Purpose: Domestic electric railway Regenerative Energy Storage System seriously affects the maintenance cost of the total operating expenses of nearly 60% of the total LCC (Life Cycle Cost) due to high dependence on foreign Leading company. Therefore by developing the system, it is important to lower the maintenance cost in the domestic supply. This study about the capacitor Reliability test and the purpose of this study is development electric railway Regenerative Energy Storage System. Methods: In case of, having a close relation between the temperature and the reaction rate, Accelerated Model was known that according to Arrhenius' law of chemical activity. If you apply this formula in using allowable temperature range of the capacitor can induce the Arrhenius empirical formula used in much Manufacture Fields. We evaluate the capacitors Leading company through the Arrhenius model. in order to providing a base for the localization of Ultra Capacitor. Conclusion: In this paper, we conducted a reliability test. And it was performed by the accelerated life test and Cycle Test with temperature and C-rate. and then MTBF and B10 life are estimated by analyzing the accelerated life test result. This is thought to need detailed study applying complex stress than about whether it matches the actual behavior in electric railway.

In this paper, we present a deterioration judgment model of urban rail power equipment using driving history, the frequency and number of failures. In addition, we have developed a deterioration judgment program based on the derived failure rate. A deterioration judgment model of power equipments on metro system was designed to establish how much environmental factors, such as thermal cycling, humidity, overvoltage and partial discharge. The deterioration rate of the transformers followed the Arrhenius log life versus reciprocal Kelvin temperature (hotspot temperature) relation. The deterioration judgment program is linked to the online condition monitoring system of urban railway system. The deterioration judgment program is based on the user interface it is possible to apply immediately to the urban rail power equipment.

Shock tube investigation of ethylene oxide-$0_{2}-N_{2}$ mixture have been performed to reveal detonation characteristics of the mixture in terms of detonation pressure and speed. Theoretical calculation of thermodynamic parameters at the Chapmann-Jouguet detonation of the mixture has been also performed. A comparision of the observed results with the calculated ones can lead us to predict the detonation parameters of ethylene oxide in an artificial air. In addition, we have observed ignition delay times of ethylene oxide mixtures. The best fit of the observed delay times to Arrhenius gas kinetic relation gives : ${\tau}=10^{-144}{e{xp}}(E_a/RT)[C_{2}H_{4}O]^{-4.8}[O_{2}]^{-12.4}[N_{2}]^{-14.1}$$E_a=3.67kcal/mole$ The observed activation energy is markedly reduced, compared with the case of ethylene oxide diluted in Ar. It could be due to the factor that $N_2$ play a role as detonation promoter yielding very reactive NOx radicals.
Photosynthesis and respiration of leaf and root of field grown Panax ginseng were investigated according to aerial part sensecence. No apparent photosynthesis activity was detected in senescenced leaf(less than 0.7mg total chlorophyll/g FW) and leaf dark respiration was consistent relation with senescence. Leaf respiratory Q$_{10}$ consistently increased with senscence. Root respiration and Q$_{10}$ tended to decrease with aerial part senescence only in the range of optimum temperature of leaf growth. Apparent photosynthesis or respiration of leaf was negatively or positively correlated, respectively with the increase of air temperature. Root respiration with temperature was well accordance with Arrhenius plot which was not consistent with aerial part senescence. Accelerated senescence may be recommendable for better root yield unless any reserve in stem or leaves contributes to root through translocation.
The purpose of this study was to analyze chemistry textbooks and teachers' guidebooks from the perspective of 'Ignorance', one of the important features of model. This is because the emphasis is on developing modeling capabilities for students in the 2015 Revised Curriculum. For this, Arrhenius model and Brønsted-Lowry model were selected as acid and base models in neutralization reaction which are important contents in chemistry curriculum. The analysis criteria of this study were extracted by analyzing previous studies and four general chemistry textbooks dealing with 'Ignorance' related to acid and base neutralization reaction. Based on the analysis criteria, we analyzed nine chemistry I textbooks and teacher's guides and six chemistry II textbooks and teacher's guides of the 2015 revised curriculum. In addition, we analyzed contents of four chemistry I textbooks and teacher's guides and three chemistry II textbooks and teacher's guides in the 2009 revised curriculum for comparison according to revised curriculums. We analyzed the contents related to the concept of 'neutralization reaction', 'neutrality', 'quantitative relation of neutralization reaction', 'degree of ionization', and 'ionization constant'. Based on the results of this study, we proposed a way to present 'Ignorance' of the models in teachers' guidebooks that chemistry teachers can understand 'Ignorance' of model and teach modeling capabilities for students.

