Since Alarm Monitoring Service was introduced in Korea in 1981, the market has been increasing and is expected to increase continually. Some factors such as the increase of social security need and the change of safety consciousness, increase of persons who live alone could be affected positively on Alarm Monitoring Service industry. As Alarm Monitoring Service come into wide use, the understanding of electronic security service is spread and consumer's demand is difficult, so consideration about new developmental plan is need to respond to the change actively. Electronic security system is consist of various kinds of element, so every element could do their role equally. Alarm Monitoring Service should satisfy consumer's various needs because it is not necessary commodity, also electronic security device could be easily operated and it's appearance has to have a good design. To solve the false alarm problem, detection sensor's improvement should be considered preferentially and development of new type of sensor that operate dissimilarly to replace former sensor is needed. On the other hand, to settle the matter that occurred by response time, security company could explain the limit on Alarm Monitoring System to consumer honestly and ask for an understanding. If consumer could be joined into security activity by security agent's explanation, better security service would be provided with mutual confidence. To save response time the consideration on the introduction of GIS(Global Information System) is needed rather than GPS(Global Positioning System). Although training program for security agents is important, several benefits for security agents should be considered together. The development of new business model is required for preparation against market stagnation and the development of new commodity to secure consumer for housing service rather than commercial facility service. for the purpose of those, new commodity related to home-network system and video surveillance system could be considered, also new added service with network between security company and consumer for a basis is to be considered.
This study tries to categorize innovation types for social welfare organizations and investigate the level of innovation in each type in practical field. Firstly, this study scrutinizes the concept and classification's criterias of innovation. Secondly, this study reviews not only classification of innovation in profit organization but also several researches of innovation in service industry and public sectors, and finally, this study makes a suggestion of innovations' classification that is applicable for social welfare organizations. Based on this suggestion, fifteen questions are designed to ask the innovative activities in the organizations. And total 496 respondents from 116 organizations answered these questionnaire. The outcomes of this survey were substantiated by second data through converted procedures to mean value of organizations. Consquently, service innovation, administrative innovation and human resource innovation, proposed based on theoretical review, were subdivided into six categories such as service innovation, structural innovation, internal and efficiency innovation, marketing and communication innovation, external and employment innovation and evalution and mission innovation. The mean value of service(mean=14.7) and marketing innovation(mean=13.3) are higher than other type of innovations, which shows the aspect of innovative activities in social welfare organizations. Based on this result, we can get the directions of following study in investigating innovation of social welfare organization.

The most of patients and protectors point that the Home Visting Physical Therapy is necessary and compulsive. A Public Health Center and a Welfare Center have to help a home visiter for treatment cure to ask for professional medical services in general hospital. On getting a name lists of patients a treatment of doctors, they must remark the conditions of the patients to keep the mutual relation general hospital. A home visiting physical therapists in the welfare center and public health center need to discuss a main doctors in a same center for revaluation of patients. The system in a general hospital consists of the medical department and the administration with the doctor of hospital as the central figure. A department of home visiting physical therapy has a physical therapy team closely connected with various medical office in hospital. The system in a public health center is composed of the health executive office, health direction medicine office, and the community health office. Department of home visiting physical therapy belongs to community health office. Home visiting physical therapy in a welfare center belongs to home visiting service office. The qualifications of a physical therapist is intended for people who have received clinic experience of three years and regular education. The theory (352 hours) and practice (248 hours) total to 600 hours. They can develop professional skills through these education courses. The frequency of home visiting is proper third a week after talking with a medical attendant about the state of patient. The care time is proper from 30 to 60 minutes.
This study aims to elucidate the key improvements through the current state of customer support for smart home services based on the Internet of things and the evaluation of user's usage. Smart home services typically provide a wide range of value in terms of security, safety, manageability (electricity and water use), convenience, and remote management accessibility. In this study, we analyzed the current state of smart home service based on Internet of Samsung, SKT and LG U + companies in Korea. However, since LG U+ is the only company providing user reviews, there is a limit to generalization, but we are trying to figure out whether the customer value is conveyed properly or not, and in which part the customer support is focused to support the service. As a result of analyzing the results of the study, we found that the smart home service is commercialized and marketed in various forms. However, it is questionable whether the technological level and user satisfaction level are sufficiently satisfied. The results of this study are as follows. First, although each company provides usage guidance, they still ask many questions about joining products and using products. Second, there are many defects in the product itself, and it is found that the companies are not satisfied with the overall response. Third, the three companies are focusing on switches, outlets, sensors, and lamps. This is an individual intelligent product rather than an interlocking or linking level, and it can be seen that there are many parts that are not compatible with the concept of the original Internet of things. In conclusion, this study shows that there are still many areas to improve on the level of customer service provision of smart home service, in particular, the ease of use is low and the quality of products is not reliable. We would like to present the improvement of this in detail through this study and reflect the companies that provide it and the service providers.
