The purpose of this study is to pointed artistic representation design on fashion through observation, integrating of the formative arts. Above all, designing principle should be considered with trend, styling ,coloring. Suggested designing study is the essence of present methods. ① Clothing as an art ② Expression in fashion design ③ Creation of the artistic sense ④ The various techniques of design ⑤ Perform the steps of design (Ⅰ) ∼ (Ⅲ) That is to say, fashion is reflected in the spirit of painters as well as designers. Art is close and common relationship between individual will-to-form and the sense of value. Thus Art wear is represented the minute expression of designing the function with artistic originality. The purpose of this Study is to present the tasks and means of improving the operational system of public culture and arts institutes in the future on the basis of the analysis of the effectiveness of operation of public culture and arts institutes. The summary of the results of analysis in this Study is as follows: Firstly, it was found that the factor variables that impart effect on the operation of public culture and arts institutes included (1) artistic value, (2) convenience and (3) organizational management, while the performance variable of public culture and arts institutes was (4) operational performance. Secondly, in the analysis of the structure that explains the operational effects of public culture and arts institutes, convenience and organizational management were found to impart effects on the operational performances. However, artistic value was found to have no effect on operational performances. Therefore, these results of analysis imply that organizational management and convenience, rather than artistic value, need to be fortified in order to elevate the operational performances of public culture and arts institutes.

Ne Zha: I am the destiny(2019)and Ne Zha Conquers the Dragon King(1979)as animated films based on the theme of Ne zha in different eras and contexts, reflecting the value and significance of different artistic images of Ne zha, The study of the value turn in the character image of Ne zha reflects the different styles of artistic images of Ne zha. This thesis attempts to interpret the changing values behind the different artistic expressions of the Ne zha character in different films. The transformation of Ne zha's image from good to evil, and the shift from the idea of "submit to the will of heaven" to the idea of "taking one's destiny into one's own hands" reflect the different values and meanings of Ne zha's image in different eras. Each film is distinctly contemporary, and Ne Zha: I am the destiny is an innovative and in-depth look at the character of Ne zha in the new era of cinema. There are many forms of artistic expression, and these differences greatly increase the appeal of Ne zha's artistic image, making Chinese animation films more space and value for development.

The main purpose of this Study is to present the means of activation of public culture & arts institutions in the future through analysis of the operational competency of public culture & arts institution. Summary of the results of the analysis of this Study is as follows: Firstly, the variables in the operational competency of the existing public culture & arts institutions are found to be (1)artistic value, (2)convenience and (3)organization management while the performance variable includes (4) operational performance. Secondly, although there is no major difference in the artistic value for each of the public culture & arts institutions, other variables, namely, convenience, organization management and operational performance were found to be different between the institutions. Therefore, it would be necessary to pursue activation of operational performances and industry through differentiation of the contents of the artistic value in order to achieve real progress in the culture and the arts industry in the future.

In this study, we will analyze the artistic character of Jogakbo as a element of fashion art design. Korean traditional Jogakbo is a common homemade item made from clothing remnants and is a part of the culture of women�s quarters. Currently, Jogakbo is higly regarded for its artistic value and it finds a variety of uses in fashion. In particular, it is striking how its modern-style geometric lines and color composition are congruous with abstract art. In applying Jogakbo to fashion art design, we study the artistic expression of Jogakbo in 4 aspects; namely, line, color, material, and technique; and analyze the 4 artistic characteristics; beauty of naivety, simplicity, moderation and freedom. 8 dresses designed based on these 4 characteristics are presented as examples.

Luxury fashion brands have begun to aggressively introduce art to justify inherent values such as tradition, craftsmanship, and exclusivity that make it difficult for luxury brands to uphold awe-inspiring atmosphere. Artification refers to a process in which non-artistic factors are transformed into art or artistic category under the influence of artistic thoughts or actions. In addition, the consumption space provided by brands have become important as the importance of substantial shopping experience has increased. Especially, since the artification is actively utilized in flagship stores in the communication interface with consumers. This study uses a literature review and case studies to typify and derive the meaning of the method for artification at a flagship store that effectively conveys brand identity and value. The types of artification at a luxury fashion brand flagship store are divided into pursuing brand permanency and maintaining brand exclusivity that also provides a new value of permanency like a work of art to a luxury fashion brand. Basic values, such as scarcity are declining, reviving and justifying the value threatened by the popularization of luxury.

