주관적·객관적 가중치를 활용한 TOPSIS 기반 단위유역별 물이용 취약성 평가 (Assessment of water use vulnerability in the unit watersheds using TOPSIS approach with subjective and objective weights)

  • 본 연구는 유역의 물이용 취약성을 평가하는 지표 기반 접근법을 개발하고 이를 한강유역의 단위유역에 적용하였다. 평가 지표는 기후뿐만 아니라 사회 경제 환경적 측면을 고려하여 총 16개를 선정하였으며, 취약성 정의에 따라 노출, 민감도, 적응능력으로 구성하였다. 이는 다기준 의사결정기법(Multi-criteria Decision Making, MCDM) 중 TOPSIS (Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution)를 적용하여 유역에 대한 취약성을 도출하였다. 지표 자료는 2010년을 기준으로 수집하였으며, 국가 통계 자료 및 SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) 모형의 모의 자료를 활용하였다. 또한, 각 지표에 대한 가중치는 전문가 설문조사를 통하여 산정된 주관적 가중치(Subjective weight)와 자료 기반 엔트로피(Entropy) 개념을 활용하여 산정된 객관적 가중치(Objective weight)로 구분하여 적용하였다. 수도를 포함하고 있는 한강 유역에 대하여 표준단위유역별 취약성을 평가하고 우선순위 비교 및 순위상관 분석을 실시하였다. 취약한 유역들은 대부분 용수사용량이 많고 상수도 누수율이 높게 나타났다. 가중치 적용 방법에 따른 취약성은 일부 지역에서 차이를 보였으나, 전반적으로 북한강유역의 취약성이 가장 높았다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 보다 신뢰도 높은 물이용 취약성 평가를 위해서는 다양한 가중치 방법론을 활용하는 것이 중요함을 확인할 수 있었다.

도형심리검사 GEOPIA 6가지 유형과 MBTI 4기능 유형 간 관계연구를 통한 직업적성탐구 (Exploring Job Aptitude through Analyzing the Relationship between Six Types of GEOPIA and MBTI's four Function Types)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 한국형도형심리 성격검사 GEOPIA(Geometry Psychological Assessment) 6가지유형과 MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)성격유형검사 4가지 기능에 대한 연관성 및 일치정도를 분석해보고 각각의 검사도구에서 공통적으로 추천되는 적합한 수준의 직업적성을 탐구해 보는 것이다. 전국에 거주하는 19세 이상 70세 미만의 성인 남녀 377명을 대상으로 GEOPIA와 MBTI검사를 동시에 실시하였다. 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도검증을 위해 신뢰도(Cronbach's ${\alpha}$)값을 산출하였고 각 변수들 간의 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 또한 GEOPIA 검사와 MBTI 4기능 간의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 교차분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, GEOPIA 성격유형 중 동그라미세모(RT)형, 동그라미네모(RB)형, 세모네모(TB)형, 네모에스(BC)형은 MBTI의 감각/사고(ST)와 관련이 높게 나타났다. 동그라미에스(RC)형은 직관/감정(NF), 감각/감정(SF)순으로 나타났으며, 세모에스(TC)형은 직관/사고(NT)형과 관련이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 두 가지 검사의 공통적인 특성에 따라 적합한 수준의 직업적성을 제언하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 한국형도형심리 성격검사 GEOPIA가 상담이나 코칭, 교육현장에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있으며, 무엇보다 진로적성탐색을 위한 직업심리검사에 있어서도 신뢰할만한 검사도구로 유용하게 활용될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

호소 퇴적물의 유기물 분포 (Distribution of the Organic Contents in Reservoir Sediment)

  • The organic contents of reservoir sediment can offer a good indicator to events in history of lake life. Reservoir sediment have many information of the past and future fingerprint about development direction of life cycle in biological animals. So, in this study we made an effort to know the distribution of organic contents in Daecheong reservoir sediment. Items for this investigations are such as follows: Loss on ignition, COD, Organic carbon, TN, TP, heavy metal contents, Loss on ignitions were determined in 6.44~15.91% and COD were determined in 1.606~6.859%, organic carbon in 1,077~3.743%. Contents of TP and TN were in the range of 0.083~0.757%, and 0.645~0.926%, respectively.

