The current scope of diabetic patient education and dietary consultation by hospital dietitians were studied. A questionnare was sent to 54 dietitians in 32 hospitals throughout Korea. The major results are as follows: 1. The frequency of dietary consultation for diabetic patients is of low level: only 14 patients were seen such services at average per month. 2. Only one hospital establishes independent office for dietary consultation for in-and-out patients and in 3 hospitals among 32 hospital dietitians practice regular rounds to visits patients. 3. Consistant patterns and methods to counsel patients were established in 53% of hospitals. In remaining hospitals, teaching methods depend entirely on the individual dietitians. 4. A few hospitals have teaching aids and follow-up systems. 5. Most dietitians want strongly the establishment of independent office for dietary consultation, but its establishment was hindered by the poor system in the hospital administration and lack of preparation in the dietetics.

Recently, with the increase of income level, many people desire to have agreeable and quiet surrounding. However, construction noise has caused much annoyance for a number of dwellers and workers in nearby construction field. It has become a very serious issue in our living environment. For the accurate evaluation of construction noise with various frequency spectrums and fluctuation characteristics, the evaluation system should reflect not only physical quantities but also the psychological respects of individual persons. With preceding study of psycho-acoustical experiments, this study attempts to survey the classification of adjectives and sound using the method of selected description and intends to get the basic data for establishment of a standard about construction noise.

With the transition from internal combustion engine vehicles to eco-friendly cars, it has become essential to systematically construct an education system for electric vehicles based on high-voltage electric devices. In this study, we discussed the establishment of an educational system for electric vehicles based on high-voltage electric devices and proposed methods for qualifications after completing the education. To ensure systematic education, we presented a classification of learners according to their levels and job competencies. Additionally, we emphasized the importance of providing adequate practical training equipment for courses that require higher qualifications. Finally, to distinguish between the levels of completion of training and practical skills, we highlighted the necessity of implementing a system to certificates to individuals who have successfully completed the systematic training program.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to establish the government's logistics policy by calculating the logistics cost of the company and grasping the management status, to reduce the logistics cost of the related companies and to provide basic statistical data necessary for the management strategy. This work examines some associations between reasons for reducing corporate logistics costs (RCLC) and corporate classification such as industry and sales size. Research design, data, and methodology - The survey was conducted in 2018 for 2,000 companies based on the business of mining, manufacturing and wholesale and retail industries since 2010. The survey population is 94,976, of which 92,708 are small and medium enterprises and 2,268 are large corporations. The association among factors may be statistically and visually explored by using chi-squared test and correspondence analysis. Result - This study reveals the association between reasons for RCLC and corporate classification and properties and closeness that exist between the categories of each factor can be mined. Conclusion - As a task to reduce logistics costs of industrial products, expansion and operation of joint logistics business, establishment of cooperative logistics network, and establishment of ordinance on support for smart distribution logistics can be proposed.

ITS(Intelligent Transport System), a technology based on the recent and remarkable development in control, communications, computer and general information technologies is generally expected to be the most promising solution to the traffic congestion on urban road networks. The objective of this paper is to suggest the plan of ITS information service, current trends of ITS strategy, and technology standards.
