인공지능 기반 대화형 공공 행정 챗봇 서비스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Conversational Public Administration Service of the Chatbot Based on Artificial Intelligence)

  • Artificial intelligence-based services are expanding into a new industrial revolution. There is artificial intelligence technology applied in real life due to the development of big data and deep learning related technology. And data analysis and intelligent assistant services that integrate information from various fields have also been commercialized. Chatbot with interactive artificial intelligence provide shopping, news or information. Chatbot service, which has begun to be adopted by some public institutions, is now just a first step in the steps. This study summarizes the services and technical analysis of chatbot. and the direction of public administration service chatbot was presented.

도서관의 인공지능 챗봇 서비스의 플랫폼에 따른 사용성 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Usability by the Platfrom of Artificial Intelligence Chatbot Service in Library)

  • 본 연구는 도서관의 인공지능 챗봇 서비스의 특징을 분석하고 도서관에 적용된 챗봇 서비스의 플랫폼에 따른 사용성을 비교한 연구로 도서관의 인공지능 챗봇 서비스의 사용성 증진을 위한 방안을 제안하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 인공지능 챗봇 서비스의 사용성 평가에 대한 선행연구를 통해 사용성 비교 요소를 추출하였고, 사례조사를 바탕으로 도서관에 적용된 인공지능 챗봇 서비스를 플랫폼에 따라 자체 웹사이트 기반과 SNS 기반의 챗봇 서비스로 구분하였다. 실험과 질문지 조사 및 면담을 실시하여 도서관에 적용된 웹사이트 기반과 SNS 기반의 챗봇 서비스의 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 사용성 평가 결과를 토대로 도서관의 인공지능 챗봇 서비스에 대한 시사점과 개선방안을 도출하였다.

  • Today is the era of artificial intelligence. With the development of artificial intelligence, machines have begun to impersonate various human characteristics today. Chatbot is one instance of this interactive artificial intelligence. Chatbot is a computer program that enables to conduct natural conversations with people. As mentioned above, Chatbot conducted conversations in text, but Chatbot, in this study evolves to perform commands based on speech-recognition. In order for Chatbot to perfectly emulate a human dialogue, it is necessary to analyze the sentence correctly and extract appropriate response. To accomplish this, the sentence is classified into three types: objects, actions, and preferences. This study shows how objects is analyzed and processed, and also demonstrates the possibility of evolving from an elementary model to an advanced intelligent system. By this study, it will be evaluated that speech-recognition based Chatbot have improved order-processing time efficiency compared to text based Chatbot. Once this study is done, speech-recognition based Chatbot have the potential to automate customer service and reduce human effort.

의료기관 인공지능 챗봇 이용자의 인구사회학적 특성과 챗봇의 사회적 실재감 및 신뢰감의 관련성 연구 - 성별과 연령 중심으로 (The association between the social presence and trust of chatbots and the sociodemographic characteristics of artificial intelligence chatbots users in general hospitals : focusing on sex and age)

  • Objectives: This study explores the impact of age groups on social presence and trust among users of medical artificial intelligence chatbots. Furthermore, we investigate the existence of gender differences within these relationships. Method: We collected data through a survey from people who had interacted with general hospital chatbot services, either by making reservations or seeking consultations. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between general characteristics of study population and social presence and trust of artificial intelligence chatbots. Additionally, we conducted stratified analysis to confirm the presence of gender differences within these relationship. Results: Among 300 participants, those aged 50 and older had higher social presence of artificial intelligence chatbots and greater trust of artificial intelligence chatbots (social presence, 𝛽=0.543, p=0.003; trust, 𝛽=0.787, p=0.000). In stratified by sex, women aged 50 and older had higher social presence and trust of artificial intelligence chatbots compared to those in their 30s age group (social presence, 𝛽 = 0.925, p=0.002; trust, 𝛽=0.645, p=:0.007). However, there was no statistically significant relationship between age and chatbot social presence and trust in men. Conclusion: This study demonstrates that advanced age plays a significant roles in users' social presence and trust in medical artificial intelligence chatbots. Futhermore, our findings reveal gender differences with women aged 50 and older showing the most substantial levels of social presence and trust. Therefore, it is expected that this finding can serve as valuable evidence to enhance the satisfaction of medical institution service users, offering crucial insights into the effective utilization of chatbot services.

RCMS에 활용하기 위한 인공지능 기반 챗봇 시스템 (Artificial intelligence-based chatbot system for use in RCMS)

  • 인공지능 기술은 제조 로봇, 인공지능 스피커, 로봇 청소기 등 산업 및 스마트홈 분야에서 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RCMS(Real-time Cash Management System)에서 활용하기 위한 인공지능 기반 1:1 챗봇(chatbot) 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 구현한 RCMS 챗봇은 기존 온라인 게시판의 1만 3천 5백여건의 질의응답을 기반으로 연구비 사용, 시스템 사용법 등 9개 영역에 총 210개의 질의시나리오로 구축하였다. 챗봇은 부족한 상담인원 문제를 해소하고, 근무시간 이후에 연구자의 문의에 대응하여 사용자의 만족도를 제고 할 것으로 예상되며, 연구자의 상담문의가 가장 많았던 사용비목에 대한 추천 서비스는 상담건수를 감소시켜 다른 상담문의에 대한 답변의 질적 수준 향상이 기대된다.