Typical aging for the rubber using the current military adhesive combat boots was spread with a regular aging caused by heat stress. In this study, the aging test of the rubber for combat boots was carried out and the reaction rate constant, k was calculated at aging temperature $60^{\circ}C$, $80^{\circ}C$ and $100^{\circ}C$, using the Arrhenius equation. The lifetime limit was assumed that the tensile strength of the product is reduced to 30%, the elongation is reduced to 50% and abrasion resistance ratio is 380%. ln($P/P_0$) and the lifetime was predicted with the consideration of the activation energy constant. According to the above, the lifetime of the rubber for combat boots with influenced by aging temperature was predicted. As the result, the estimate lifetime at $20^{\circ}C$ was confirmed more than 10 years.
The rates of the forward mutarotation of poly(trans-5-methyl-L-proline) in trifluoro-ethanol and of the reverse mutarotation in trifluoroethanol-n-butanol (1:4 v/v) have been measured at a number of temperatures and polymer concentrations. It was found that both mutarotations are of first-order with respect to the polymer concentration. A modified Arrhenius equation to evalute the activation energy was derived for the reaction kinetics, in which the relation between the measured physical properties and concentration, and the order of tle reaction are uncertain. The activation energies for the forward and reverse mutarotation were found to be 32.5 and 33.5 kcal per residue mole, respectively, which are about 10 kcal per residue mole higher than the $E_a$ for the mutarotation of polyproline (the resonance energy of amide bonds). The excessive quantity of the activation energy was attributed to the steric barrier between carbonyl and methyl groups during the cis-trans isomerization of amide bonds in the polymer.
The cure behavior of commercial epoxy molding compounds (EMC) commonly used for IC package was studied at constant cure temperatures as well as at constant heating rates using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), rheometer, and dielectric analyzer (DEA). The cure kinetics were obtained using autocatalytic reaction model according to the Ryan Dutta method after assuming m+n equal to 2. The prediction of reaction rates by the model equation corresponded well to experimental data at all temperatures except for 10$0^{\circ}C$. The phase transitions such as gelation and vitrification occurred during network formation. At each isothermal cure temperature, $T_{g}$ was measured in accordance with cure time, and the vitrification point was attained when $T_{g}$ was equal to $T_{cure}$. The temperature dependence of gel points and vitrification points showed good agreement with Arrhenius relation. DEA using parallel plate electrode was effective for the monitoring of EMC cure. we knew that if the resin systems are materials of comparable quality, $_{gel}$$T_{g}$ is constant regardless of accelerator concentration in TTT (Time-Temperature-Transformation) diagram.
The hydration and cooking rate of two rice varieties, Akibare (Japonica) and Milyang 23 (Indica), were investigated in terms of mathematical rate equations. The hydration rate at temperatures of $10{\sim}40^{\circ}C$ was examined by weighing method. The absorption of liquid water by rice grain was directly proportional to the square root of the hydration time. The diffusion coefficient was given by the Arrhenius relation : $D=3.151{\times}10^{-3}\exp\;(-4000/RT)$ for Akibare and $D=5.853{\times}10^{-3}\exp\;(-5700/RT)$ for Milyang 23. Milyang 23 was cooked at a faster rate than Akibare. The activation energies for cooking were in the range of 18 000 cal/mole at $90{\sim}100^{\circ}C$ and 9,000cal/mole at $100{\sim}120^{\circ}C$. However, Milyang 23 showed slightly higher activation energy of cooking at $90{\sim}100^{\circ}C$. Adhesiveness and amylograph viscosities at all reference points for Milyang 23 were higher than those for Akibare.

Post-cure characteristics of a silicone rubber material which is widely used for a LCD lamp holder were investigated using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Research was especially focussed on searching for the optimum post-cure conditions in relation to the practical operation environments. The results showed that incipient volatile temperature(Ti) during the process was considered as the most important factor and, thereby, post-curing for 2hrs at $250^{\circ}C$seemed to be a reasonable condition in the practical view-point. Arrhenius plot of shift factors which were empirically determined from the time-temperature-superposition-principle showed good linearity, exhibiting the post-cure mechanism might be proceeded through single mechanism with activation energy of 108.25kJ/mol.
