3상 전압인가형 중첩방전 오존발생기의 오존생성 상승효과 (Ozone Generation Synergy Effects of Three-Phase Voltage Apply Type Superposed Discharge Ozonizer)

  • Nowadays, ozone is mainly utilized for water treatment and home equipments. Although the demand for ozone is increasing, the ozone yield of silent discharge type ozonizer is low. Therefore, it is expected to improve the energy efficiency and ozone yield of an ozonizer. In this paper, a new ozone generation system is proposed. The 60[Hz] three-phase voltage is applied to three-phase superposed discharge type ozonizer(3PSDO) which has three electrodes(central, internal and external electrodes). There is no discharge pause time when three-phase voltage is applied due to 120-degree phase difference of applied voltage. The synergy effect of the three-phase superposed discharge type ozonizer is investigated by comparing with the three sort of single-phase discharge type ozonizer(1PDO). So, three-phase superposed discharge type ozonizer is able to obtain high ozone yield, and optimize discharge space, because this can increase the discharge power at low applied voltage.

  • Recent year, mean energy consumptions of a people are higher than other country. And international oil price became over 120 dollar. This energy environment as well as energy war. Maybe, the Meteorological Administration is going to enforce scorching heatwave special report system from that come summer. Besides, 2008 summer, maximum demand power is expected by 64,240,000kW. The electric power equipment reserve rate appeared in to keep 12.5% level. Chilled water storage system witch is one of electric load administration system. Heat pump system used cooling tower heat recovery is advantage that use is possible to summer in small a public bath building. In this paper, we suggest that heat pump system by heat recovery using cooling tower when it is heating operation of ambient air temperature. To apply cooling tower heat recovery heat pump to chilled water heat storage type and achieved performance evaluation about operation. As a result, performance of heat pump system that about 121% in cooling mode, 138% in heating mode higher than KEPCO standard. And heating operation possible to ambient air temperature about $23^{\circ}C$, which of appear cooling tower outlet temperature about $13^{\circ}C$.

  • Recently, the demand to interpret image data with artificial intelligence in various fields is rapidly increasing. Object recognition and detection techniques using deep learning are mainly used, and video integration analysis to determine unstructured object recognition is a particularly important problem. In the case of natural disasters or social disasters, there is a limit to the object recognition structure alone because it has an unstructured shape. In this paper, we propose intelligent video integration analysis system that can recognize unstructured objects based on video turning point and object detection. We also introduce a method to apply and evaluate object recognition using virtual augmented images from 2D to 3D through GAN.

균일 냉각을 고려한 Thick-Wall 형상의 플라스틱 렌즈 쾌속 금형 제작 (Manufacturing of Rapid Tooling for Thick-Wall Plastic Lens Mold with Conformal Cooling Channel)

  • In the optical application demand for high quality lens is increasing. Plastics lenses are demanded more than glass lenses for large size lenses as well as micro-size lenses. It is difficult to apply typical straight cooling channels of injection mold to lens molding due to its non-uniform temperature distribution. In this study, we manufactured molds for plastic lenses with the conventional cooling channels and conformal cooling channels produced by the DMLS process. We evaluated cooling performance for the 2 molds by injection molding experiment. Also, uniformity of the temperature distribution was tested by infrared camera and temperature monitoring. We confirmed that the cooling performance and temperature uniformity with the conformal cooling channels is much improved from the ones with the conventional. The cooling time with the conformal cooling channels was reduced 30% compared with the conventional cooling channels.

Expectation-Maximization 기반의 새로운 OFDM 채널 추정 방식 (A Novel Expectation-Maximization based Channel Estimation for OFDM Systems)

  • 대용량의 데이터 전송을 위해 최근에 많이 사용되고 있는 OFDM 시스템은 다중경로페이딩에는 유리하지만 시간 선택성 페이딩에서는 자유롭지 못하고 이를 위해 채널추정이 필요하게 된다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 기존의 EM 알고리즘의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 LPC 알고리즘을 접목시킨 EM-LPC 알고리즘을 제안했다. 이 알고리즘은 기존의 EM 알고리즘의 M-Step 다음에 LPC 알고리즘을 사용하여 미리 다음 pilot 데이터를 추정할 수 있게된다. 또한 interpolation을 통한 데이터 수정도 가능하게 된다. 살펴본 결과 EM-LPC 알고리즘이 기존의 LS 알고리즘과 EM 알고리즘보다 좋은 성능을 내는 것을 볼 수 있었다. 또한 EM 루프의 반복도 역시 줄어드는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