  • It is a wine recommendation application service designed for people who sometimes drink wine but lack information and have no place to recommend. This study is to develop UI display design method of wine recommendation service using chatbot. The research method was a case study on Korean wine market, a case study on artificial intelligence market, SWOT analysis of wine-related chatbots, and a competitor analysis of related industries. In addition, surveys and in-depth interviews examined the level of interest and understanding of chatbots, and what kind of chatbots they had encountered and what requirements and goals they faced. After grasping the needs and requirements of users, we created a service concept sheet according to them and produced an application UI design that users can use most easily. Therefore, this study is meaningful in that it proposes a UI design that can search wine information more sophisticated and convenient than face-to-face communication through artificial intelligence service called chatbot and recommend wines that match the taste.

  • 인공지능 융합기술 중 Chatbot은 인공지능 기반의 대화형 시스템이며, 인간과의 상호작용을 제공할 수 있는 시스템을 말한다. 챗봇의 발전으로 NLP, NLU 그리고 NLG로 발전하게 되면서, 챗봇이 재조명되고 있다. 하지만 인공지능 챗봇은 학습한 데이터에 따라 편향된 정보를 제공할 수 있고, 프라이버시 침해, 사이버 보안의 우려를 비롯한 심각한 피해를 줄 수 있으며, 이에 인공지능 기술의 이해와 효과적이고 책임감 있게 사용할 수 있는 능력인 AI 리터러시 함양이 필수적임을 제시했다. 인공지능의 지속적인 진화와 보편화에 따라, AI 리터리시 역시 범위를 확장하며 새로운 영역을 포함하게 될 것이다. 본 연구는 인공지능 기술에 대한 경각심을 일깨우고, 인간의 AI 리터러시 역량 함양을 통해 기술에 매몰되지 않는 인간 존중의 기술 사용을 제안하는데 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

한의학 임상실습교육을 위한 인공지능 기반 환자 챗봇의 사용성과 교육적 효과성 (Usability and Educational Effectiveness of AI-based Patient Chatbot for Clinical Skills Training in Korean Medicine)

  • Objectives : This study developed an AI-based patient chatbot and examined the usability and educational effectiveness of the chatbot in the context of Korean medicine education. Methods : The patient chatbot was developed using the AI chatbot builder 'Danbee', and a total of five experts were surveyed and interviewed to determine the usability, effectiveness, advantages, disadvantages, and improvement points of the chatbot. Results : The patient chatbot was found to have high usability and educational effectiveness. The advantages of the patient chatbot were 1) it provided students with practical experience in performing clinical skills, 2) it provided instructors with assessment materials while reducing their teaching burden, and 3) it could be effectively used for horizontal and vertical integration education. The disadvantages and improvements of the patient chatbot were 1) improving the accuracy of intention inference, 2) providing students with specific instructions for problem-solving activities, and 3) providing assessment results and feedback about students' activities. Conclusions : This study is significant in that it proposes a new training method to overcome the limitations of the existing doctor-patient simulation. It is hoped that this study will stimulate further research on the improvement of students' clinical skills using artificial intelligence.

챗봇 활용 핵심광물 탐구에서 나타난 학생과 생성형 인공지능의 상호작용 (Interaction Between Students and Generative Artificial Intelligence in Critical Mineral Inquiry Using Chatbots)

  • This study used a Chatbot, a generative artificial intelligence (AI), to analyze the interaction between the Chatbot and students when exploring critical minerals from an epistemological aspect. The results, issues to be kept in mind in the teaching and learning process using AI were discussed in terms of the role of the teacher, the goals of education, and the characteristics of knowledge. For this study, we conducted a three-session science education program using a Chatbot for 19 high school students and analyzed the reports written by the students. As a result, in terms of form, the students' questions included search-type questions and non-search-type questions, and in terms of content, in addition to various questions asking about the characteristics of the target, there were also questions requiring a judgment by combining various data. In general, students had a questioning strategy that distinguished what they should aim for and what they should avoid. The Chatbot's answer had a certain form and consisted of three parts: an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. In particular, the conclusion included commentary or opinions with opinions on the content, and in this, value judgments and the nature of science were revealed. The interaction between the Chatbot and the student was clearly evident in the process in which the student organized questions in response to the Chatbot's answers. Depending on whether they were based on the answer, independent or derived questions appeared, and depending on the direction of comprehensiveness and specificity, superordinate, subordinate, or parallel questions appeared. Students also responded to the chatbot's answers with questions that included critical thinking skills. Based on these results, we discovered that there are inherent limitations between Chatbots and students, unlike general classes where teachers and students interact. In other words, there is 'limited interaction' and the teacher's role to complement this was discussed, and the goals of learning using AI and the characteristics of the knowledge they provide were also discussed.

AI Chatbot Providing Real-Time Public Transportation and Route Information

  • As the artificial intelligence technology has developed recently, researches on chatbots that provide information and contents desired by users through an interactive interface have become active. Since chatbots require a variety of natural language processing technology and domain knowledge including typos and slang, it is currently limited to develop chatbots that can carry on daily conversations in a general-purpose domain. In this study, we propose an artificial intelligence chatbot that can provide real-time public traffic information and route information. The proposed chatbot has an advantage that it can understand the intention and requirements of the user through the conversation on the messenger platform without map application.
