimensions on service value, satisfaction, and behavior intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. A structural equation model was used to measure the causal effects. The results of the study show that the confirmatory factor analysis model presented an excellent model fit. The unrestricted model yielded a significantly better fit to the data than the two restricted models. In the unrestricted model, the effect of reliability on service value was statistically significant. The effects of tangibles and empathy on satisfaction were also statistically significant. As expected, empathy had a significant effect on behavior intention. Moreover, empathy had a significant indirect effect on behavior intention through service value and satisfaction. Restaurants should devote themselves to factors such as reliability in order to improve service value. Also, attention must be given to another important factor, empathy, since this influenced not only satisfaction, but also behavior intention.

  • Currently, chatbot, a conversational platform based on artificial intelligence, is drawing attention as a new marketing channel. This study attempted to verify the effect of the anthropomorphism, message type, and media self-efficacy level on purchase intention. The experimental design of this study was a 2 (anthropomorphism level of shopping chatbot: low vs. high) × 2 (message type: factual vs. evaluative) × 2 (media self-efficacy: low vs. high) three-way mixed analysis of variance (ANOVA). This study conducted a survey by the convenience sampling method of 402 women in their 20s and 30s living in Seoul and the Gyeonggi area who were aware of chatbot services. For the final analysis, 388 questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed with the SPSS 23 program and three-way ANOVA. Simple main effects analysis was conducted. The results of this study were as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences in purchase intention according to anthropomorphism level, message type, and media self-efficacy. Second, message type and media self-efficacy showed statistically significant interaction effects on purchase intention. Lastly, anthropomorphism and the media self-efficacy level and the message type of the shopping chatbots showed significant three-way interaction effects on purchase intention.

Investigating Repurchase Intention on Sharia Shares: An Empirical Evidence of the Sharia Stock Market in Indonesia

  • The Islamic capital market in Indonesia is currently developing rapidly marked by the massive growth of sharia stock investors. It is followed by the development of an online sharia trading platform by stock brokerage companies so that investors can transact online sharia shares. From the number of existing stock investors, however, there are still very few Islamic stock investors who repurchase shares after the previous purchase. This really attracted the attention of researchers to investigate the repurchase intention of sharia share in the Indonesia stock market. 415 samples who are Islamic stock investors in the Indonesia stock market have filled out distributed questionnaires. Then, the data was processed using SEM Amos. The results of this study found that perceived enjoyment, perceived ease to use, and expectation have a positive and significant effect on investor satisfaction. Then, perceived enjoyment and expectation have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, while perceived ease to use has a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intention, but has a positive effect through the mediating variable investor satisfaction. Investor satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, and investor satisfaction is a good mediator for the exogenous variables in this study.

The Effect of Halal Awareness on Purchase Intention of Halal Food: A Case Study in Indonesia

  • This study seeks to examine the effect of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the purchase behavior of students enrolled in a private higher education establishment in Tangerang, Indonesia. This is a quantitative study and it employs samples by simple random sampling of 410 university students. The returned and valid questionnaire results totaled 261 samples. Data processing used the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The findings of this study reveal that attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control have a significant effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, purchase intention has a significant effect on working students' purchase behavior, and halal awareness had a moderating effect of purchase intention on purchase behavior. Purchasing interest has a positive effect on purchasing behavior, and this study proves that halal awareness is able to moderate the effect of purchase intention on purchasing behavior toward halal food products. The higher the awareness of halal products, the greater the relationship between buying interest and buying behavior of halal food. The results of this study also show the importance of paying attention to halal awareness factor in the form of increasing the relationship between buying interest and buying behavior of halal food products.

공유 모빌리티 서비스의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study of Factors Affecting Intention to Use Mobility Sharing Service)

  • The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about many changes in our daily lives and in industries as a whole. The most notable change was the spread of the untact culture to minimize face-to-face contact. The spread of the untact culture has changed the use of public transportation. Looking at the results of previous SARS and MERS studies, it was found that as the pandemic spreads, the use of public transportation decreased. Recently, the mobility sharing service is attracting attention as a personalized means of transportation instead of public transportation. Therefore, in this study, the factors affecting the intention to use the mobility sharing service were to be identified by the actual users. In this study, economic benefit, convenience, sustainability, and sense of belonging were set as independent variables based on previous studies. In addition, the relationship between the perceived usefulness and perceived pleasure of these factors of use on intention to use was empirically analyzed through PLS-SEM. As a result of the study, it was found that economic benefits, convenience, sustainability, and sense of belongingness had a significant effect on intention to use through perceived usefulness and enjoyment. This study was meaningful in that it was verified through the study that economic benefits, convenience, sustainability, and a sense of belongingness were significant variables affecting the intention to use through usefulness and pleasure.

농업인의 영농형 태양광 수용의도에 관한 연구 - 확장된 통합기술수용이론(UTAUT2)을 중심으로 - (A Study on Farmers' Acceptance Intention of Agrophotovoltaics - Focusing on the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 -)

  • Recently, there has been increasing interest in renewable energy in the agricultural sector. Agrophotovoltaics, producing electricity while farming, has attracted much attention. This study aims to identify the factors influencing the acceptance intention of Agrophotovoltaics. Using the UTAUT2 model, we designed a research model to examine the impact of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, social influence, and investment utility on the intention to adopt Agrophotovoltaics through the mediation effect of the user's innovativeness. We conducted a survey on farmers and obtained 212 responses for the final analysis. The results showed that effort expectancy and innovativeness significantly positively affected the intention to adopt Agrophotovoltaics. Furthermore, innovativeness was found to fully mediate the relationship among performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, investment utility, and acceptance intention. This suggests that focusing supportive measures on innovative groups could promote the adoption of Agrophotovoltaics.
