  • The purpose of this study were to empirically examine the effect of dimension of service quality of internet shopping mall on quality of customer relationship(customer satisfaction) and Relationship of between Future Intention. This study first extracted environment, general interaction between customer and internet shopping mall, personalized interaction between customer and internet shopping mall, interaction between customers and outcome from service quality of internet shopping mall. Then established study model and hypotheses through the review of the effect of service quality of internet shopping mall on quality of customer relationship. and the effect of customer relationship quality on future intention. The results were as follows: At among of the six hypotheses, four hypotheses were accepted and two hypotheses were rejected First, for the relationship between dimensions of service quality of internet shopping mall and Customers satisfaction, only the environment had not significant influence on Customers satisfaction, other dimensions had significant positive influence on satisfaction. second, for the relationship between quality factors of customer relationship and future intention, only Customers satisfaction had not significant influence on future intention.

인척 부모-자녀 체계가 부부 체계의 결혼적응에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Subsystem between Parent-in-law and Children-in-law on Marital Adjustment in Marital Subsystem)

  • This study investigates the effect of in-law relationship on the marital adjustment of married couples by considering family-oriented Korean culture. Previous in-law studies did not consider the influence of another party who did not attend the survey due to sampling limitations. However, the marital adjustment of married couple and the satisfaction of the relationship with parents-in-law are two-way relationships that affect each other and are not one-sided relationships. By considering the non-independence of the couple's data, Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM) was utilized to examine the structural relationship between marital adjustment (marital satisfaction and marital stability) and in-law relationship quality (relationship satisfaction between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law for wives, relationship satisfaction between mother-in-law and son-in-law for husbands) of 203 married couples. Results indicated that a high satisfaction of wives' in-law relationship increased personal marital adjustment as well as husbands' marital adjustment. The husbands' positive relationship with in-laws also increased personal marital adjustment and their wives' marital adjustment. The results of this study can be used as basic data for program development and counseling for healthy in-law relationship as well as educational data for couples intending to marry.

유아의 정서지능과 사회적 유능성의 관계에서 유아-교사 관계의 매개효과 (Mediating Effect of Child-Teacher Relationships on the Relationship of Preschooler's Emotional Intelligence and Social Competence)

  • This study examined the effect of preschooler's emotional intelligence, child-teacher relationships (intimacy, conflict and dependency) on children's social competence. A sample of 269 children (142 boys and 127 girls) aged 3 to 6 in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do participated in the Emotional Intelligence Scale, the Child-Teacher Relationships Scale and Social Competence Scale by teachers. Descriptive statistics, t -test, Pearson's correlation analysis and regression analysis analyzed data via SPSS ver. 20.0. This study followed a mediated effect model. The results showed that: (1) The emotional intelligence of girls was significantly higher than boys. However, the child-teacher relationship and children's social competence had no significant difference relationship to gender. (2) There was a mediating effect of child-teacher relationships between preschooler's emotional intelligence and social competence. The effect of emotional intelligence on social competence was partially mediated by intimate relationship, conflict relationship and dependency relationship. The degree of mediating effect was investigated in regards to conflict relationship, dependency relationship and intimate relationship. This study demonstrated that child-teacher relationships mediate the relationship between emotional intelligence and social competence of preschoolers.

관계중독 연구 활성화 위한 동향 분석 : 2005년부터 2019년까지 (A Study on the Trend Analysis for the Activation of Relationship Addiction Research : From 2005 to 2019)

  • 본 연구는 인간이 겪는 다양한 문제 중 관계중독 관련 국내 연구의 동향을 분석하여 차후 관계중독 연구 활성화를 위한 기초자료 및 새로운 연구방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 2005년부터 시작된 관계중독 연구 현황을 국내학술연구정보서비스, 학술데이터베이스, 국회도서관, 국립중앙도서관, 한국학술정보의 검색 서비스에 "중독", "관계중독", "중독관계" 등 키워드를 통해 검색된 국내 석박사 논문과 학술지를 중심으로 분석하였다. 합리적 연구결과를 도출하기 위해 "자료수집 및 선행연구 분석 - 분석기준 설정 - 자료코딩과 분석 - 연구결과 도출 및 발전방향 제시"의 4단계를 거쳤다. 연구결과 그동안 관계중독 연구가 총 67 편으로 아주 미미하였고, 연구대상이 성인초기 대학생 관계중독 중심으로 한정적이었다. 관계중독 연구 분야가 점점확대 되어 가고 있으며 탈 성매매 등 사회문제와 직접적 관계가 있음도 밝혀졌다. 또한 연구방법론과 사용척도에 있어서도 질적양적 다양한 방법론 활용 필요성과 국내정서에 맞는 새로운 척도 개발의 필요성도 제기된다. 이에 연구대상 및 분야 확대, 사회문제 관련성 연구 등 관련 이론과 요인분석, 연구모형 등 차후 관계중독의 다양한 연구의 필요성과 가치가 있음이 증명되었다.

