도시 교량경관의 이미지와 조화성 분석 -서울 한강 교량을 중심으로- (An Analysis on the Image and Landscape Harmonization of Urban Bridges on Han-River, Seoul, Korea)

  • This study aims to discover the landscape image of bridges and their harmonization wish surrounding sceneries. This research utilized the basic study tool of psycho-physics and processed the case study of five types of bridges on the Han-River, Seoul. Twenty-one bridges on Han-River were classified into five categories ; the cable stayed bridge, the arch bridge, the girder bridge, the trust bridge and the suspension bridge. Also, aesthetic elements of the bridges including the form the texture, the color, the scale and the harmony were examined. The questionaires to analysis the image and harmonization with surrounding sceneries were designed using semantic differential scale and 5 point Likert scale. The results of the research were as follows. First, components representing the images of bridge landscape are classified into three types, ‘beauty’, ‘weightfulness’ and ‘friendliness’. Second, the image of each bridge as a whole turns out not to be different from each other but to be different in the context of neighboring sceneries. It was also determined that both the Cable Stayed Bridge type and the Arch Bridge type are the most attractive. But, the former does have a more masculine image, and the latter has a m[n feminine image. Third, the Cable Stayed Bridge and the Arch Bridge were evaluated highly in terms of harmonization with surrounding landscapes, while the Girder Bridge received the lowest evaluation. All of the above results suggest that the bridges should be constructed not only for beauty itself in form, color, texture and scale, but also in harmonization with the surrounding landscape. Lastly, it is desirable to do further research to find out sort specific design principles that exist between bridges and tangible surrounding landscape types.

Anterior and Posterior Overjet for Clinical Arch Coordination using 3-dimensional Analysis

  • Introduction : The purposes of this study were to analyze the differences between the anterior and posterior overjets using bracket slot points, and compare two methods of overjet calculation according to different reference points using clinical bracket points on three-dimensional digital models. Methods : A total of 35 normal occlusion models were scanned using a three-dimensional scanner (Orapix$^{(R)}$, Orapix Co., Ltd, Seoul, Korea) and then, virtual brackets (0.022" Slot MBT preadjusted brackets, 3 M Co.CA. USA) were placed on the digital models using virtual setup program (3Txer$^{(R)}$ ver. 1.9.6, Orapix co., Ltd). Archwire-like curves were designed to analyze labial and buccal overjet. Results : There were no statistically significance differences between the right and left overjet and between genders. The average overjet was found to be $1.67{\pm}0.85mm$ at the central incisor area, $2.16{\pm}0.88mm$ at the second premolar and $1.53{\pm}0.71mm$ at the first molar. Conclusion : It is recommended that overjet of individualized upper and lower arch to be 2.0mm at the anterior and posterior teeth.

종모양 분포 변환함수를 이용한 선형최적화 기법에 관한 연구 (Hull Form Optimization by Modification Function of Bell-shaped Distribution)

  • A design procedure for a ship with minimum total resistance was developed using a numerical optimization method called SQP(Sequential Quadratic Programming) and a CFD technique based on the Rankine source panel method with the nonlinear free surface boundary conditions. During the whole optimization process the geometry of the hull shape was represented based on the NURBS(Non-uniform rational B-spline) technique and the modification of the hull shape was controlled using the Bell-shaped distribution function to keep the fairness of the hull shape before and after the hull modification. The numerical analysis was carried out using 4000TEU container ship in the towing tank facility installed in the Pusan national university to know the validity of the developed algorithm for this study. As the results of the numerical analysis it proved that the resistance of the optimized hull is conspicuously reduced in comparison with the original hull in a wave-making resistance point of view.