The present study was undertaken to find the factors affecting academic achievement in a nursing school. 172 students were selected for this study and were divided into higher & lower 12 percent. Tools & measures used for this study were the interest test, personality test, test of self-concept, test of adjustment & school achievement. The major findings obtained from this study were as follows : 1. Factors affecting school achievement except intellectuality were thus : 1) Artistic interest, literary interest, scientific interest biological & scientific interest -physical affected the academic achievement . 2) Sociability, reasonability, depression & refractiveness affected the academic achievement. 3) Self criticism, total positive self-score, & personal self - score affected the academic achievement. 4) Adjustment to school, personal economics, health & value Morality affected the academic achievement. 2. Correlation between school achievement & interest, personality, self-concept or adjustment in the higher 81 lower group were thus; 1) There was a significant relationship between academic achievement & the following: artistic interest, scientific interest-biological, scientific interest-physical, out-door interest, refractiveness, sociability, responsibility, depression, self satis faction- score, personal self -score, social self - score, self behavior score, adjustment to school, health & values morality in the higher group. 2) There were no significant factors related with academic achievement in the lower group. 3. Difference or difference in relationship between higher & lower group in the interest, personality, self-concept & adjustment were as follows, : 1) There was a significant difference between higher & lower group in artistic -interest. literary interest, scientific interest-biological , out-door interest, sociability, depression, refractiveness, self criticism, total positive self score, personal self score, adjustment to school, personal economics, health & values morality. 2) There was a significant difference in relationships between higher & lower group in artistic interest, scientific interest, scientific 3) There was a significant difference in relationships between higher 8E lower group in artistic interest, scientific interest -biological, out -door interest , sociability, responsibility, refractiveness, depression, self identity score, self satisfaction score, adjustment to school, health, personality & value morality.

Previous studies on art pricing mostly focused on auction data because of the limitation of non-auction market data. This study investigated on both auction and non-auction markets to see the difference in art pricing mechanisms of both markets. Especially, while prior hedonic models included only quantatative variables to predict art prices, we added a qualitative measure, artistic value of a artwork, along with the original hedonic model to develop a more comprehensive model, and tested if his change may make more precise predictions. As a result, when we did not divide our data into auction and non-auction groups, we did not find any significant difference between the original hedonic model and the new model including artistic value. However, when we separated non-auction group from auction group, we found that predicted prices in the new model showed significantly closer values to the actual prices. This study contributes to our knowledge on art pricing by showing that artistic value may have important but differential impacts on different art dealing channels.

In quantum mechanics, uncertainty refers to the uncertainty of a measurement physical quantity, because some mechanical quantity can only be in its eigenstate under certain conditions, and the values shown are discrete.The exact value can only be obtained by measuring it in the eigenstate of this mechanical quantity.Uncertainty is like a double-edged sword, which has both advantages and disadvantages in art itself and in the process of artistic creation. In this study, it is divided into three main parts. First, the existence of uncertainties in contemporary art is sorted out in two broad parts, the definition of the uncertainties in art and the specific expression in contemporary art, respectively, with examples from four aspects of psychological impact, accidental presentation effect, expression form and connection with the viewer. The purpose is to understand how uncertainties are expressed in the process of artistic creation. Second, the role of the uncertainties in artistic creation is analyzed through examples, and then it is proposed that artists should use uncertainties to serve art with a scientific and rational attitude. Thirdly, the application of uncertainties in my creative practice and their influences on my painting creation. In summary, every artistic creator should take art seriously and sincerely. The relationship among the creative subject, society and life is an eternal and continuous interaction, and art is a carrier of reflection. For the problems brought by uncertainties in artistic creation, from choosing new certainty by thinking to the emergence of uncertainties, such a cycle is the process of art sublimating from life and being closely related to life.

Contemporary Chinese "micro-perspective" painting is an artistic phenomenon that we cannot ignore. It is the young artists who focus on themselves and their communities, record their stories and emotions in their life fragments into the coming history, and diary paintings as "micro-perspective" paintings allow "marginal people" to find their place. Based on the analysis of the aesthetic form and aesthetic characteristics of Chinese contemporary art, this paper explores the three aesthetic dimensions and their inherent aesthetic value, and explains its significance from the perspective of "micro-view" aesthetics. In the contemporary context, "micro-perspective" painting has become a unique cultural phenomenon, a consciousness situation. However, this phenomenon has a very unique artistic value and cultural value for the youth art group and even the formation of aesthetic culture and zeitgeist in China's current society.