웨딩산업에서 웨딩업체와 웨딩플래너의 관계결속이 관계성과 및 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of relationship commitment between wedding companies and wedding planers in the wedding industry on relationship performance and relationship continuation intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between wedding companies and wedding planners and understand the influence of relationship factors on the relationship performance and relationship continuation intention of wedding companies. We conducted an online survey from June to July 2017, and collected 201 responses which were used during analysis. Statistical analysis, including technical statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis, was undertaken using SPSS 23. This study shows that among the relationship factors affecting the wedding planner and the wedding company, the computational tie-up has a significant impact on both the financial and non-financial performance of the wedding company, while emotional tie-ups have a significant impact on the non-financial performance of the wedding company, but not on financial performance. As for the effects of relationship commitment to wedding planners on wedding shops' relationship continuation intention, each factor for relationship commitment significantly affected wedding shops' relationship continuation intention. Regarding the effects of wedding shops' relational performance on relationship continuation intention, each factor of performance significantly affected relationship continuation intention. Therefore, wedding companies should make continuous efforts to maintain this relationship and recognize the need for robust relationships with wedding planners as a sure and important competitive tool for attracting customer and generating revenue.

전통시장 상인회의 조직특성이 사회적 자본과 상인회 조직성과에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Organizational Characteristics of Merchant Associations on Social Capitals and Organizational Performance of Traditional Markets)

  • Korean traditional markets have been struggling of late as big-sized superstores and SSM(Super Supermarkets) are thriving in the market. They have therefore upgraded their facilities and undertaken management modernization actively to overcome the threat to traditional markets and ensure their competitiveness; however, the effect does not appear to be verifiable. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the organizational characteristics of the traditional market merchant association on social capital and organizational performance. In other words, this paper investigates a merchant association's organizational characteristics in terms of the modernization of business activities of the traditional markets and the influence on their social capital and organizational performance. This study analyzes the traditional market by evaluating the impact of these factors. This study consists of four hypotheses: The first hypothesis relates to the causal relationship between the characteristics of a merchant association and social capital. The second and third hypotheses, respectively, relate to the causal relationships between the social capital of a merchant association and the merchant's satisfaction and that between the social capital of a merchant association and organizational commitment. The last hypothesis relates to the relationship between the organizational commitment of a merchant association and the merchant's satisfaction. This study conducts a reliability and validity analysis of the above factors and analyzes the causal relationships between them by using the PLS(Partial Least Squares) path model as one of the structural equation models. The results of the empirical analysis are summarized as follows: First, the organizational characteristics of the traditional market merchant association have a significant influence on social capital. However, only two sub-hypotheses are not significant; these insignificant hypotheses relate to the relationship between a merchant's entrepreneurship and structural capital and that between a merchant's entrepreneurship and cognitive capital. Second, the social capital of a merchant association influences organizational commitment significantly. Third, the relationship between the social capital of a merchant association and the merchant's satisfaction is mostly significant. However, one of the sub-hypotheses, that is, the relationship between relational capital and a merchant's satisfaction is not exceptionally significant. Lastly, the organizational commitment of a merchant association affect the merchant's satisfaction significantly. Through our extensive study, this paper found that a merchant association's organizational characteristics of the traditional market significantly affect social capital, organizational commitment, and satisfaction through the mediation of social capital. Therefore, in order to activate the key traditional market, an understanding of organizational characteristics and social capital is primarily required. Systematic management and investment pertaining to these two factors will be the first consideration for revitalizing traditional markets.

노년기 부부의 결혼적응과 정신건강간의 관계에서 성인자녀관계의 매개효과 : 자기상대방효과 상호의존모형 적용(APIM) (Mediating Effects of Adult-Child Relationship and the Association between Marital Adjustment and Mental Health of Elderly Couples : An Application of the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model)

  • The primary focus of the study assesses how individual spouses' and their partners' marital adjustment influence their own and their mental health. The study also examines whether this influence was mediated by the relationship with their adult-children. Data were collected from 271 dyads of elderly couples by using a self-report questionnaire. Marital adjustment was measured in terms of intimacy and comparison level of marriage. Mental health was measured in terms of depressive mood, anxiety, and somatization. The Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM) analysis revealed that marital adjustment was positively associated with one's own mental health and with one's own relationship with their adult-children, but not with their partner's. On the other hand, the relationship with adult-children was positively associated with one's own and with their partner's mental health. Furthermore, analysis of the mediating model using APIM indicated that marital adjustment through one's own adult-children relationship had direct and indirect effects on one's own mental health. It is interesting to note that the wives' mental health were directly influenced by their partners' relationship with adult-children. However, the effect of the husbands' mental health was not significant. These findings highlight dyadic interdependence among spouses' perceptions of marital and adult-children relationship with their mental health. The results suggest implications for educators and clinicians working with elderly couples to improve their psychological and relational health.

