The purpose of this study was to identify major factors on pirouette in ballet, and especially angle, Center of Mass(CM) & muscle activity aspects. The data were collected by using Motion Analysis System with 12 cameras to analyze kinematic variables with 120 Hz and Electromyography(EMG; 4,000 Hz) & Force Platform(1,000 Hz) to analyze kinetic variables. The subjects of this study were 8 female ballet dancers. The results as follow. First of all, full extension of knee joint and full plantar flexion of ankle joint appeared at the similar point. Secondly, in the rotational phase, total movement of segments in Good motion is smaller than that of Bad motion(in Good motion, head movement 2.70 cm, right shoulder movement 0.72 cm, left shoulder 4.26 cm, left wrist 17.4 mm smaller than Bad motion). Third, CoP distance of Good motion is 11.76 mm, and CoP distance of Bad motion is 11.76 mm, so Good motion is 5.98 mm smaller). Lastly, Pirouette need more retus femur activity than gastrocnemius activity in extention phase and rotation phase of support leg.

UCC comes into the spotlight as keyword to lead forward web business with appearance of web 2.0 that has characteristic of 'participation, opening and sharing'. Despite continuous magnification of UCC's influence by spread of prosumer that consuming public participates actively in production and development of new platform, there is no clear business model of UCC. So, inside and outside of the country industry is trying various effort to break this situation. As basis research for establishment business model of UCC, this paper wished to examine the prospects of development by analyzed present condition of UCC service. That is, it drew problems of UCC service after examine concept and type of UCC, direction technology development and profit model through analyzed foreign countries and domestic example of UCC's service. It wished to watch the development direction of UCC service from that.

This paper describes the application method of systems engineering for systems of systems and addressed the evolution in approach as organizations have evolved from standalone platform providers to architect of SoS. There is an increasing need to perform Systems of Systems Engineering(SoSE) in a global environment This has stimulated the development of new, innovative SoSE approaches that surpass current military and industry state-of-the-art systems engineering processes. The simple scaling of the former process was ineffective in dealing with global distributed large-scale integration efforts of network-centric systems of systems. A new SoSE process has been developed which is a significant breakthrough in the development of large complex systems and net-centric systems of systems. The SoSE process provides a complete, detailed and systematic development approach for military and civil SoS. In this point of view, this paper analyzes functionally the architecture framework, process and integrated verification & validation of SoSE. From results of this analysis, perspectives on the application of SoSE suitable for Korea aquisition environment are presented.

Electrocardiogram (ECG) classification has become an essential task of modern day wearable devices, and can be used to detect cardiovascular diseases. State-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based ECG classifiers have been designed using various artificial neural networks (ANNs). Despite their high accuracy, ANNs require significant computational resources and power. Herein, three different ANNs have been compared: multilayer perceptron (MLP), convolutional neural network (CNN), and spiking neural network (SNN) only for the ECG classification. The ANN model has been developed in Python and Theano, trained on a central processing unit (CPU) platform, and deployed on a PYNQ-Z2 FPGA board to validate the model using a Jupyter notebook. Meanwhile, the hardware accelerator is designed with Overlay, which is a hardware library on PYNQ. For classification, the MIT-BIH dataset obtained from the Physionet library is used. The resulting ANN system can accurately classify four ECG types: normal, atrial premature contraction, left bundle branch block, and premature ventricular contraction. The performance of the ECG classifier models is evaluated based on accuracy and power. Among the three AI algorithms, the SNN requires the lowest power consumption of 0.226 W on-chip, followed by MLP (1.677 W), and CNN (2.266 W). However, the highest accuracy is achieved by the CNN (95%), followed by MLP (76%) and SNN (90%).

The purpose of this study is to understand what the Glam Style is, focus on the movie "Velvet Goldmine". The Glam Style is refered early 1970s Glam rockers' costume, typified by silver lurex, corksoled platform, men in make-up, personified, for example, by David Bowie, Marc Bolan, New York Dolls, Roxy Music and Iggy Pop. To approach the Glam Style comprehensively, I have divided the formative background of Glam Style into the improvement technology, the advent of the young generation and the diffusion of mass media, the rock music fever and influence on Pop art. Following is the result of analyzing of the character in the movie. First, Brian Slade has the flamboyant transsexual image by skin-tight space suit, glitter pants, lurex, satin and sequined stretch fabrics, vivid color, gauze make-up, feather boa. Second, Curt Wild expresses the outrageous sexual image by black leather jacket, emphasized black eyes make-up. Third, Mandy Slade appears the exaggerated and frivolous image by gold leopard patterned one piece, fur coat, ornamented with beads, tropical make-up, spangles and the costume jewelry. Forth, Auther Stuart has the complex image by black leather jacket, velvet jacket, skin-tight bold shirt, glitter pants, glitter make-up, silk scarf, cherry-red sunglasses. The characteristics meaning of Glam Style implied in this formative characteristic could be presented as the experimental expression of androgynous, the hordes of outrageous alien and kitsch parody.

