An estimation of economic life for a new weapon system is a critical issue in aquisition process. In general a life cycle cost consists of, development cost, aquisition cost, and maintenance cost. These costs are not identified and obtained in the beginning of the aquisition process. This paper deals with an economic life for KlAl tank which is being deployed recently, using PRICE model. In order to estimate an KlAl economic life, we use equivalent annual cost method which is sum of capital recovering with return and equivalent O&M cost method. This method determines an economic life by minimizing annual investment cost and operation and maintenance cost. In this paper, an aquisition cost of KlAl is obtained from PRICE H and O&M cost from PRICE HL model. We obtained various results depending upon production quantity. An economic life for KlAl is estimated 18 years when 300 tanks are produced.

This paper deals with a mathematical model which explains process of aquisition or skillfulness of human. Especially, in the case of determinating a ship's position, a degree of aquisitiion or skillfulness has a significant meaning in the view point of reliability of a data because it is closely connected with the position error. In this paper, the authors have obtained the following mathematical model, who analyzed quantitavely the data obtained by a process of measuring the horizontal sextant angles and extracted the factors or parameters affecting the process of aquisition or skillfulness of human. On-line diagnosis system has been developed and is now applied the detection of shorted-turn in the field winding of large generator. This system consists of data aquisition system and display PC. The data aquisition system detects voltage waveform from flux probe sensor installed in the stator slot. The display PC shows the shorted-turn situation of generator rotor winding.

전기부하설비의 전압, 전류, 전력, 고조파 등의 분석을 위해서는 수학적 모델링 보다는 실제 계측을 통한 전력분석이 필요하고 이를 통해 전기설비의 효율적인 관리, 에너지 절약 및 사고 예방에 필요한 대책을 수립할 수 있다. 특히 비선형 부하에 의해 발생되는 고조파의 대책수립을 위해 계측을 통한 전력분석이 필수적이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전기부하설비에 공급되는 전력을 측정하고 분석할 수 있는 저가형 데이터 획득 시스템을 DSP 기반으로 개발하였고 이를 실제 전력계통에 설치하여 전력 및 고조파의 측정과 분석을 수행함으로써 그 성능을 입증하였다.

Recently, knowledge management and E-business are very important issues in academic and business fields. Research questions related with these issues are which factors stimulate knowledge management. Another question is whether knowledge management is related to E-business. To answer these questions a research model was proposed. The data were collected from 90 manufacturing firms in Korea. Appropriate research methodologies were employed for analysis. Results found that the degree of firm's internalization, diversity of domestic management activities and learning orientation affect knowledge aquisition and transfer. Knowledge aquisition and transfer facilitate knowledge application, resulting in new product development, cost reduction and technology differentiation. Knowledge management is a kind of process. This result, therefore, confirms what previous literature predicted.

We have developed a remote diagnosis system using the LAN and MODEM which enables a routine check for a patient remotely. We used $LabVIEW^{TM}$ as the programing development tool and DAQ (Data Aquisition) board from National Instrument for data aquisition. The LAN card and MODEM are used for the transmission of patient's data. A patient data are aquired by DAQ board and signal processing is done by $LabVIEW^{TM}$, which is a graphical prgamming language. Two methods for the data of transmission. One is the Client-Server model using TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol / Internet Address) in the LAN (Local Area Network) Another is using MODEM to transmit the measured data from a patient. In this case, the data transmission is accomplished by the FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

The data aquisition system detects voltage waveforms from flux probe sensor installed in the stator slot. The display PC shows theshorted-turn situation of generator rotor winding. A shorted-turn diagnosis test wasperformed on five gas turbine generators at the Seoinchon combined cycle power plant. The test was conducted using an new diagnosis system and digital oscilloscope which can identify the pole location, the slot number and the number of shorted turns within each slot. It is confirmed that results of two systems are very same in the field tests.

In order to analyze voltage, current, electrical power, harmonics and so on of electrical load equipments, electrical power analysis by real measurement rather than mathematical modeling is necessary, and plan of countermeasure for efficient management, energy frugality and accident prevention of electrical equipments using it is possible. Especially, electrical power analysis by real measurement is indispensable in order to consider countermove of harmonic occurred by nonlinear load. So, in this paper, we developed DSP(Digital Signal Processor) based low price date aquisition system, and verified it's ability by performing measurement and analysis of electrical power and harmonic in the real power system.
