The Ministry of Construction & Transportation(MOCT) in Korea handles electronically 38 kinds of approval and permit operations under the Construction Civil Affairs Administration System(CCAS) so that applicants may apply for construction permits with ease and concerned public offices may process effectively civil applications. In particular, road occupation permit operations have several problems to be improved. This study is aimed to improve the CCAS in terms of simplification of application receipt, issuance of online permit, auto calculation of road occupation fee, and auto issuance of payment notice.

Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs(MLTM) has developed an administration system for architectural information management for completing the electronic application organization of the Architectural administrative information. The main purpose of this study is to suggest legislation system improvement for activation of e-AIS(internet Architectural administration Information System). To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated the problems of current legislation and soliciting forms for civil affairs applicable to the e-AIS. To handle the current problems of the e-AIS legislation system, legislation and various soliciting forms for civil affairs such as building permission, usage approval, temporary building report are refined. In addition, the authors have suggested possible solutions of current legislation and soliciting forms for civil affairs problems by testing various types of building permission service examples.

본 연구는 선박평형수처리시스템(BWMS) 형식승인을 위한 국제해사기구(IMO)와 미국해양경찰(USCG)의 시험방법 중 차이가 큰 식물플랑크톤의 전처리 방법을 비교하기 위해 배양종, 자연종, 그리고 BWMS의 육상시험에서 채취한 식물플랑크톤 샘플을 이용해 농축과 비농축에 대한 비교시험을 수행했다. 배양종과 자연종의 비교 시험은 농축하는 과정에서 네트 손실 및 손상이 있는 것으로 확인되었으며, 이는 대상종의 생리·형태적 특성에 따라 차이가 있음을 확인했다. BWMS 육상시험에서 생물 농도가 높은 대조수의 경우 비농축한 시료 개체수가 농축한 시료보다 2배 정도 높은 값을 보였고, 생물 개체수가 낮은 처리수는 두 방법 간의 뚜렷한 차이가 없었다. 이러한 결과는 미국형식승인 방법으로 육상시험을 수행하면 시험수 조건이 더 가혹하다는 것을 의미한다. 결과적으로 식물플랑크톤 샘플링 과정에서 농축과 비농축의 차이가 있음에도 불구하고, 농축 방법이 BWMS 성능을 평가하는 방법으로 적용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 하지만 처리수 내에서 살아있는 종이 샘플링의 농축 과정에서 네트 손실 및 손상이 있을 수 있기 때문에 대상종에 대한 평가방법을 개발할 필요성이 있다.

WPS/PQR is the essential documents for shipbuilding welding. WPS is the document containing the information related to welding procedure and PQR is the record of approval for welding procedure. Both documents should be approved by the ship owners and the classification societies. It is very important to manage these documents because the welding procedure using these documents could not be carried out before they are approved. Database is an useful tool to manage these documents. It can manage a number of documents and show the processing status of WPS/PQR documents. In this study, all documents related to WPS/PQR documents were investigated and analyzed in the viewpoint of DB. An appropriate DB system was designed for WPS/PQR and the related documents on the basis of CBD methodology. The DB system could make WPS/PQR documents easily and shortly. The grasp of the processing status of WPS/ PQR could help the good management of fabrication schedule in shipbuilding.

기업의 비즈니스가 고객 중심의 현장으로 이동되고 근무의 장소가 특정한 시기와 장소가 아닌 언제, 어디서나 이루어지는 근무환경으로 바뀌면서 모바일 앱을 이용한 근무관리시스템 설계 및 구현에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GPS를 이용한 모바일 앱 근무관리시스템을 사외의 장소(출장지, 연수기관, 외부회의 등)에서 스마트폰으로 GPS의 위치정보(WiFi, 3G, LTE, 4G 활용)를 입력 받아 바로 ERP시스템으로 전송한 후 회사의 정보가 DB에 삽입되는 방식으로 전자결재시스템과 연계하여 신속하게 결재가 이루어지도록 모바일 앱의 설계 및 구현을 하고자 한다. 또한, 설계 및 구현된 시스템을 기업에 실제 적용하여 이용한 사용자를 대상으로 설문을 통해 생산성 및 기대 효과를 측정하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 ISO14001 인증 취득 현황조사를 통해 강원지역 중소기업의 환경경영 실태와 과제를 파악하고 환경경영의 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2003년 4월 현재 우리나라의 ISO14001 인증획득 업체수는 1,215개 업체인데 비해 강원지역 중소기업의 ISO14001 인증획득 업체는 광역지방자치단체 중 최하위 수준인 26개 업체에 불과하였다. 둘째, 인증 미획득 기업들이 인증을 받지 않으려는 이유로 '인증 획득 및 유지에 소요되는 비용이 효익보다 크다'는 점을 제시하였다. 셋째, ISO14001 인증을 획득한 기업이나 ISO14001 인증 미획득 기업이나 인증을 획득한(하려는) 가장 큰 이유는 '기업의 이미지 향상'이었으며, 인증 획득기업이 환경경영시스템 도입 후 얻은 효과도 '기업의 이미지 향상'으로 나타났다. 넷째, ISO14001 인증을 획득한 기업들은 환경경영시스템을 도입할 때 문제점으로 '문서작성 및 비용에 관한 부담'과 '인력 부족'에 관한 응답이 많았다. 위와 같은 연구의 주요 결과를 바탕으로 강원지역 중소기업의 환경경영 활성화를 위한 과제와 방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, ISO14001 인증 미획득 기업 대부분이 ISO14001에 대한 인지도가 낮아 이에 대한 지속적이고 적극적인 홍보와 교육 및 연수제도가 필요하다는 점이다. 둘째, 환경경영 관련 인력이 부족함으로 전문 인력의 양성을 위한 교육프로그램의 실시, 보조금 지급의 확대, 전담부서 및 상담창구의 개설, 관련 정보의 데이터 베이스화나 소프트웨어의 개발이 필요하다. 셋째, 저렴한 비용과 간단한 절차를 통해 인증을 받을 수 있는 중소기업용 공적 인증제도의 신설, 혹은 단체인증제도, 공단 인증제도 등을 적극 고려할 필요가 있다.

