In this study, we investigated the modeling and design of an Intelligent Agent System (IAS). To achieve this goal, we introduced several kinds of agents that exhibit intelligent features. These are the main agent, management agent, watcher agent, report agent and application agent. We applied the intelligent agent concept to two different application fields, i.e. the intelligent agent system for pattern classification and the intelligent agent system for bank asset management modeling.

PURPOSES : This paper aims at the implementation of a balanced scorecard that can be widely applied to modern business management for use in the public road management sector. METHODS : This study applied the newly developed LOS-based balanced scorecard system instead of a traditional Key Performance Index (KPI) for better decision making in asset management planning. As an evaluation technique, a" hierarchical alignment and cascading method" is also suggested. Finally, the suggested system has been empirically applied to a regional government. RESULTS : To provide stable and sustainable road services, the balanced scorecard informs the regional government of needed improvements in its asset management plans regarding budget optimization, structural management, the development of inner-business processes, and human resources. CONCLUSIONS : An LOS-based balanced scorecard for managing road services and organizations in a quantitative manner has been successfully developed and tested through a field study. The developed scorecard is a timely topic and a useful analytical tool for coping with the new phases of an aging infrastructure, tighter budgets, and demand for greater public accountability.

"측정할 수 없는 것은 관리할 수 없다"는 말은 성과측정 시스템의 중요성을 잘 나타내 주는 말이다. 또한 이처럼 어려움을 나타내는 표현도 없다. 기업의 유형자산은 재무제표나 손익계산서 등의 구체적인 금액으로 측정이 가능하나 기업의 무형자산에 대한 가치측정은 많은 방법들이 도입되어 왔지만 어느 하나도 객관적인 틀을 제시하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 LG경제연구원에서 제시한 지식자산 축적모형(XYZ모형)을 통하여 건설기업의 무형자산(지적자산)의 크기를 객관적으로 정량화 시키었다. 이를 통하여 현 건설기업의 내재가치 수준을 추정할 수 있다.

We analyzed the structures and properties of the global financial market networks using social network analysis approach. The Minimum Spanning Tree (MST) lengths and networks of the global financial markets based on the correlation coefficients have been analyzed. Firstly, similar to the previous studies on the global stock indices using MST length, the diversification effects in the global multi-asset portfolio can disappear during the crisis as the correlations among the asset class and within the asset class increase due to the system risks. Second, through the network visualization, we found the clustering of the asset class in the global financial markets network, which confirms the possible diversification effect in the global multi-asset portfolio. Meanwhile, we found the changes in the structure of the network during the crisis. For the last one, in terms of the degree centrality, the stock indices were the most influential to other assets in the global financial markets network, while in terms of the betweenness centrality, Gold, Silver and AUD. In the practical perspective, we propose the methods such as MST length and network visualization to monitor the change of the correlation risk for the risk management of the multi-asset portfolio.

자산관리 및 자산매핑은 공학, 산업, 경영 및 금융등 여러 분야에서 관심 있게 연구되고 실무에 활용되고 있지만 각기 다른 차원에서 해석되고 있다. 대부분 물리적, 자원적 그리고 디지털 자산에 대한 관리 및 운영 그리고 유지보수에 상당한 연구성과가 있지만, 개인, 가구 또는 사회가 근본적으로 필요로 하는 여러가지의 유형 및 무형자산에 대한 관리는 기존의 자산관리 개념으로는 한계가 있는 듯 싶다. 본 연구에서는 개념적 핵사드 자산모델 제시하고 자산증가, 감소 등 여러 변화를 설명할 수 있는 기하학적 표현을 시도하였다. 특히 물리적 및 자연적 자산이 가난을 벗어나게 할 수 있는 중요한 요소로 판단되어 3차원적 수치지도를 자산관리에 도입하고 또한 가난정보구축을 지원할 수 있는 새로운 접근의 자산기반 정보를 소개하였다.