Child abuse is urgent and important issue that dominates child's life and influences lifetime. Especially, the children who use the daycare facilities are vulnerable to ill-treatment because of young age, resulting in being serious in after-affect of its abuse. In case of being serious, a child may lead to death. Also, the main agent is absent that will speak for the abused child's injustice and ask for help. Thus, the child abuse has many cases of coming to a close always as children's miserable sacrifice. Hence, the child care center employees will need to recognize a fact that the child abuse is not a private problem within home any more, but a serious crime, and to be confronted by early finding and reporting abuse as a responsible person for report. When the child care center employees fully perform a role as a responsible person for report of child abuse and when the cooperation between child protection service and day care center is properly made after report, the daycare facilities will be able to play a role of child safety network, which protects children of being put in the exclusion.
This study suggests the dynamic value chain model, that will be able to not only show changing processes to organization's significant capital by integrating an individual, implicit, and explicit knowledge which affect organizational decision making, but also distinguish the key driver for raising organizational competitive power because it makes possible to analyze sensitivity of performance along with decision making alternatives and policy changes from dynamic view by connecting knowledge management capability, knowledge management activity, and relations with organizational performance with specific strategic map. Recently, a lot of organizations show interest in measuring and evaluating their performance synthetically. In organizations taking knowledge management, they introduce effective value chain model like a dynamic balanced scorecard (DBSC), and therefore they can reflect their knowledge management condition as well as show their changes by checking performance of established vision and strategy periodically. Furthermore, they can ask for their inner members' understanding and participation by communicating with and inspiring their members with awareness that members are one of their group, present a base of benchmarking, and offer significant information for later decision making. The BSC has been a successful framework for measuring an organization's performance in various perspectives through translating an organization's vision and strategy into an interrelated set of key performance indicators and specific actions. The BSC, while having significant strengths over traditional performance measurement methods, however, has its own limitations, due to its static nature, such as overlooking two-way causation between performance indicators and neglecting the impact of delayed feedback flowing from the adoption of new strategies or policy changes. To overcome these limitations, this study employs SD, a methodology for understanding complex systems where dynamic feedback among the interrelated system components significantly impact on the system outcomes. The SD simulation model in the form of DBSC would serve as a useful strategic teaming tool for facilitating an organization's communication process through various scenario analyses as well as predicting the dynamic behavior pattern of their key performance measures over a future time frame. For the demonstration purpose, this study applied the DBSC model to Prototype of Korea manufacturing and service firm.
A Reference Sound Source (RSS) is an important standard device employed in measuring sound power. The specifications of RSS is specified in international standards, and it is classified as a major calibration item in the field of acoustic metrology. Since the output power of RSS is affected by the supply voltage, each country needs to secure its own calibration service system. In this study, a procedure for calibrating a RSS is established based on the reverberant room conditions and uncertainty evaluation is conducted. Basically, the calibration procedure can apply a precision measurement process of acoustic power, and here, the measurement method using the reverberation chamber of ISO 3741 is applied. For this purpose, a measurement system is constructed, measurements are conducted with two types of RSS, and measurement uncertainty is evaluated. Through measurement examples, it is confirmed that the non-uniformity of the sound pressure distribution in the reverberation room and the volume measurement uncertainty contributed significantly to the overall uncertainty. Additionally, the influence of input voltage is experimentally examined to examine the uncertainty contribution that can be reflected in acoustic power measurements.
It has been recognized for a long time that high school students have difficulty in properly interpreting the form $0^0$. The treatment of $0^0$ was still a subject of a slight controversy among mathematicians until relatively recently. Since the mathematics curriculum in high school does not provide the definite treatment of $0^0$, some students might be inclined to ask what the value of the form is. In this research, we review materials dealing with $0^0$ and analyze historically and mathematically the form, whose true meaning is an indeterminate form. We identify the reality of the mathematics education in high school by conducting simple surveys targeting some high school teachers and the students who graduated from high schools recently. Then we discuss, for teachers and pre-service teachers, how to teach the form $0^0$ in high school mathematics.
Computing music similarity is an indispensable component in developing music search service. This paper focuses on learning a music similarity function in order to boost cover song identification performance. By using the probabilistic linear discriminant analysis, we construct a latent music space where the distances between cover song pairs reduces while the distances between the non-cover song pairs increases. We derive a music similarity function by testing hypothesis, whether two songs share the same latent variable or not, using the probabilistic models with the assumption that observed music features are generated from the learned latent music space. Experimental results performed on two cover music datasets show that the proposed music similarity improves the cover song identification performance.
Business organizations need to introduce trans-oriented response way and efficient management skill to survive in these days of severe struggle for existence. The new management models now ask organizations for building a new employee-employer relationship. As the economic recession continues and consumption shrinks around the world, many companies are in trouble. Companies will fall behind in the market unless they respond to this seamless and fast-changing business environment and market in a structured fashion. Therefore, the importance of leadership is growing bigger and bigger. This study reviewed prior literatures dealing with the servant leadership and surveyed workers in the service industry. Resultingly, it was found that servant leadership had positive effects on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, and that the superior's trust affected the effect of servant leadership on organizational commitment.
