A m-Business Application Case for Small Scale Company

  • A very detail instruction of a m-Business application case for small scale company is given. Two results are proved. The one is that m-business application can reduce system building and maintaining fee. The other is that m-business application should running on the mobile machine with caching some application data on it.

  • HLA(High Level Architecture)는 차세대 DIS(Distributed Interactive Simulation)를 이어 네트워크 분산 시뮬레이션의 기반이 되는 표준 아키텍쳐이다. 이 HLA 시스템의 개발 과정에서 FEDEP(Federation Development and Execution Process) Model이 제안되었는데, FEDEP의 목적은 federation 개발자가 application의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있도록 federation 개발 및 실행에 대한 guideline을 정하는 것이다. FEDEP의 일련의 process들 중에서 노동집약적인 과정은 CASE(Computer Aided Software Engineering) tool을 사용함으로써 보다 강화되고 능률적으로 이루어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 HLA Application Builder 는 federate 와 federation을 자동적으로 생성하는 CASE tool 로서, 자동적인 FED(Federation Execution Data)file 및 C++ source code를 생성함으로써 HLA Federation 개발에 있어서의 인력(manpower)을 크게 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 HLA에 대한 배경지식과 HLA Application Builder 개발의 필요성과 구현, 그리고 실제 예를 들어서 HLA Application Builder가 어떻게 federation 개발에 사용되는지에 대해서 설명한다.

Visual Basic과 UML을 사용한 애플리케이션 개발시의 핵심적 단계: 주문처리 업무를 중심으로 (Critical Steps in Building Applications with Visual Basic and UML: Focusing on Order Processing Application)

  • This paper presents critical steps in building client/server application with UML and Visual Basic, which are derived from the implementation case of a typical order processing system. To begin with, we briefly review the software architecture, the diagrams and the object-oriened building process in the UML. In the inception phase, it is critical to define the project charter, to draw use case diagrams, and to construct a preliminary architecture of the application. In the elaboration phase, it is critical to identify classes to be displayed in the class diagram, to develop user interface prototypes for each use case, to construct sequence diagram for each use case, and finally to design an implementation architecture. Steps to construct implementation architecture are given. In the construction phase, it is critical to design both the database and components. Steps to design these components are described in detail. Additionally the way to create the Internet interface is suggested.

  • 1970대 이후 CASE 도구들은 꾸준히 발전되어 오고 활용은 보편화되고 있다. 많은 CASE 도구들은 보다 확대된 기능을 제공하기 위하여 통합되고 연계되고 있다. 한편 E-R 모델은 모델링 도구로서 널리 사용되고 있으며 대부분의 CASE 도구들이 E-R 모델을 지원하고 있다. 본 연구에서는E-R 모델에 내재한 여러 가지 특성과 응용시스템의 기본 요소들 사이에 관계를 설정하고 이를 이용하여 응용시스템을 자동적으로 생성할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 먼저 E-R 모델로부터 일정한 규칙에 의해 업무 프로그램, 프로그램간의 링크, 지속적 데이터 등으로 구성된 정형적 응용시스템이 생성된다. 정형적 시스템은 이용자를 위한 인터페이스 설계를 거쳐 최종적인 응용시스템으로 생성된다. 본 연구에서는 제안된 자동생성과정의 실현가능성을 가상의 시스템을 대상으로 검증해 본다. 본 연구에서 제안된 응용시스템의 자동생성 방안은 CASE 도구들의 모델링 기능과 코드 생성 기능을 연계하고 통합할 수 있는 하나의 대안을 제시할 것으로 기대된다. 동시에 종래에 데이터모델링 도구로서 주로 인식되어 온 E-R 모델에 관한 연구를 응용시스템 전체에 대한 모델링의 관점으로 확대할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

조현병 환자의 인지행동치료 기반 사례관리를 위한 스마트폰 애플리케이션 개발 (Development of Smartphone Application for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-Based Case Management in Patients with Schizophrenia)

  • Objectives : This article aims to describe the development of smartphone application for the case management of patients with schizophrenia. Methods : Gwangju Bukgu-Community Mental Health Center developed and launched a smartphone application (HYM) for cognitive-behavioral case management and symptom monitoring. The development of the application involved psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, and software technicians from a software development company (Goosl Corp.). Results : The HYM application for clients includes six main modules including Thought record, Symptom record, Daily life record, Official notices, Communication, and Scales. The key module is the 'Thought Record' for self-directed cognitive-behavioral treatment (CBT). When the client writes and sends the self-CBT sheet to the case manager, the latter receives a notification and can provide feedback in real time. 'Communication' and 'Official notices' are useful for promoting communication between case managers and clients with schizophrenia. Ratings in 'Symptom record', 'Daily life record', and 'Scales' modules are stored in graphic or table form representing changes in them and shared with case managers. Conclusion : The interactive function of this application is the key characteristics that distinguishes it from other mobile self-treatment tools. This smartphone application may contribute to the development of a youth- and customer-friendly case management system for individuals with early psychosis.