Extreme Learning Machine Approach for Real Time Voltage Stability Monitoring in a Smart Grid System using Synchronized Phasor Measurements

  • Online voltage stability monitoring using real-time measurements is one of the most important tasks in a smart grid system to maintain the grid stability. Loading margin is a good indicator for assessing the voltage stability level. This paper presents an Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) approach for estimation of voltage stability level under credible contingencies using real-time measurements from Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs). PMUs enable a much higher data sampling rate and provide synchronized measurements of real-time phasors of voltages and currents. Depth First (DF) algorithm is used for optimally placing the PMUs. To make the ELM approach applicable for a large scale power system problem, Mutual information (MI)-based feature selection is proposed to achieve the dimensionality reduction. MI-based feature selection reduces the number of network input features which reduces the network training time and improves the generalization capability. Voltage magnitudes and phase angles received from PMUs are fed as inputs to the ELM model. IEEE 30-bus test system is considered for demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed methodology for estimating the voltage stability level under various loading conditions considering single line contingencies. Simulation results validate the suitability of the technique for fast and accurate online voltage stability assessment using PMU data.

요양병원의 서비스 질 평가를 위한 요실금 결과 지표 개발 (Development of Outcome Indicators of Urinary Incontinence for Quality Evaluation in Long Term Care Hospitals)

  • Purpose: To develop outcome indicators of urinary incontinence to measure quality of care in long term care hospitals in Korea. Methods: The draft indicators of urinary incontinence were developed from a literature review and clinical expert panel. A survey of medical records of 280 patients in 20 hospitals was conducted to test inter-rater reliability. Statistical analysis was done to test risk adjustment criteria, variation between hospitals, and stability of indicators, using assessment data from 77,918 patients in 623 hospitals. Results: The inter-rater reliability of items was high (Kappa range: 0.66- 0.92). Severe cognitive impairment (odds ratio [OR]: 3.15, confidence interval [CI]: 3.03-3.26) and total mobility activities of daily living (ADLs) dependency (OR: 4.85, CI: 4.72-4.98) increased the prevalence of urinary incontinence, thus they proved to be significant criteria to stratify high and low risk groups. The prevalence for low risk showed more substantial variation than the high risk group. The indicators were stable over one month. Conclusion: This study demonstrated the feasibility of outcome indicators of urinary incontinence. Improving the reliability of the patient assessment tool and refining the indicators through validation study is a must for future study.

  • Nutritional genomics is a new field of study of how nutrition interacts with an individual's genome or individual responds to individual diets. Systematic approach of nutritional genomics will likely provide important clues about responders and non-responders. The current interest in personalizing health stems from the breakthroughs emerging in integrative technologies of genomics and epigenomics and the identification of genetic and epigentic diversity in individual's genetic make-up that are associated with variations in many aspects of health, including diet-related diseases. Microarray is a powerful screen system that is being also currently employed in nutritional research. Monitoring of gene expression at genome level is now possible with this technology, which allows the simultaneous assessment of the transcription of tens of thousands of genes and of their relative expression of pathological cells such tumor cells compared with that of normal cells. Epigenetic events such as DNA methylation can result in change of gene expression without involving changes in gene sequence. Recent developed technology of DNAarray-based methylation assay will facilitate wide study of epigenetic process in nutrigenomics. Some of the areas that would benefitfrom these technologies include identifying molecular targets (Biomarkers) for the risk and benefit assessment. These characterized biomarkers can reflect expose, response, and susceptibility to foods and their components. Furthermore the identified new biomarker perhaps can be utilized as a indicator of delivery system fur optimizing health.