본 논문에서는 대학교와 같이 다품종 소량의 자산을 보유하고 있는 환경에 적용 가능한 자산 관리 시스템의 설계 방법과 그를 구현하는 과정을 설명한다. 대학교는 매우 많은 학과로 구성 되어 있고 각 학과들은 고유한 다양한 실험 실습 기자재들 갖고 있다. 따라서 이들을 일일이 수기로 기록하고 관리하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 한편, 대학에서의 기자재들은 경우에 따라서 이곳 저곳으로 이동이 빈번하기 때문에 이를 효과적으로 관리하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 현재 많은 학교들에서 이들의 효과적인 관리가 안 되어 도난 및 분실의 위험이 높다. 따라서 본 논문은 이와 같은 대학의 특수성을 고려하여 자산 관리 시스템을 설계하였기 때문에 운용비용 및 효율성을 높일 수 있으리라고 생각한다. 본 시스템은 다수의 리더기를 활용한 경로추적기반 위치인식을 구현하였기 때문에 고가 자산의 도난을 감지할 수 있으며 시스템의 입고, 반 출입, 대여 등을 효과적으로 관리할 수 잇게 하였다. 또한, 자산 관리에 전반에서 관리자의 개입을 최소화하도록 구성하여서 자산담당자의 업무부하를 최소화할 수 있다. 또한, 본 시스템 모델과 그 구현방법은 학내뿐 아니라, 대학과 유사한 중소기업 등의 운영환경에 효율적으로 적용 가능한 것으로 물품의 자산관리, 경로 추적, 이력관리 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Today, the power utilities is setting on the slow load growth and the aging of power equipment, and then could spend the efforts on the stability of system performance. Asset management may be defined as the process of maximizing corporate profit by maximizing performance and minimizing cost over the entire life cycle of power equipment. Therefore, asset management is great way to fulfill the economic investment and the stability of system performance. This paper presents the application of effective asset managem ent from an economic perspective. A proposed method is considering the life cycle analysis using life cycle cost methodology for hydro-generator during the total life cycle. The life cycle cost methodology include a way to calculating maintenance and operating costs. The proposed method will be expected to play an important role in investment decision making considering economic evaluation.

사회기반시설물의 노후화나 성능 저하가 사회적 이슈화가 되면서 효율적인 관리, 운용, 성능향상, 그리고 질 높은 서비스 제공을 위한 자산관리에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외에서 현재 자산관리가 수행되고 있는 사례와 현황 분석을 통해 국내에 자산관리 도입을 위한 방안을 모색하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 자산관리의 정의와 기본 구성 체계를 고려하여 시설물 관리에 대한 주요 고려사항, 기법, 체계와 프로세스 등을 분석하였다. 그리고, 국내에 현행 유지관리 체계의 한계와 자산관리의 도입을 위해 필요한 고려사항 및 요구사항 등을 제시하였다. 이 논문은 국내에 시설물 자산관리를 효율적으로 적용하는데 상당히 도움이 될 것이며, 나아가 대한민국에 시설물 자산관리 업무나 가이드라인을 도입하기 위해 요구되는 연구 개발 분야를 조명하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the critical factors for the successful implementation of e-business in the public sector. The paper reports on a case study of the 'Onbid' asset-management system developed by the Korean Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO). 'Onbid' system is an e-marketplace for trading in public assets, including the disposition by public sale of real estate. Through this case study, the paper: (i) explores the changes in organizational culture that are required for successful e-transformation in organizations of public sectors; and (ii) identifies the critical success factors for the implementation of e-business in the public sector.

산악지형이 많은 우리나라는 1970년대 이후 급속한 경제발전과 함께 수많은 터널이 건설되어 왔으나 터널의 필요성에 대한 인식에 비해 터널의 유지관리에 대한 관심은 부족한 상태이다. 국내 터널의 유지관리체계는 점검 후 이상이 발견 되었을 때 대처하는 대응적 유지관리 체계로서, 앞으로 노후화 터널이 급격히 증가하면서 각 기관들의 제한된 예산의 범위와 인력으로는 일일이 대응하기 어려워질 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 터널의 유지관리를 전략적이고 장기적인 관점에서의 예방적인 관리 체계로 변환시키기 위한 LCCA(Life Cycle Cost Analysis)기반 터널 자산관리 시스템의 필요성과 개발방향에 대한 프레임웍을 제시하고자 한다. 국외 선진국의 사회기반시설물에 대한 자산관리 수행사례를 살펴보고 국내 터널관리에서의 자산관리기법의 필요성을 분석하였다. 또한, 터널 자산관리에서 경제적, 공학적의 정량적 의사결정 기법인 LCCA 모델을 적용하여 자산관리모델이 개발되기 위한 구체적인 발전방향을 제시하고 이를 시스템화하기 위한 연구개발 프레임웍을 설계하였다.