구면좌표계식 기구를 이용한 인공치아의 3차원 측정시스템 개발 (Development of 3D Measuring System for Artificial Pontic using Spherical Coordinate System Mechanism)

  • With recent increased demand for reverse engineering in dental machining, the 3D laser scanner is widely used for inspection of artificial pontic. In order to overcome the optical drawback of laser scanner, such as irregular scatter, direction of beam, and the influence of surface integrity, it is developed in this study a new 3D measuring system for artificial pontic using spherical coordinate system mechanism by point laser sensor, which keeps the direction of beam normal to surface consistently. The comprehensive integrated system is established to evaluate the improvement of accuracy with data acquisition system. The experimental results for measuring a master ball and pontic models shows the excellent form accuracy and repeatability compared with conventional apparatus. Also, these results shows the possibility to apply this system for the measuring purpose within 0.05mm accuracy of pontic at the sharp edge or margin contour, which was difficult to measure at the conventional systems.

  • Recently, the demand of large capacity SMPS for industrial area is increasing. Full-bridge dc-dc converter with IGBT is most widely used for large capacity SMPS because IGBT has a low-conduction loss and large current capacity, But most large capacity Full-bridge do-dc converter using IGBT has low operating frequency because of switching loss at IGBT especially at turn-off by current tail and it's cause of relatively big converter size. MOSFET has low switching losses has been widely used for high frequency SMPS but it has a problem to apply to large capacity SMPS because it has large conduction resistance causing large on-time losses. In this paper, for reduction losses at switching device, MOSFET is applied at parallel with IGBT in full-bridge dc/dc converter.

노후 공동주택 리모델링 수직증축분 소형 평면 계획에 대한 연구 (A Study on Small Size Plans of Vertical Extension Remodeling for Aged Apartment)

  • This study suggested practical considerations in case of planning Small-Sized Household Units of the Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment along with selecting particular Age-Apartment Complex to plan Small-Sized Household Units. Four parts of consideration; (1) Architectural planning aspects, (2) Resident aspects, (3) Structural aspects, and (4) Facility aspects were thoroughly examined to apply in the remodeling construction period. Proposals for Small-Sized Household Units, in this study, covered two different combinations. One was the combination of six equal units, the other was the combination of eleven different types of household units which reflected resident aspects in plan organizations. Plan organization proposal could be chosen and applied to Vertical Extended units by Local Government, Remodeling Association, or Constructor based on their potential residents' aspect, such as family size, life style, age, amount to income and etc. to fulfill their satisfaction. Furthermore, this study had great significance of the adequately reflecting demand on Small-Sized Household Units in Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment.

모바일 어플리케이션을 이용한 시설물 유지관리 시스템 (Facility Maintenance Management System Using a Mobile Application)

  • 최근 스마트폰 보급이 확대되고 기술이 발전함에 따라 오프라인 현장에서 언제 어디서나 온라인 정보를 활용하여 실시간 의사소통과 업무처리를 할 수 있는 시스템 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 공동주택 및 각종 시설물 하자관리와 유지관리 업무에 적용될 수 있는 안드로이드 기반의 모바일 어플리케이션을 이용한 실시간 시설물 유지관리 시스템 모델을 제시하였다. 제안하는 시스템은 시설물 유지관리를 위한 제반 과정의 시스템화를 기초로 하여 모바일 오피스 구현이 가능한 웹/모바일 통합관리 시스템 개발을 목표로 하였다. 또한 모바일 시스템 개발 시 요구되는 기술적 보안체계도 분석하여 시스템에 구현하였다.

  • A technology based on thyristors will be used to manufacture the super-conducting coil AC/DC converters because of the low ratio of cost over installed power compared to a design based on GTO or similar technology. But phase-controlled converter suffers from fundamental disadvantage. They inject current harmonics into the input ac mains due to their nonlinear characteristics, thereby distort the supply voltage waveform, and demand reactive power from the associated ac power system at retarded angles. To overcome this disadvantage, in the case of two series converters at the DC side, connected to the same step-down transformer, apply for the sequence control. It is the most simple and efficient way to reduce the reactive power consumption at low cost. Analytical sequence control algorithm is suggested, the validity of the proposed scheme has been verified by experimental results with the small-scaled International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) Power Supply to minimize reactive power consumption.