  • 대동맥수술 후 대동맥질환의 재발은 주로 하부에 대동맥류의 형태로 나타나며 상부에 침투성 동맥경화성 궤양의 형태로 나타나는 것은 매우 드물다. 대동맥류 수술의 기왕력을 가진 환자에서 대동맥궁과 하행대동맥의 근위부에 걸쳐 발생한 침투성 동맥경화성 궤양의 파열을 완전순환정지 하에 인조혈관을 사용하여 패취봉합을 성공적으로 시행하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Numerical simulation approach for structural capacity of corroded reinforced concrete bridge

  • A comprehensive assessing approach for durability of reinforced concrete structures dealing with the corrosion process of rebar subjected to the attack of aggressive agent from environment was proposed in this paper. Corrosion of rebar was suggested in the form of combination of global corrosion and pitting. Firstly, for the purposed of considering the influence of rebar's radius, a type of Plane Corrosion Model (PCM) based on uniform corrosion of rebar was introduced. By means of FE simulation approach, global corrosion process of rebar regarding PCM and LCM (Linear Corrosion Model) was regressed and compared according to the data from Laboratoire $Mat{\acute{e}}riaux$ et $Durabilit{\acute{e}}$ des Constructions (LMDC). Secondly, pitting factor model of rebar in general descend law with corrosion degree was introduced in terms of existing experimental data. Finally, with the comprehensive numerical simulation, the durability of an existing arch bridge was studied in depth in deterministic way, including diffusion process and sectional strength of typical cross section of arch, crossbeam and deck slab. Evolution of structural capacity considering life-cycle rehabilitation strategy indicated the degradation law of durability of reinforced arch bridges.

치열궁내 공간 부조화와 진단적 평가에 관한 연구 (A study of the arch length discrepancy and the diagnostic analysis)

  • 치열궁내의 공간 부조화를 단순히 가용 arch perimeter에 대한 tooth material의 총합의 차이만으로 예측하는 것은 치아의 이동을 단지 평면적으로만 해석한 것인 반면, 실제로 치아는 치료에 의해 3차원적으로 움직이게 되어 치열궁 형태와 curve of Spee의 정도 그리고 치축 각도와 경사에도 영향을 받게 된다. 본 연구는 교정환자의 치료전 모형분석시 치열궁내 공간 부조화를 보다 분석적으로 평가하기 위해 소구치 발치 후 arch perimeter의 감소와 전치부의 전후방적인 이동량간의 관계를 알아보고 아울러 curve of Spee와 기저골내 기준평면에 대한 전치부의 치축 각도 그리고 전치부 총생등이 어떤 영향을 미치는 지에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다. 연세대학교 치과대학병원 교정과에 내원하여 교정치료를 받은 환자 중 Angle씨 제 I급 부정교합이며 4개의 제 1소구치를 발거한 양악 전돌자로서 치아에 형태학적 변이 및 보철물을 갖지 않은 자, 치아수에 이상이 없는 자, 교모나 이소맹출치를 갖지 않은 자, 견치 및 대구치가 Angle씨 제 I급 교합관계를 가지며 3m이상의 치아밀집을 갖지 않은 자를 대상으로 하여 치아모형 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 견치간 폭경이 유지될 경우, 제 1소구치 발거 후 하악 중절치가 후방이동 될 수 있는 공간의 양은 소구치 발거 공간의 크기보다 크게 나타났으며, 그 차이는 1mm보다 작았다. 이때 치열궁의 형태가 전방으로 좁아질수록 그 차이가 증가하였다. 2. 견치간 폭경이 구치부의 폭경에 일치되게 확장될 경우 견치간 폭경이 유지될 때보다 3mm내외의 중절치의 후방이 동이 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 3. 중절치의 후방이동시 치체이동과 경사이동에서 가능한 절연의 전후방적인 차이가 미세하게 나타났다. 4. 견치간 폭경을 유지하면서 전치부 분절내 총생을 해소할 경우, 처음의 전치부 분절의 장경이 클수록 중절치의 전방 이동량이 증가하였다. 5. Curve of Spee를 leveling할 경우, arch perimeter의 증가량은 Curve of Spee의 최대 길이의 1/2보다 적게 나타났다.

