The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of teachers' vocational aptitude and sense of responsibility on their teaching efficacy in early childhood education and care. 259 teachers in ECEC were recruited from 19 daycare centers and the data were analyzed through frequency, percentage, Pearson's correlations, and stepwise regression using SPSS 18.0. The findings are as follows. First, teachers' teaching efficacy was significantly different according to their age, the number of years of teaching experiences, and education levels. Second, all degrees of teachers' vocational aptitude, sense of responsibility, and their teaching efficacy were higher than the median points. Second, teachers' efficacy relating with running class was affected most by the ability of safe management in vocational aptitude, and teaching methods in sense of responsibility. For teachers' efficacy relating to teaching, acceptability/sensitivity in vocational aptitude and motivation had the most impact. The implication was discussed in order to figure out the ways to increase teachers' efficacy.

Since 1971, the aptitude test for domestic train drivers has been long maintained. With the revision of the Railroad Safety Act in 2006, the aptitude test was changed from the type of written and skill test into the type of question-and-answer and reaction test. However, the main structure of the test was not changed. In this paper, we focus our attention on the improvement of the present aptitude test. We surveyed on two groups, one is the railroad expert group and another is train driver's group, questioning about the importance of the domestic and foreign aptitude test items. Based on the analysis, we suggest desirable aptitude test system for the railroad safety.

The purpose of this study is to understand the appropriateness of land aptitude assessment system and to draw up the improvement of this method. The land aptitude assessment system is used to evaluate the effective demand of land development and land conservation. But, this assessment system has the technical problem of selection standards because the land development and the land conservation are against each other. In terms of the relation between development and conservation of land aptitude assessment system, development was increased rapidly as the economic pressure of local government. The application of the land aptitude assessment system using GIS methods was very useful for local plan. However, this system need to improve the selection standards of GIS parameters and statistical methods for the desirable land assessment system.

In order to achieve successful flight training results, various studies on pilot aptitude have been conducted. In this study, we examined the aptitude for the pilots using the teacher aptitude test tool. As a result, the student pilots showed a high aptitude score suitable for conducting aviation training, and the A-type personality type was overwhelmingly large. The study satisfaction of student pilots was classified into educational contents, educational methods, educational environment and facilities, and flight instructors using the questionnaire related to the satisfaction of learning. As a result, the satisfaction of flight instructor among four factors was found to be a major factor in improving flight performance.

본 연구는 교육청 글쓰기 대회에서 수상하여 언어영재캠프에 참여한 초등학교 4, 5학년 학생들(60명)을 대상으로 언어창작영재들의 적성과 진로성향 및 진로성숙도를 알아보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다중지능 프로파일은 언어적성, 음악적성이 강점지능으로, 논리 수학적성이 약점지능으로 나타났다. 둘째, 우수적성은 음악적성과 언어적성으로 나타난 학생의 수가 많았고, 논리 수학적성이 가장 적었다. 논리 수학흥미와 논리 수학성취가 유의수준 p<.01.에서 상관이 있었다. 셋째, 진로성향은 언어성향과 인간친화성향의 학생이 가장 많았고, 음악적성, 자연친화적성, 인간친화적성은 우수적성과 진로성향에 있어 큰 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 과반수 이상(41명, 68%)의 학생이 조기 진로성숙의 특성을 보였다. 언어창작영재들의 성공적인 진로선택을 위해 우수적성에 어울리는 직업의 안내와 진로성향에 맞는 적성을 강화시키는 교육을 제공해야 할 것이다.

Since the success of the first flight, vast advancements have been made to the aircrafts with recent developments incorporating highly complex mechanisms, placing greater emphasis on the competence of the pilot. Studies are currently being undertaken to effectively source the trainee pilots with the most ideal level of aptitude for aviation with an aim to optimise the selection process with focus on economy and time, while research into identifying the optimal human characteristics for aviation is being done. As part of the selection process, number of tests is arranged with focus on the individual competence, suitability for flight, health status, aptitude and intelligence with the results of the tests used as reference materials during the selection procedure. This study has investigated the effect the academic competence has on the aptitude for aviation amongst many other abilities of human beings and the findings show that higher levels of aptitude have been demonstrated by the students who have displayed academic excellence across all the courses with statistics pointing to a positive correlation between the two subjects. This supports the theory that students who are academically superior have higher probability of being found to possess greater level of flight aptitude. The outcome of the study iterates the fact that academic competence of the students should not be regarded lightly in the selection process. Based on the current study, it is believed that a research into determining the relationship between the SAT results, average yearly grade and flight aptitude will help identify the key factors in possessing high level of flight aptitude with greater certainty.

The purpose of this study is to develop questionnaire items for the Pilot Aptitude Personality Test(PAPT) which can predict the flight training achievement through personality and personal characteristics. To do this, we investigated the personality traits required to successfully conduct flight training for 30 flight instructors as a subject. The results were as follows: motivation, concentration, concentration, situational awareness, and concentration. Based on this, preliminary 300-item questionnaire was prepared by combining the existing studies related to pilot aptitude. Survey was conducted using preliminary questionnaire for 152 student pilots as a subject. As a result of the correlation analysis between the results of the questionnaire and the flight training, 16 questions were derived. Finally, factor analysis showed that the final 14 questionnaire items were confirmed. The internal concept of an item is categorized as personality, perception, and motivation. This study suggests that the pilot aptitude should be viewed from an extended point of view by analyzing individual characteristics and pilot aptitude in relation to flight training achievement.

우리나라 기관사 적성검사제도는 1971년부터 유지되어 왔고 2006년 철도안전법으로 일부 개정되었으나 큰 틀은 변하지 않았다. 본 논문은 현행 우리나라 철도 기관사 적성검사 세부항목에 대해 안전과 관련된 중요도를 분석하여 향후 적성검사제도의 개선에 도움이 되고자 하는 것이 목적이다.

본 연구의 목적은 공과대학 비적성 학생들을 위하여 진로지도 프로그램을 개발할 때 필요한 기초연구이다. 이를 위해 공과대학 재학생들을 대상으로 Holland 직업적성검사를 실시하고 이를 분석하는 것을 기초로 시작하였다. 연구방법은 먼저 Holland 직업적성검사를 실시하여 공학적성 학생과 공학비적성 학생을 구별하였다, 그리고 공학적성 학생과 공학비적성 학생의 공학수학 성적을 비교하였다. 마지막으로 공학비적성 학생들을 인터뷰하여 학생들이 무엇을 필요로 하는지 내용 분석을 하였다. 분석결과 및 해석은 공학비적성 학생들의 진로지도 프로그램 개발안을 제시하는 데 활용되었다.

In this study, Multiple Factor Analysis was undertaken for the purpose of substituting General Vocational Aptitude tester for paper tests according to the standardized and partially modified norm, and compared and analyzed these aptitude tests YK Type Working Character test for a test battery. In this analysis, four basis aptitude cluster of AQE was utilized as aptitude cluster, the study for skill was carried out by the method of sampling electronic aptitude cluster in four basis ones, and the parts needed in the process of its analysis were investigated by means of Video-Tape Recording. This paper was performed with sample test by application of the inverse variation curve from learning theory and induced learning rate as a measure of the degree of proficient of technicians, and from the obtained results illustrated optimum newly-production plan of ability program and load program by the use of computer program.
