In this paper, a problem of limited sampling time that occurs essentially in digital data acquisition system is discussed. Low sampling frequency and a lot of processed data in micro-controller interferes normal operation of the controller from acquiring information in some case. To settle this problem, we design the sub-system which consists of a new simple micro-controller. which is managed the particular sensor making the trouble to main-controller system.

회복전압 측정법(RVM: Recovery voltage measurement)은 최근 유럽지역에서 활발히 연구 진행되고 있는 절연 진단 기법 중의 하나로 소개된바 있으며, 오일과 절연지 사이에 스며든 수분량을 검출할 수 있는 진단 시스템기법이다. 변압기 내부의 절연물질에 대한 분극특성을 분석함으로서 열화진행정도 및 열화정도를 진단하는데 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 국산화의 일환으로 전기계측제어용 LabVIEW 프로그램을 활용하여 RVM 전 과정을 자동으로 사용할 수 있도록 자체 제작한 프로그램을 소개하고자 한다.

The electricity supply industry for which high stability and quality of power are the primary aim of power company and the first order of business target. As the facilities of generations, transmissions and substations are increased every year, power system becomes more complex and hard to control. The complexity of the power system causes harmful influence on its security and power facilities. Moreover, difficulty of predicting weather condition in these days with its complexity increases the level of uncertainty of energy demand. Wide area online monitoring of power system offers lots of informations and solutions which clear the causes of insecurity in power system. In this paper, we presents the development of synchrophasor data measurement and transmission system using satellite network for power system online monitoring.

Exploiting models and simulations are encouraged among the defense acquisition society, as now enforced by the Defense Aquisition Program Administration's regulations. They are useful and, sometimes, inevitable especially in an earlier phase of system development. Computer-simulation-based experimentation technique for the system operational performance analysis for a torpedo defense system is introduced in this paper. Problem definition for the torpedo defense system analysis and engineering efforts for models and simulations development are presented here, including defining measures of performance and effectiveness for the torpedo defense system, conceptual modeling for torpedo engagement and defense simulation, design of experimentation, design of simulator and experimentor, and hardware and software implementation of an analysis support tool - a system operations demonstration and experimentation simulator.

전력계통의 효율적인 제어와 운용을 위해서는 전력계통을 구성하는 각종설비의 모델링뿐만 아니라 실시간 시스템 운용 상태에 대한 정확하고 신뢰할 수 있는 정보가 필요하다. 이러한 목적을 위해 현대의 전력계통은 광범위한 데이터를 취득하는 SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Aquisition)시스템을 기본적으로 갖추고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국형 에너지관리시스템(Korean Energy Management System)에서의 데이터 취득, 처리, 제공, 제어 등의 기능을 수행하는 SCADA의 요구사항과 설계내용에 관해 소개한다.

This paper discuss the Qualification Test Procedure which is composed of main functional and environmental tests for the localizing avionics and subsystems, especially the detail test approaches of General Avionics Computed(GAC) through the analysis of related technical data packages for the purpose of performance proof of final products. Quality assurance procedures are properly established with the several kinds of inspections and functional test items. They are called as process inspections, functional test, acceptance test procedure and qualification test procedure. The Qualification test procedure are composed of the analysis of original engineering design concept and shall be performed for the acquisition of the certification of the GAC's quality as well as the aquisition of the related techniques and engineering know-how items.

본 논문은 인간의 어휘획득(Lexical Aquisition)과정을 하이브리드(hybrid)한 형태의 계산주의적(Computational) 모델을 설계,반복 실험을 통해 인지신경기반의 어휘습득 모델을 구현하고 실험하였다. 이 연구를 통해 인간의 어휘획득 과정을 모사(simulate)할수 있었고, 이로인해 인지신경기반 어휘 정보처리 시스템 개발을 위한 자동어휘 획득, 심성 어휘집 표상, 어휘 인식(word recognition)의 계산주의적 모델 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

iOS5 소프트웨어가 업데이트되면서 기존과 비교하여 많은 새로운 기능들이 추가되었다. 이 기능들 중에는 사용자로 하여금 메시지와 계정 정보 등 포렌식 관점에서 중요한 정보들이 저장될 수 있는 애플리케이션들이 존재한다. 포렌식 수사에서 애플리케이션에 저장된 정보들은 사건 해결을 위한 중요한 단서가 되기도 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 iOS5에 새롭게 추가된 기능들 중에서 포렌식 정보들이 저장될 수 있는 애플리케이션들을 선별하고 스키마 분석 및 질의를 통하여 그 정보들을 획득 할 수 있음을 증명한다.

This study is for why Korean private universities make high position and performance on their archives. It's needless to say that archives of university is desperate for democratic management, historic and cultural identity and administrative efficiency. As for archives of private university, it has to be set by its own organization as the name of '00 university archives' if possible. At the same time both 'administrative structure' and 'working-level structure' should be activated for the better output. It might be helpful to empower itself. Archives of private university have to fulfill these basic role; aquisition, arrangement, classification, preservation etc./service/study of archival science /university history compiling. It could be expand to the link between university and local community, open class and digital archive service.

레이다탐사의 현장 적용시 직면하는 여러 문제들 중 안테나의 길이나 모양, 배열을 바꾸는 등 소프트웨어보다는 하드웨어적으로 간단히 해결할 수 있는 경우가 많다. 또한 수치모델링에 의한 다양한 안테나의 특성 결과를 검증하고 현실화시키기 위해서는 사용자에 의해 쉽게 변용이 가능한 레이다탐사기가 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해 네트웍 분석기를 이용한 레이다탐사 시스템을 제작하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 동축 케이블을 이용한 시스템을 구성하여 탐사기 구현의 가능성을 살펴보고, 이후 이를 보완하여 광케이블을 이용한 시스템으로 재구성하였다. 이 시스템은 네트웍 분석기, 광/전기 변환기, 전기/광 변환기, 광케이블, 증폭기, 송$\cdot$수신 안테나로 구성된다. 또한 자동적인 자료획득을 위해 GPIB통신을 통해 컴퓨터로 네트웍 분석기를 제어하고 각 측점에서의 레이다탐사 트레이스를 실시간 도시하는 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 이렇게 구성된 전체 시스템을 이용하여 현장 실험을 수행하였으며, 이의 결과를 상용화된 탐사기의 결과와 비교하였다.
