품질개선분야에서의 품질코스트모델의 적용 (Application of Quality Cost Model ln Quality Improvement Area)

  • This parer proposes application of quality costing system in quality improvement area. Cost of quality in quality improvement area provides a valuable of both providing the need for improvement and giving a starting point for project. WQCMS(Web-based Q-Cost Management System) have ability to collect and analyze quality data generated from various different departments in the inside or outside of the enterprise without any limitations, if end-users are able to access wide area network. It provides the capability to integrate quality information from database and to generate various easy analysis reports to management's needs using built-in analysis tool modules with real-time. Web-based quality cost management system to measure the performance of quality improvement activities in the business firms. This paper proposes standard model for quality cost process in quality improvement area.

석회시용량과 시용시기가 경작지 토양산도 변화와 잎담배 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Lime Amount and Application Time on Soil pH Change, Yield, and Quality of Leaf Tobacco)

  • This study was carried out to improve the tobacco field condition and to determine the effect of lime amount and application time on soil pH, yield, and quality of leaf tobacco. Lime was applied to the tobacco field by determined amounts according to different pH level. The changes of soil pH, growth of tobacco, yield, and quality of KF109 and Br21 tobacco were surveyed by time lapse. The target pH value in tobacco field soil can be reached at 6 weeks after lime application, and then the soil pH was lowered slightly after that time. The lime amount needed to reach target pH was decreased 40 % in the same tobacco field after 1 year. Though the initial growth rate of flue-cured tobacco in the field of pH 7.0 was lower than that of conventional tobacco field, the field of pH 7.0 showed the highest yield after the maximum growth stage. The quality of cured leaf tobacco in the field of pH 7.0 applied lime at spring season was slightly lowered compared with that in conventional. This results indicated that the best pH condition in tobacco field for the best tobacco growth was 6.5 and the proper time of lime application was fall season of previous year by application of the whole quantity.

모바일 응용프로그램을 이용한 유방암 환자의 삶의 질 측정 초기연구 (Pilot Study of Measuring Daily Quality of Life in Breast Cancer Patients Through Mobile Application)

  • Objective : As treatments for breast cancer require long period of time, the patients need continuous monitoring and management of their health related quality of life. The purpose of this preliminary study is to explore the utility of monitoring quality of life using a mobile phone based application, which was developed to enable the patients to report daily quality of life more efficiently. Methods : Department of psychiatry, breast cancer center and U-health team of Asan Medical Center collaborated in developing a mobile application titled 'DugunDugun'. Through the application, patients with breast cancer receiving neo-adjuvant chemotherapy could report on various questions about their daily quality of life. We extracted and explored the daily basis of the data of sleep duration, number of awake, sleep satisfaction, mood and anxiety from nine patients who reported on the questionnaire for more than a month. Results : The longitudinal data collected using our mobile application well represented the characteristics of individual sleep patterns and daily emotional changes. Most of the patients showed high daily variations in the scores of their quality of life while their averaged scores were similar among patients. The patient with highest daily variations in the subjective sleep quality and daily emotional change had highest score corresponding to moderate depression in Beck Depression Inventory (BDI). Conclusion : The results suggest that mobile application could be a useful tool for monitoring and collecting the daily quality of life in the patients with breast cancer. We expect that mobile application could facilitate early detection and proper intervention for the cancer patients at psychological crisis.

Prioritization-Based Model for Effective Adoption of Mobile Refactoring Techniques

  • The paper introduces a model for evaluating and prioritizing mobile quality attributes and refactoring techniques through the examination of their effectiveness during the mobile application development process. The astonishing evolution of software and hardware has increased the demand for techniques and best practices to overcome the many challenges related to mobile devices, such as those concerning device storage, network bandwidth, and energy consumption. A number of studies have investigated the influence of refactoring, leading to the enhancement of mobile applications and the overcoming of code issues as well as hardware issues. Furthermore, rapid and continuous mobile developments make it necessary for teams to apply effective techniques to produce reliable mobile applications and reduce time to market. Thus, we investigated the influence of various refactoring techniques on mobile applications to understand their effectiveness in terms of quality attributes. First, we extracted the most important mobile refactoring techniques and a set of quality attributes from the literature. Then, mobile application developers from nine mobile application teams were recruited to evaluate and prioritize these quality attributes and refactoring techniques for their projects. A prioritization-based model is examined that integrates the lightweight multi-criteria decision making method, called the best-worst method, with the process of refactoring within mobile applications. The results prove the applicability and suitability of adopting the model for the mobile development process in order to expedite application production while using well-defined procedures to select the best refactoring techniques. Finally, a variety of quality attributes are shown to be influenced by the adoption of various refactoring techniques.

벼에 대한 돈분뇨 액비의 시용량 및 시용시기 구명 (Effect of Application Time and Amount of Liquid Pig Manure on Growth of Rice and Infiltration Water Quality)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the effect of application time and amount of liquid pig manure on growth and yield of rice plant and infiltration water quality. Liquid manure treatment with higher application rate and closer application time to transplanting time showed higher plant height and number of tiller at panicle formation stage, but it caused the plant disease and pest and lodging. In liquid manure treatment with higher application rate, number of panicles per hill and number of spikelets per panicle were higher but yield of rice was less than chemical fertilizer treatment due to low rate of ripeness and 1,000 grain weight. $NO_3-N$ concentration in infiltration water sample was increased with increasing application amount of liquid manure and closer application time to transplanting of rice plant. With consideration yield of rice and environment such as groundwater quality, the proper application amount were 150% and 100% of recommending N fertilizer level (11kg) at before winter and April or May treatment, respectively.