SBTool을 활용한 탄소중립형 주거단지 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Carbon Neutral Housing Development through SBTool)

  • Recently, many countries are tightening a variety of policies and controls with great efforts to reduce emission of GHGs(Greenhouse Gases) as concern for climate change heightens. The purpose of the study is to provide guidelines for planning and evaluate element and evaluate housing development. The elements are also assorted into 6 sections and 30 planning elements were drawn from them. It is drawn to 6 sections, 27 categories, 31 evaluation elements except cultural and perceptual aspects unrelated to planning elements from these elements. Case analysis has shown that most of planning elements were applied because these cases obtained environment-friendly certification in the country. Followings are the common characteristics. Firstly, it showed that application of planning element in all cases is excellent. Secondly, the case with excellent application of elements related with energy and application degree obtained excellent degree i environment-friendly certification in the country. Finally, application of planning elements related with renewable energy was in poor condition in all cases. With the utilization of SBTool, the evaluation results about planning elements of housing complex of Carbon emissions-reduction type showed that CASE-A obtained 11.17 points and CASE-B obtained 9.24 points. In the case of renewable energy section, it was confirmed that the evaluation doesn't work well. As a result, changes of planning elements affect environment-friendly extent. It was confirmed that accessibility to housing complex of Carbon emissions-reduction type could change. Estimated result of Amount of Carbon emission showed that annual energy consumption per each family of CASE-A is $4,269,964MJ/m^2$, as a result of which, Carbon emission is $234,815kg/m^2$. And annual energy consumption per family of CASE-B is $4,197,563MJ/m^2$, as a result of which, Carbon emission is $214,584kg/m^2$. Application of planning elements in the aspect of housing complex of Carbon emissions-reduction type shows that the level for Carbon emissions-reduction is high level. And study with assessment from the draft should be followed.

전동기 소손에 대한 화재 원인 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fire Cause Analysis of Motor Damage)

  • 본 논문은 전동기에 발생하는 화재에 대한 연구로서, 일반가전제품에 사용되고 있는 단상유도전동기에 과부하 및 외부화염을 가하여 그 변형 및 파손상태를 비교 분석하였다. 실험은 전동기의 구속을 통한 과부하 시험과 외부에서 화염을 가하는 실험으로 진행하였으며, 외부화염 시험의 경우 전압을 인가한 경우와 인가하지 않은 경우로 구분하였다. 실험결과 구속을 통한 과부하 시험의 경우 권선부분에서 층간 단락흔을 관찰할 수 있었고, 권선부분의 조직에서는 과부하에 의해 변형된 전선의 특징인 나무줄기 형상의 수지상 조직이 나타났다. 전압을 인가한 상태에서 외부화염을 가한 경우 고정자 권선부분의 코일이 원형을 유지하고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 권선주변의 색이 붉게 변색된 것을 볼 수 있었다. 전압을 인가하지 않고 외부화염을 가한 경우 고정자 권선부분의 코일이 원형에서 많이 변형된 것을 관찰할 수 있었고, 권선 주변의 색은 전압을 인가한 경우와 마찬가지로 붉게 변색된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This paper presents an application study of a model predictive control based commercial package PCTP to real chemical processes. The first case study concerns a product purity control of a splitter process which distillates styrene from undesired component ethyl-benzene produced from ethyl-benzene dehydrogenation reaction. The second case study is about a temperature control of ethyl-benzene dehydrogenation reactor and an excess oxygen control of the fired heater. Optimum control structure for MPC application is developed for each case study. The application results show a significant improvement in control performance and stability.

  • This global case study pursues diversification and intensification for an application system of the national wind map which has been developed to support national strategy building and promotion of wind energy dissemination. We chose nine counties' national wind maps and compared their map area, extraction height, temporal and spatial resolution, download services, etc. to derive a best practice for the Korea wind map application system. Therefore, the application system are designed to offer high resolution height information of which covers wind turbine rotor sweeping area and time-series dataset which can be downloaded for further analysis by users. It is anticipated that the system would contribute greatly to wind energy policy, business and research sectors once the derived ideas have been implemented to the application system

  • The technique and process for the acquisition of components by searching and testing the reusable components using Web Service in the CASE tools for component-based application development are proposed. The technique and process for the notice of components using Web Service in order to reuse developed components are also proposed. As using the technique and process, a repository does not need to construct and the reusability of components will rise because components are easily and efficiently searched using Web Service. Furthermore, it is easy to develop application through the plug-and-play of components which are acquired using Web Service, and errors of application by reused components will be minimized because proper components are acquired after pretesting reusable components in the analysis and the architecture phase.
