  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of customers' perceived risks on their perception of value at family restaurants in Seoul. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple-regression analysis were employed to analyze the data. The customers' perceived risk were divided into 6 factors. Three of the perceived risk factors(financial, time, performance risk) negatively(-) influenced the perception of value. In particular, 'financial risk' was the most negative. However, 3 factors(physical risk, psychological risk, social risk) didn't have significant influence on perceived risk. As a result, customers of family restaurants appear to perceive various risks, and these risks have significant impacts on their perception of value. Therefore, food-service corporations need to reduce customers' perceived risks, possibly by various and efficient pricing-policies, discount, price-bundling, using coupon, effective physical evidence and offering unique compensation.

More than 90 percent of banking employees said lack of proper supply of cash from the Reserve Bank of India is the major reason for this kind of customer behaviour and shockingly 95 percent of banking customers expressed backdoor preference given by banking employees to some big customers is the major reason. The research confined only two state capitals Amaravati and Bangalore in India and covered only two largest banks one in public and private sector. The research provides useful insight into the crucial reasons for jay-customers' behaviour from the dyadic perspective of both employees and customers of the Indian banking industry.

  • The domestic specialized coffee branch market is growing both in size and sales, and the competition between different brands is increasing. The goal of this study was to divide the customer's consumption motivations into utility usage motivation, hedonic usage motivation, and ostentation usage motivation and to determine how each motivation influences the attitude, satisfaction and loyalty toward the brand. The results can be summarized as follows. (1) Hedonic motivation and ostentation motivation with the exception of utility motivation were shown to have an effect on brand attitude. (2) Brand attitude was shown to have an effect on satisfaction and loyalty. (3) Satisfaction had an effect on loyalty. However, if the satisfaction was low, the intentions for subsequent visits and positive oral transmissions decrease. The result of this study showed that establishing positive brand attitude, satisfaction and loyalty to customers with pleasure and ostentation motivations is effective. Moreover, marketing activities such as cultural and playful events should be emphasized for customers with hedonic motivations, while environments with better atmosphere and careful service should be provided to customers with ostentation motivation.

Their combined satisfaction was 61.41%, and each of these three factors showed a Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ value of 0.744, 0.739, and 0.623 in the reliability analysis, respectively, thus demonstrating the overall level of reliability.