  • 웹방화벽이 정보유출방지 등의 웹 보안 기능을 효과적으로 제공하여 웹 애플리케이션 보안이라는 목표를 달성하기 위해서는 웹사이트 보안 강화와 안전한 서비스 제공이라는 목표를 달성할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 관련된 표준을 근간으로 웹방화벽시스템의 보안성 평가를 체계적으로 수행할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 웹방화벽시스템의 기반 기술과 웹방화벽의 보안성 품질에 관한 요구사항을 분석하고 소프트웨어 제품평가에 관한 국제표준과 정보보안 관련 제품의 평가에 관련된 표준을 근간으로 보안성 품질을 평가하는 기준을 구축하였다. 본 연구를 통해 웹방화벽시스템의 보안성 품질수준을 확인하고 품질향상을 제고할 수 있는 기준의 확보를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 향후 연구과제로 지속적으로 변화하고 있는 국제표준에 따라 평가기준을 지속적으로 업그레이드할 필요가 있다.

표준 질소시비량이 감소된 조건에서 쌀 품질 향상과 노력절감을 위한 질소 시비방법 (Nitrogen Application Method for High Quality and Labor Saving in Rice Production under Amended Standard N Application Level)

  • 표준시비량이 감소된 조건에서 좀 더 효율적인 질소시비방법을 확립하고 이들이 벼 수량 및 품질에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 연차, 지역 및 품종별로 질소시비방법을 달리하여 검토한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 연차, 지역 및 품종에 관계없이 질소의 수비시용 시기에 따른 수량과 현미단백질 함량에는 차이가 없었고, 질소분비비율을 기비-분얼비-수비로 50-30-20 혹은 70-0-30으로 하여 질소시용시기를 출수 전 25일에서 출수 전 15일로 늦출 때 현미 천립중과 현미완전미 비율이 증가하여 고품질쌀 생산에 유리하였다. 2. 쌀 수량, 현미천립중, 현미완전미율, 현미단백질 함량 모두 일부 지역 및 품종에서 유의성이 인정되었으나 전체적으로 분산시비와 기비중점시비간 차이가 없었다. 따라서 사질답과 같은 토양 양분 유실이 많은 조건을 제외하고는 기비중점 시비로 관행에 비하여 수량 감소 및 품질저하 없이 생산노력비 절감이 가능한 것으로 판단된다.

인터넷통신 네트워크 품질특성 모니터 링을 위한 I-MR 관리도 활용체계 (An Application Scheme of I-MR Control Charts for Monitoring Internet Communication Network Quality Characteristics)

  • 인터넷통신 서비스업체는, 최상위 기업경영 성과지표중 하나인 고객만족지수 향상을 위해, 전사적 품질경영을 전개하고 있다. 이와 관련, 고객만족지수와 연관성이 강한 기업내부 주요 인터넷통신 네트워크 품질특성에 대한 관리의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는, 인터넷통신 네트워크 품질특성 모니터 링을 위한 I-MR 관리도 활용체계를 제안한다. 네트워크 품질특성이 관리상태인지 모니터링하고, 네트워크 품질특성이 이상변동을 보이면, 이상원인 조사시점을 결정할 목적으로, 일정간격 연속 측정시점별; 1) 개별측정값 (individual measurements): 및 2) 연속 2개 개별측정값간 이동범위 (moving ranges)를 이용한 통계적 품질관리 체계인 I-MR 관리도를 활용한다. 사례분석에서는, 이상변동 발생시점에서 이상원인이 완전히 제거된다는 가정에 근거하여, 네트워크 품질특성의 실현가능한 치대 기대품질개선율이 계산된다. 인터넷통신 2개 Service A. B. Service별 7개 네트워크 품질특성 대상, 11개 측정지역의 기대품질개선율 평균, 표준편차를 분석, 1-MR 관리도 활용체계의 효과를 검토한다. 사례분석 결과, 기대품질개선율 범위는 다음과 같다. 1) Service A, (1) 평균 (0.31%-11.44%), (2) 표준편차 (9.82%-71.10%); 2) Service B, (1) 평균 (0.29%-17.64%), (2)표준편차 (8.05%-60.59%). 그러므로, 본 연구에서 설계·제안된 I-MR 관리도 활용체계는, 네트워크 품질특성의 평균 산포 개선 및 관리상태 유지에 효과적일 것으로 판단된다.

도서관 서비스의 품질인증제도 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of Quality Certification System in Library Services)

  • 본 논문은 세계적인 품질인증제도를 도서관 및 정보센터의 서비스 품질 평가에 활용할 수 있도록 이들 제도의 특성을 비교 ${\cdot}$ 분석하고, 외국 도서관의 적용사례를 고찰한 것이다. 본 논문의 분석 결과, TQM을 기반으로 한 데밍품질상, 말콤발드리지 국가품질상, 유럽 품질상의 품질인증기준은 광범위하고 동적이며, 고객 지향적인 제도인 반면, ISO 9000 품질 인증 제도는 협소하고, 정적이며, 명세서의 일치여부를 평가하는 내부지향적 제도임이 밝혀졌다.