학교 영양(교)사의 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 - 인간관계 유형의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Effects of Job Stress on Job Satisfaction in School Dieticians and Nutrition Teacher - Focus on the Moderating Effect of Interpersonal Relationship Type -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of job stress on job satisfaction according to interpersonal relationship type among school dieticians and nutrition teachers. The online survey was conducted from Oct. 26th to Nov. 7th, 2017 in 2,000 randomly selected dieticians and nutrition teachers in the capital area. A total of 453 collected questionnaires were used for analysis. SPSS v.21.0 Statistical Package Program was used for the statistical process. For the results regarding interpersonal relationship type of dieticians, open-type (73.3%) was the highest, followed by self-assertive-type (23.0%), isolated-type (2.6%), and careful-type (1.1%). Regarding overall job satisfaction, 'human relation' was the highest, followed by 'job itself', 'working environment', and 'personal rating & welfare system', in that order. According to interpersonal relationship type, in the case of 'open-type' or 'careful-type', job satisfaction was relatively high. Regarding overall job stress, 'job demand' was the highest, followed by 'lack of reward', 'organizational system', 'interpersonal conflict', 'occupational climate', 'job insecurity', and 'insufficient job control', in that order. In accordance with interpersonal relationship type, overall job stress index was high in terms of 'self-assertive-type' or 'careful-type'. For the results of analyzing the correlation between job satisfaction and job stress index, all areas showed statistically significant negative correlations. Multiple regression analysis was performed to study the effects of job stress on job satisfaction mediating interpersonal relationship type. Job stress had different effects on job satisfaction in terms of 'open-type' and 'self-assertive type'. In conclusion, different strategies are needed for dieticians with different interpersonal relationship types to improve job satisfaction and to reduce job stress.

청소년들의 대인관계와 집단따돌림 피해경험 간의 관계에서 자기표현과 도움추구태도의 조절효과 (Moderating Effects of Self-expression and Attitudes Toward Seeking Help on the Relation between Interpersonal Relationship and Bullying among Adolescents)

  • 본 연구는 청소년들의 대인관계와 집단따돌림 피해경험 간의 관계에서 자기표현과 도움추구태도의 조절효과를 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2014년 5월부터 6월까지 서울과 경기도 남양주시에 소재한 중 고등학교에서 316명의 자료를 조사하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대인관계와 자기표현은 집단따돌림 피해경험에 유의한 부적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 도움추구태도는 집단따돌림 피해경험과 유의한 상관관계가 없었다. 셋째, 대인관계와 집단따돌림 피해경험 간의 관계에서 자기표현은 유의한 조절효과가 있었다. 구체적으로 자기표현이 높을수록 대인관계가 집단따돌림 피해경험에 미치는 부적 영향을 약하게 하였다. 넷째, 대인관계와 집단따돌림 피해경험 간의 관계에서 도움추구태도는 유의한 조절효과가 없었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 청소년들의 집단따돌림 예방을 위한 자기표현의 중요성을 논의하였다.

수퍼비젼 관계형성 실행경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구 (Narrative Inquiry on the Actual Experience of a Supervisory Relationship in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 수퍼비전을 통한 수퍼바이저와 수퍼바이지의 관계형성에 대한 내러티브적 묘사이다. 즉, 수퍼바이저 A의 삶과 수퍼바이지 B의 삶 속에서 맺고 있는 그들의 관계를 있는 그대로 기술 및 설명하였다. 본 연구로부터 얻은 결론은 진솔성과 개방성은 인간중심 상담의 핵심요소이며, 특히 수파바이저의 무조건적인 수용에 대한 노력은 수직관계 형성으로 '은폐' 방법을 사용하기 쉬운 수퍼바이지의 태도를 더욱 개방적으로 유도할 수 있었다. 이것은 수퍼비전의 관계는 상하관계라는 기존의 시각에 새로운 관점을 제시한다. 수퍼비전에 초보 수퍼바이지들을 적극적으로 참여 할 수 있도록 수퍼바이저들이 먼저 수용하고 신뢰할 수 있는 분위기와 라포(rapport)를 형성한다면, 수퍼비전의 관계는 수직에서 수평으로 더욱 진전될 수 있음을 본 연구를 통하여 알 수 있었다.