염색폐수 처리공정의 온실가스 배출량 산정 및 환경성 평가 (Estimation of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Environmental Assessment of Dye Wastewater Treatment Process)

  • Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from dye wastewater treatment processes were estimated by analysing their mass and energy balances, which were then used as baseline information for environmental assessment. The total GHG emissions from dye wastewater treatment plants were divided into direct emissions from the treatment processes and indirect ones from electricity usage. The amounts of $CO_2$, $CH_4$ and $N_2O$ emissions were calculated according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Clime Change (IPCC) guideline for the GHG target management system. For 3 years between 2011 and 2013, direct and indirect emissions were on average 8,742.7 and 7,892.0 Ton.$CO_2eq/year$, respectively, with the former exhibiting 52.6 %. Also, compared to 2012, in 2013, the eco-efficiency indicator by the GHG emissions was found to be more than 1, suggesting that environmental quality was effectively improved.

자율관리 마을어업의 생태계 기반 자원관리시스템 연구 (A study on the ecosystem-based resource management system of self-regulatory community fisheries)

  • A self-regulatory community fisheries management program in Korea is designed to enhance fisheries resources, to protect fishing grounds of self-regulatory communities, and to manage their fisheries resources by their own regulations and knowledge. This study explored an applicable ecosystem-based management plan based on the scientific investigation and analysis. This study suggested objectives, indicators and reference points of the ecosystem-based resource management system which are applicable to selfregulatory community fisheries. The objectives of the management system are to maintain sustainable fisheries production, to maintain optimum fishing intensity, to reduce by-catch, to conserve spawning ground and habitat, to maintain optimum habitat environment, to increase/maintain abundance of prey species, to increase/maintain stock biomass, and to conduct stock enhancement on the basis of scientific assessment. The improved methods for the assessment and management are introduced by demonstrating a self-regulatory fishery which targets on hen clam in Dong-li fishing village in Busan.

전폐절제술에 있어서 수술 위험인자의 평가 (Assessment of Operative Risks of Pneumonectomy)

  • From Jan 1988 to Dec 1993, 196 consecutive patients with various pulmonary diseases underwent pneumonectomy. Mean age was 54.0 years[range:7-74 . The underlying diseases were lung cancer[154 cases , destroyed lung[29 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis or empyema thoracis and others[13 cases . The overall mortality and complication rate were 5.6% and 14.8%. In the groups of more than and less than 60 years of age, there was significant differences in mortality rate[P=0.004 . In the group of pneumonectomy and pleuropneumonectomy, there was no significant differences in mortality[P=0.164 and complication rate[P=0.052 . In the group of normal and abnormal EKG, there was no significant differences in mortality[P=0.560 and complication rate[P=0.693 . In the preoperative FEV1, preoperative FVC and predicted postoperative FEV1, prognostic cut-off points were 1800cc, 2600cc and 1300cc, and at points, positive predicted value were 12.3%, 10.5%.and 7.7% and negative predicted value were 97.8%, 98.3% and 96.2% respectively. The preoperative FEV1 is the most reliable indicator in assessment of prognosis of pneumonectomy.

응력 삼축성을 고려한 원자로 내부구조물 배플포머 집합체의 연성저하 평가 (Ductility Degradation Assessment of Baffle Former Assembly Considering the Stress Triaxiality Effect)

  • The study presents structural integrity assessment of ductility degradation of a baffle former assembly by performing finite element analysis considering real loading conditions and stress triaxiality. Variations of fracture strain curves of type 304 austenitic stainless steel with stress triaxiality are derived based on the previous study results. Temperature distributions during normal operation such as heat-up, steady state, and cool-down are calculated via finite element temperature analysis considering gamma heating and heat convection with reactor coolant. Variations of stress and strain state during long operation period are also calculated by performing sequentially coupled temperature-stress analysis. Fracture strain is derived by using the fracture curve and the stress triaxility. Finally, variations of ductility degradation damage indicator with the fracture strain and the equivalent inelastic strain are investigated. It is found that maximum value of the ductility degradation damage index continuously increases and becomes 0.4877 at 40 EFPYs. Also, the maximum value occurs at top and middle inner parts of the baffle former assembly before and after 20 EFPYs, respectively.