최근 급속한 산업발전으로 환경오염에 대한 인식이 고조되고 있으며 오염방지에 대한 방법 및 기술 또한 다각적으로 연구되고 있다. 과거에는 환경오염에 대한 대응방향이 오염물질의 농도저감과 처리기술 개발등에 국한되어 왔으나 현재는 오염물질의 관리 및 평가와 같은 좀더 고차원적인 연구로 전환되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경정보 시스템구축에 대한 개념을 수립하고 그 기법을 제시하였으며 오염원과 오염부하량에 따른 환경정보의 데이터베이스 설계, 질의, 분석 그리고 출력기법을 개발하였다. 또한, LANDSAT TM 영상을 이용하여 토지이용도를 작성하였으며, PC상에서 Excel과 PC ArcView 프로그램간에 동적데이터교환을 이용하여 폐수배출시설허가관리대장 관리를 가능하게 하여 기존 GSIS용 프로그램의 문서관리에 대한 취약성을 극복할 수 있었다.

인문 사회과학 연구원들과 데이터베이스 전문가들이 태평양문제연구회(IPR)가 작성한 IPR 자료를 데이터베이스로 구축하기 위해 함께 하였다. 본 논문은 그 데이터베이스의 구축에서 IPR 자료의 품질을 보장하기 위한 쟁점과 해결책을 제시한다. 우리는 데이터베이스의 접근성을 위해 웹에 데이터베이스를 유지하여 연구원들이 웹 브라우저로 접근할 수 있도록 하며, 데이터베이스 구축의 편리성을 위해 통합 인터페이스를 제공하여 연구원들이 그 속에서 모든 작업을 수행하게 하며, 구축한 IPR 자료의 완전성을 위해 입력된 각 IPR 자료의 책임 소재를 밝히는 책임 입력과 책임 승인을 지원하며, 승인의 즉시성을 위해 연구원들의 입력을 원활히 하는 대화형 승인 과정을 지원한다. 또한 구축한 IPR 자료의 정확성을 보장하기 위해 우리는 데이터베이스 설계, 질의 처리, 트랜잭션 관리, 검색과 정렬 기법들을 사용한다. 특히, 레코드들 간의 존재 종속관계를 이용한 동시성 제어를 통하여 운영체제 파일과 그 파일의 경로 간의 정확성을 보장한다. 향후 연구로 내용 검색, 데이터베이스의 다운로드와 업로드, IPR 자료의 저작권 관련 작업을 포함한다.

Recently, the common concern of nuclear power industry in the development of technology mitigating and preventing the aging of steam generator tubes prevails, because the trends of steam generator flaws at Uljin unit #1,2 and KSNP(Korea Standard Nuclear Power Plant) impose a burden on the operation of nuclear power plant. While the regulatory agency is demanding the establishment of the advanced general performance maintenance system, the steam generator management program adapting advanced technology is being developed which may comply with EPRI PWR SG Guidelines based on NEI 97-06 ‘ General Guidelines including all the maintenance aspects consist of the tube integrity assessment criteria, repair limit, allowable leakage level, water chemistry will be composed in order to obtain the approval of regulatory agency and be applied to Nuclear power plant early 2005. This presentation is to introduce maintenance state including SG tube degradation and main contents of advanced SG management program being developed, and futhermore update present and future plan, and estimate the alternation after the completion.

Modern construction projects have stakeholders from various construction fields, highlighting the importance of efficient information sharing and collaboration. The expanding scope of Building Information Modeling (BIM), particularly in the domestic construction sector, necessitates a Common Data Environment (CDE). However, applying foreign commercial CDE solutions within the domestic context is challenging due to the difficulty of aligning them with the unique organizational structures and characteristics prevalent in the country. Furthermore, the information review and approval processes specified by ISO 19650 often fail to harmonize adequately with the domestic design procedures, limiting the full utilization of CDE advantages. This study endeavors to develop a Korean CDE collaborative platform based on ISO 19650, with a focus on adapting workflows and information container systems to the domestic context. Building upon the requirements of ISO 19650-based CDE workflows and information containers, this research involves an in-depth analysis of information generation, sharing, review, and approval processes within domestic design organizations, offering tailored CDE workflows and information container systems that align with the specific needs of the Korean construction industry.
