This study proposed 'Body Food,' an interactive tactile mat that provides interactive visual responses and induces physical activity in young children at the time of developing tactile and five senses, along with the touch of various stimuli. The product combines fiber materials and digital content to achieve a variety of visual and auditory responses in real time when children touch the fabric. User tests were conducted for 4-year-olds and the result was positive in terms of physical exercise and artistic experience, but quantitative testing is required to generalize it. In the future, we will complement physical and digital contents to realize more complete product.

As an art, Korean dance is a history, a tradition, and a continuing activity of consciousness. It is a present and future activity in the past that will continue the identity of Korean people. So storytelling is not just a description of the historical background, but of eternity that is being recreated. From this study, the inquiry of artistic beauty of Korean traditional dance is questioning the original essence and value of 'storytelling' through old tradition and historical art. If the study of the Korean dance among them was a study of the theorists for the aesthetic essence or the ideological system, the point of view of the storytelling of the Korean dance is that the public understanding about the core structure and reason of Korean dance and the study of the humanistic value It reminded me of a desperate attitude. The meaning of this study is to verify the usefulness of storytelling as a way to construct various contents of Korean dance in conceptual definition of storytelling. In the symbolic meaning of Korean dance, Cheoyongmu text formed the deep meaning network of the original art beyond the linguistic narrative structure and suggested the importance of storytelling development as DB of original contents.

The study was to improve the right to the enjoyment of culture of persons with visual impairment by increasing the accessibility to art exhibitions and exploring assistive measures through needs assessment survey of persons with visual impairment on arts exhibition. We used total 83 responses collected through an online survey. The result are as follows. First, watching movies at a teather was the most frequent leisure activity among persons with visual impairment, while respondents reported attending art exhibitions as the least frequent activity. Yet, 71.1% included attending art exhibitions as one of their top 5 culture and leisure activities. Most of the respondents reported the purpose of attending art exhibitions as fun. However, a primarily visual atmosphere prevented them from visiting the exhibition. Second, persons with visual impairment preferred approaching the art to have a closer look. More than about 50% of the respondents used their residual vision. Most of the respondents reported to use more than two senses when appreciating the exhibits. Moreover, respondents reported that devices/services for multi-sensory experiences would be helpful to appreciate the art. The findings imply that the consideration of the characteristics and needs of persons with visual impairment is required for establishing the environment of art exhibitions. This could further contribute to the improvement of the right to the enjoyment of leisure and culture of persons with visual impairment and lead to the realization of social integration.
This study aims not only to access the visual thought-oriented approach that has been implemented in established art therapy and education but also to integrate language education and therapeutic approach to support the development of school-age children. Thus, text mining technique was applied to search for areas where different areas of language and art can be integrated. This research was conducted in accordance with the procedure of basic research, preliminary DB construction, text screening, DB pre-processing and confirmation, stop-words removing, text mining analysis and the deduction about the convergent areas. These results demonstrated that this study draws convergence areas related to regional, communication, and learning functions, areas related to problem solving and sensory organs, areas related to art and intelligence, areas related to information and communication, areas related to home and disability, topics, conceptualization, peer-related areas, integration, reorganization, attitudes. In conclusion, this study is meaningful in that it established a framework for designing an activity-centered convergence program of art and language in the future and attempted a holistic approach to support child development.
This study describes the impact of early childhood teacher's artistic competence on art education pedagogy and improved curriculum design. Furthermore, the effect of drama as a way of improving early childhood teacher's artistic competence is explained. Many researchers have mentioned that early childhood is a period of sensitivity and potential. Therefore, it will be helpful if children meet a teacher who understands them and inspires their innate artistic sense at a level of their eyes. It explained which aspect of artistic competence should be focused for the teacher training education. There are many approaches to develop early childhood teachers' artistic competence. Adopting drama is one of them. The strong points of drama to improve their artistic competence are as follows. Firstly, human's movement and voice are the main artistic channel in drama. What we are doing in daily life is found are drama world. It means if early childhood teachers experience drama activity, they will feel more comfortable and intimate with it. In addition, early childhood teachers tend to be familiar with dramatic play, so they can more easily access to drama world. Secondly, drama will be helpful to understand different feelings and to broaden and deepen understandings of others' standpoints. For early childhood teachers, drama activity will be helpful to understand how dramatic art form works and to lead children's play in diversified and sincere way. In addition, drama activity will be useful to build horizontal and democratic relationships between children and the teacher. It is one of the main emphases of 2019 revised Nori national curriculum. Hypothesis 1 that 'The experimental group with cooking art activities will show a higher point of cognitive function than the control group without cooking art activities' was supported (F=65.497, p<0.001). 2. Hypothesis 2 that 'The experimental group with cooking art activities will show a lower point of melancholy than the control group without cooking art activities' was supported.
