'Learning with a robot' is now considered as one of the best candidates for STEAM education, which is recently growing its importance. Most of the 'learning with a robot' programs in elementary schools serve as afterschool classes. The students participating in the afterschool classes are mostly boys who are interested in science and robots. This paper mainly concerns that a robot can be helpful for improving students' interest in STEAM education. We divided the robot utilizable aspects into 5 areas with educational points of view; abstract concept understanding type, structure-oriented type, athletics-oriented type, intelligence-oriented type and value-orientated type. We extracted all robot utilizable subjects and units from elementary school curriculum, and developed lesson plans which can be applicable to regular classes. And we also verified them by applying into an elementary school for 5 months. As the result of the analysis, we can conclude that 'learning with a robot' can encourage students' interest in STEAM, and it is more effective for girls than boys. Finally, we discuss problems that teachers may face in using a robot for regular classes, and make suggestions about the use of a robot for STEAM education.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the results of bioabsorbable knotless suture anchoring for isolated type II SLAP. Materials and Methods: Fourteen patients with isolated type II SLAP underwent a surgical repair with bioabsorbable knotless anchor arthroscopically. Instability, rotator cuff tears or simple subacromial decompression were excluded. The UCLA and pain of VAS (Visual Analogue Scale), ADL (Activity of Daily Living, from the American Shoulder and Elbow Society) were evaluated and patients underwent a thorough shoulder examination at a minimum follow-up period of 2 years postoperatively. Results: At a mean of 27.1 months follow-up. The mean UCLA score improved from 14.4 pre-operatively to 31.2 on last follow-up. The mean VAS for pain was 4.9 and on last follow-up 1.0. The mean VAS for instability was 2.6 and on last follow-up 0.5. The mean ADL was 10.4 and on last follow-up 25.0. 12 patients reported their satisfaction as good to excellent and 10 of the 14 patients returned to their pre-injury level of activity (athletics) (P<0.05). Conclusion: Arthroscopic repair with bioabsorbable knotless suture anchors is an effective surgical technique for the treatment of an isolated unstable type II SLAP lesion. Overall satisfaction was only 85.7%. 1 patient had severe stiffness and 1 patient had shoulder pain.
This study was an analysis of sport psychological application for the kinesthetic gifted children's selection and upbringing in Pusan University's center for kinesthetic gifted children from 2009.7 to 2010.2. Recently the entertainment and sports/advertisement industry have developed rapidly, and the name or identities of celebrities such as entertainers or athletics for the advertisement so that following troubles are occurred continually. Some celebrities actually started a suit for there right of publicity was violated, and won the case. Meanwhile, the right of publicity has become a growing issue in the society. In the States, the right of publicity which controls using one's identity for commercial use, and it is recognized as a right of property separated from the right of privacy. But in Germany, the right of publicity is protected as a human right. On the other hand, in Korea, there is an argument that the mental human right and the right of publicity which has property-characteristic are not separated clearly, and also the attitude of precedent toward the right of publicity is not unified. Especially in Korea, where it is taking the written laws principally, it is not easy to recognize the right of publicity which is a monopoly and exclusion without basis such as any actual laws such as regulation of agreement or any conventional laws. Therefore, as the right protection of celebrities is becoming the social state and there is an agreement with the constituents of the society, now Korea shall progress legislation about the right of publicity, and prepare a legal basis which regulates the remedies for the realization condition, alienation, inheritance, objectives, duration and violation of the right of publicity.
Recently, alarmed by the frequent international terrorism or safety accidents, the host countries of world sports events are focusing on security activities for the sake of the participants, facilities, events and competitions. They are alarmed because in case any happenings like international terrorism or safety accident, the contest itself can be criticized to be a failure as much as the international reliability of the host nation may well crash. We can see that any failure in coping with terrorism or safety matters can lead to a nation-wise crisis in the case of Indonesia where the October 12th of 2002 terrorist bomb attack in Bali damaged the image of the nation followed by the similar case in Philippine (Oct. 20th, 2002) where the same terrorist attack dramatically scared away the tourists to the nation. Korea is scheduled to hold the World Championship in Athletics in Daegu Metropolitan City in 2011. Also, it is slated to host various world sports events such as Yeosu International Exposition and Incheon Asian Games. In these contexts, this study analyzes counter-terrorism cases related with the recent international sports events that have been organized in a variety of manners in the era of globalization. This study aims to show alternatives for the safety management in these events. In other words, it is focusing on giving directions to the safety policies of the nation -which may become the future hub of north-east Asia and the world - for more perfect guard and defense, and counter-terrorism activities in all the conferences, sports events and international festivals where any private defense and guard companies are allowed to cooperate with the police force or public security agencies.

Much has been made of the changes over time to apartment complexes during the era of rapid development in Korea. This study aimed at analyzing the chronological changes since the 1970s in the laws and regulations governing outdoor space and the residents' appreciation of outdoor space in Daejeon's apartment complexes. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Similar changes can be found throughout Daejeon's apartment complexes. As time has passed, the building-to-land ratio and the floor-to-land ratio have deceased. The high density trend of apartment complexes has continued until very recently. 2. Although residents' satisfaction with outdoor space around apartments has improved, land for athletic and commercial spaces still remains at its lowest level. Therefore, these kinds of spaces need improvement. 3. Comparing the characteristics of outdoor space in apartment complexes from the 1980s to present indicates that current apartment residents are much more satisfied with the outdoor space, but are conscious of the lack of adequate facilities for the elderly and the handicapped people, and of the hiか density of their apartment complexes. Therefore, these essential consciousness should also be further improved. 4. The residents are gradually becoming aware of changes to the outdoor space that have occurred over time in the apartment complexes, such as in the areas allowed to parking, pedestrians, and athletics. 5. These chronological changes relate to the residents' interest in the changes that have occurred to the outdoor space, especially the convenience of parking, the color of the buildings, the form of the buildings, and the shape of the roofs.