The purpose of this study is developing a method to analyze and evaluate a golf swing motion using the ground reaction force (GRF) data. Proper weight shifting is essential for a successful shot in golf swing and this could be evaluated by means of the forces between the feet and ground. GRF during the swing were measured from 15 low-handicapped male golfers including professionals. Four clubs(driver, iron 3, iron 5, and iron 7) were selected to analyze the differences due to different characteristics of club. Swings of each subject were taken using a high speed video camera and GRF data were taken simultaneously by two AMTI force platforms. To simplify the GRF data, forces of the three major component of GRF(vertical, lateral, anterior-posterior force) at 10 predefined temporal events for each trial were selected and the mean of each event were calculated and evaluated. Analyzed vertical GRF (VGRF) data could be divided into two different styles, one-legged and two legged. One-legged style shows good weight transfer to the target leg and most of the previous study shows this style as a typical pattern of good players. Therefore the data from the iron 5 swing obtained from 10 one-legged style golfers are provided as criteria for the evaluation of a swing.

In this paper, we investigate the impacts of the following four influential factors on flow in digital reading: contents, platforms, motivations, and places. The contents factor was subdivided into "news articles" and "journal papers"; platforms is comprised of "mobile phones," "tablets," and "laptops"; motivations consists of "pleasure" and "assignments"; and "home," "on the go," and "out of home" are the subdivisions of the places factor. We conducted a questionnaire survey with the study's participants and the following results are shown: 1) The flow during the reading of news articles is influenced by motivations, whereas the flow during the reading of journal papers is influenced by platforms. 2) Regarding mobile phones, motivations significantly affected the flow, whereas content types significantly affected the flow for tablets; also, laptops provided the best flow and articles can be read on the platform regardless of motivations. 3) Reading for pleasure rather than for assignments positively influenced the flow for all of the platforms. 4) With respect to news articles, the places providing flow are different across platforms. However, for journal papers, the places out of home provided good flow. For tablets, the places for flow significantly depended on the content type, which is not the case for laptops.

Korean university libraries has lead the advancement of library service by adopting state-of-art technology for the improvement of information service provision, which therefore contributes to the consolidation of the status of the library as a center of information circulation among related institutions. This paper examines the current conditions of wireless internet service provided by the university libraries. First, it takes 'WDL mobile campus consortium', which is an organized movement with many university libraries involved, and explores their major issues such as wireless internet service environment, platform components, service components and functions, user environment and usage. Finally, this paper makes suggestions for the continuous advancement of the university libraries' wireless services.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to identify the factors which affect the performance of Chinese web drama. Design/methodology/approach - For empirical investigation, 163 web dramas which were listed in AiQiyi platform were used as the sample. It was hypothesized that number of explanatory variables drawn from previous research, including the power of producing company, and star power of actors and actresses, average length of an episode, genre of the drama, viewer ratings, existence of exclusive SNS account and the use of existing IP, would influence the performance of the drama measured by cumulative hit number. A hierarchical regression analysis is conducted to test hypotheses. Findings - Results show that star power of actors and actresses, average length of an episode, viewer ratings and the use of IP indeed affect the performance of Chinese web drama. Research implications or Originality - As the first empirical study of this kind, this study may help not only domestic but also global participants of fast growing Chinese web drama industry.

Purpose: Studies on social exclusion from a sensory perspective are rather limited in state-of-the-art literature, especially in exploring the relationship between social exclusion and shape preference from a sensory marketing perspective. The present study aims to explore the effect of social exclusion on consumers' shape preference (angular vs. rounded) and the underlying mechanism. Research design, data and methodology: The relationship between social exclusion and consumers' shape preference was investigated in Study 1 using a one-way between-subject design (being excluded vs. being included), and the mediation effect of sense of control has been examined in Study 2 via a between-subjects design (being excluded vs. being included) ×2 (angular vs. rounded). Both studies were conducted on the Credamo data platform in China, and evaluated by one-way ANOVA. Results: The results showed socially excluded consumers prefer the product with angular design rather than socially included consumers, and this effect can be mediated by sense of control. Conclusions: This paper contributes academically for investigating the research area of the sense of control and explores the influence of the control needs of humans on consumer behaviors. Furthermore, it also clarifies new potential psychological role of shape preference - the recovery of the sense of control - to enrich the psychological mechanisms of shape preference.