트레드밀 보행시 인솔 형태 변화에 따른 족저압력 분석 (Analysis of Plantar Foot Pressure according to Insole Types during Treadmill Gait)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the foot-pressure distribution of 2D(2 dimensional form) & 3D(3 dimensional form; a customized arch-fit for posture correction) insoles for assessing their biomechanical functionality. Background : Recently there has been increased interest in both foot health and foot pain patients. Analysis of the plantar pressure was often used to solve the problems of the foot displayed by such people as rheumatoid arthritis patients. Method : Subjects who participated in this study were 17 female university students who had no previous injury experience in lower limbs and a normal gait pattern. The shoe size of all subjects was 240 mm. Two models of insoles of 2D(typical flat insole - 2 dimensional form) and 3D(special production - 3 dimensional form) were selected for the test. Using the Pedar-X system and Pedar-X insoles, 4.0 km/h of walking speed, and a compilation of 50 steps walking stages were used to analyze foot-pressure distribution. Results : Results of the foot-pressure distribution and biomechanical functionality on each insole were as follows; analyses of mean plantar pressure, maximum plantar pressure, maximum vertical GRF, and plantar pressure curve shape all showed overall low plantar pressure and GRF. Conclusion : This can be evaluated as an excellent insole for low levels on the plantar pressure and GRF. Therefore, it is possible to conclude that according to this analysis the 3D Customized Arch-fit Insole was better than 2D insole on the basis of these criteria.

상하악 전치부 치열궁 형태에 대한 새로운 접근 - 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용한 상하악 전치부 교합관계에 대한 예측 (The new approach to maxillary and mandibular anterior dental arch forms - The prediction to maxillary and mandibular anterior occlusal relationship by computer program)

  • 치아의 형태 이상, 선천결손 등에 의해 손상된 상하악 전치부 치열에서는 교정치료만으로는 적절한 기능 교합관계를 설정하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 치료후 상하악 전치부 치열에서 어떠한 치료가 필요할지를 미리 예측할 수 있다면 치료효율을 높일 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 타 분야와의 협진에도 보다 유리할 것이다. 이를 위해 이전의 연구에서는 한국인 정상 교합자를 이용한 견치간 폭경(intercanine width), 치열궁 장경(segment depth)과 치열궁 둘레(arch perimeter)간의 상관관계를 구했으며, 이번에는 이러한 관계를 이용한 컴퓨터 프로그램을 제작한 후 손상된 상하악 전치부 치열을 보이는 두 환자에게 이 프로그램을 치료 계획시 적용하여 보았다. 프로그램 적용 결과, 치료 계획시 필요한 변화량에 대한 정보와 각 변수간 변화(견치간 폭경, 치열궁 장경, 치열궁 둘레)에 따른 전치부 교합관계 변화를 보다 명확히 보여주었다. 추후 악안면 형태에 따른 전치부 치축변화와 치열궁 변화의 관계, 안정성 있는 견치간 폭경에 대한 정보를 제공한다면, 전치부에 대한 3차원 occlusogram의 제작이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the treatment effects on anterior crossbite patients using chin cap and labiolingual arch appliance. In the present study, I statistically evaluated measurement values on a cephalogram before and after treatment form twenty anterior crossbite cases. The results were as follows: 1. In the craniofacial patterns, cranial base increased after treatment. 2. In the maxillo-mandibular relationship, ANB and Facial convexity significantly increased. 3. In the denture patterns, occlusal plane, Ul to FH and Overjet significantly increased. On the contrary overbite decreased significantly. Lower incisors inclined lingually. 4. In the soft tissue profile changes, lower lip protrusion was signifacantly improved.

  • 파랑중을 항주하는 Wigley 선형주위의 점성유동장을 수치적으로 해석하였다. Navier-Stokes 방정식을 유한차분법을 이용하여 차분화하고 압력과 속도의 연성은 MAC방법으로 처리하였다. 격자계로는 O-H헝 격자계를 사용하였으며 정수중에서 항주하는 결과를 다른 실험결과 및 계산결과와 비교하여 계산정도를 검증하였으며, 파랑이 선체주위의 유동장에 미치는 영향에 관하여 고찰하였다.
