The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MoLIT) and the Korean Automobile Testing and Research Institute (KATRI) are supporting the development of Lv.3 automated vehicle (hereinafter, AV) technology by constructing an automated driving pilot city (as known as K-City) equipped with total 5 evaluation environments (urban, motorway, suburban, community road, and autonomous parking facility) which is a test bed exclusively for AV (2017~2018). An upgrade project is in a progress to materialize harsh environments such as bad weather (rain, fog, etc.) and reproduction of communication jamming (GPS blocking, etc.) with the purpose of supporting the development of Lv.4 connected & automated vehicle (hereinafter, CAV) technology (2019~2022). We intend to proactively establish a national level standard for CAV test-bed and test road requirements, test method, etc. for establishment of a road map for the construction of the test bed which is being promoted step by step and analyze and, when required, benchmark the case of China that has announced and is utilizing it. Through this, we plan to define standardized requirements (evaluation facility, evaluation system, etc.) on the test bed for the development of Lv.4/4+ CAV technology and utilize the same for the design and construction of a test bed, establishment of a road map for the construction of a real car-based test environment related to the support for autonomous driving service substantiation, etc. through provision of an evaluation environment utilizing K-City, and the establishment of a K-City upgrade strategies, etc.

The Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association. with the cooperation of the Japan Association of Contract Laboratories for Safety Evaluation. launched a collaborative study with 38 companies aimed at elucidating the correlation between histopathological/hematological findings and immune function. Seven substances were individually administered to Crj : CD (SD)IGS rats for 14 or 28 days. Their immunotoxicity was assessed by histopathology. hematology. plaque-forming cell assay. enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of serum antibody to sheep red blood cells. and flow cytometry. Appropriate procedures for immunotoxicology evaluation of pharmaceuticals were considered.

This study analyzed the trend of relationship between hospital departments. Hospitals directory issued by Korean Hospital Association in 2009 was used to collect the study sample data. The study sample used 188 hospitals established during the four years from 2005 to 2008, and bed size, establishment year was identified in the directory. Population variable in 2009 was taken from the website of Statistics Korea. SAS 9.2 was used for the statistical analysis. In regression analysis, year of establishment (2008) was statistically significant in explaining the number of hospital departments. Hospitals established in 2008 showed significant positive number of department than other years. Study hospitals showed increasing number of hospital departments during four years. Further study will be needed to analyze the effects of hospital departments on their performances.

Nowadays, to change our country into advanced economy, the factor of growth obstacles was to be eliminated, or it is so important that the logistics base establishment enlarges to improve potential productivity. The best strategy to enforce the competition power is that we should be ready for some condition which can do cooperations and association very well. Also it is necessary for actors, government, firm and logistics field, to part their role. The national effort that firm supported by government and community participates in is reduced to achieve rational logistics system because logistics is complicate action flowing to final consumer. That is, self effort is needed for logistics competition system, adjustable arrangement of logistics field, the establishment of comprehensive informations system, logistics rationalization.

Beef and dairy cattle are the primary ruminant livestock in Korea, but there is a serious shortage of both fresh and dry forages. Small areas of forage crops or pastures, unfavorable soil and climatic conditions, high costs for pasture production, low establishment and management technologies, etc. are the main factors limiting roughage production in Korea. To meet the roughage demand of cattle several suggestions are presented. About 845,000 ha of hilly area could be developed for pastureland. Almost the same area of paddy field, and more than 200,000 ha of reclaimed land could be used for pasture production. If all the potential area is developed for pastureland, the area could be extended to 10 times more than is presently used for pasture crops and pastureland. Productivity would be increased by developing new technologies of establishment and management. Silvo-pastoral systems should be introduced to Korea.

Our courtry's distribrtion business is on the luring point by opening the market to foreign countries from this year. It can be said that industrial goods are intermediated goods for the production of other goods or service So it requires quality and specialty than any other things. But the lack of understanding, small scale and classification by non-productive industry by government bring about difficulty to the distribution itself and other fields. Industrial goods have a long distribution channel. This distribution stracture can be reduce the channel by establishment of distribution complex. Establishment of distribution complex will strengthen the role of quality management and go far toward quality improvement. This study examine the distribution status of industrial goods, problems and study the extablishment of complex and expected affect.

In this study, breakwater model which has several outlet pipes to discharge water is settled in the experimental open channel and mean velocity distributions of multi wall jet are measured. The length of flow of flow establishment of wall jet is shorter than that of free jet and decay rate of jet centerline longitudinal velocity along x is linear in 0.3 $\leq$ x/$\l_q$ $\leq$ 17. The rate of vertical width and lateral width spreading of multi wall jet is respectively 0.0753, 0.157~0.190.

With increase in oil demand owing to economic growth in Northeast Asia, the establishment of an oil hub in Korea is recently considered by policy and academic circles. This paper aims to suggest strategic schemes on the establishment of Korea's oil hub in Northeast Asia by comparing Korea's conditions as an oil logistics hub with Singapore which has been an oil hub in East Asia until recent year. Quantitative and qualitative analysis methods were employed in order to examine the competitiveness of Korea's oil hub. This research concludes that Korea is very competitive as an oil logistics hub in Northeast Asia, but so much improvements for realizing the project are necessary such as expansion of storage facilities for oil, institutional instruments for facilitating oil logistics and trading and preparation for incentive schemes on foreign investments in oil and its related industries.

Currently disputes related to sports arise in various ways. Moreover, as the awareness of the rights of the people in the field of sports grows the chances of disputes occurring increases. Therefore, the number of sports disputes which will be dealt with by courts will increase. On the other hand, there are demands for fast and efficient legal resolutions for diverse sports disputes. However, as a dispute resolution system, the current domestic arbitration for sports disputes exposed several problems: the lack of professional arbitrators for sports disputes, procedural elements of delay, and the lack of promotion of the arbitration system. This study will first analyze the system for the resolution of domestic sports disputes. Then this study will review of the system for the resolution of international sports disputes and propose the establishment of an arbitration system for the resolution of domestic sports disputes.

Green tourism is a stay-flow activity between people in urban and rural area, using a natural view, tradition, and life in agricultural area. And green tourism provides rest, recreation, and new experience fur people living in urban area as well as opportunities to increase income for people in rural area. In recently, amenity is rapidly rising as a main factor fur a regional competitiveness. Boseong county shows a typical agriculture industrial structure with a weak independent base, but has a beautiful tea fields in full seasons. Boseong county is making an effort to activate the regional economy, but the result fall short of one's expectation. Several methods to activate the green tourism of Boseong county are as follows: i) introduction of specialized theme relating Boseong green tea; ii) provision of information regarding tourist resort and development of experience-program related to green tea business; iii) establishment of a sales network of products through accommodations in private houses; iv) establishment of networks among regions to achieve systematic sales of tourist experience, accommodations in private houses, and local speciality simultaneously.
