Unit Planning of Apartment Housing through the Analysis on the Residents' Perception and Needs of the Balcony space (아파트 거주자들의 발코니 인식과 요구도 분석을 통한 단위 평면 계획)

  • The purpose of this study is to present basic data that can assist on projecting the plans of use of balcony space, by identifying the problems derived from balcony remodelling for the sole purpose of securing practical space, and to further research on the role of balcony space in an apartment. The results of this study revealed a high demand on balcony space, thus the key area of research would be on developing various methods of utilizing such balcony space differing among the different types of available residential space, rather than a standardized extension of balcony space.

Spatial Needs and Planning of Family Day Care Center in Apartment Unit (아파트 가정보육시설에 대한 공간적 요구 및 계획)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic information for planning family day care. The purpose was accomplished by observations, interviews and survey. The total 29 family day care centers were selected for the observations. The interviews and survey were conducted with 44 caregivers working there. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, analysis of variance and multiple regressions. According to the findings of the study, most family day care centers in apartment unit were to keep the laws related to the locations, number of children, etc. Also, the caregivers were satisfied with the general physical conditions of the centers, while they tended to be less satisfied with the space for themselves. Finally this study suggested several design alternativesas useful guidelines for the apartment family day care center.

  • Outdoor space used for leisure life as inhabitantses' recreation and rest area, and night activity is very important space to many apartment complex. Lately, outdoor space is recognized as a very important space in apartment complex. Especially, that outdoor space is frequently used at night despite planning of lighting of current outdoor space is unprepared for the selection of suitable luminaires, arrangement of luminaire and lighting plan. From this point of view, this paper investigated the essence of light in outdoor space and analyzed different outdoor luminous environment. This paper finally suggested recommended level of illuminance and planning of lighting.

  • Nowadays great changes arises from the digital environment and technology. And Also, our living environment are changes very rapidly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics and trends of future housing reference to ubiquitous housing cases in U.S.A, Japan and Korea. From these cases, reorganized ubiquitous-apartment elements are suitable to our housing environment. To search them, it is investigated to 4 ubiquitous housing examples, such as Aware Home, Toyota's PAPI, samsung raemian's housing gallery and GS E&C's apartment. In this study, we could get types and characteristics and planning elements of ubiquitous housings. The findings showed that many kinds of common network systems were suggested and were acted in limited spaces. In conclusion, it was considered as the one of the most suitable future housing type that had a special feature of the demands of residence and life with free accessibility of information and data. Especially, it is necessary to prepare for coming aging society.

  • There is a rapid increase of child care centers due to the growth of women's social activities and a nuclear family. Child care center is an important part of community facilities for apartment housing complex. This study aims to collect the basic data required to develop the planning standards for the child care centers. This research limited the child care centers which is situated to permanent rental housing complex. Therefore, this research presents the basic design guidelines for the space composition planning of child care centers by grasping the special quality connected with the space composition of child care centers among the community facilities that is located in the permanent rental apartment housing complex.

  • Apartments construction is a one of largest parts in buildings construction. In apartments construction, work interferences are frequently occurred in work processing because workspaces are very various and numerous. However, though work process is important for mainly influencing to the schedule, quality and cost of apartments construction, these work interferences are considered a kind of uncertainty, which is difficult to anticipate at construction planning stage, in work processing. Therefore, this study proposed the measures for work interference reduction in apartment buildings construction and the actual planning for practices. The results can be summarized as follows: (1) the standard of work process is checked regularly. (2) The scope of work and work process is adjusted. (3) The standard of drawings process and cost about work interferences work profess is established.

  • View From the point of change of the land of the land of the nation. The advancement in the modern civilization has led to building many apartments characterized by high buildings and building complexes due to population concentration into big cities. This tendency not only causes serious problems in terms of city images but also produces considerable discords in the matter of harmonized beauty of the complex itself.At the stage of space planning for the apartment complexes only economic and functional aspects were considered. So in many cases the space, which dose not contribute to environmental improvement which must go in parallel with the quantity increase of apartments and improvements of welfare and living standards of the apartment inhabitants.

  • It was 15 years since the remodeling system was introduced in 2001 and the remodeling system was implemented due to the amendment of the housing law. From now on, the remodeling will be settled in the direction of important apartment houses, and planning will be the core plan of remodeling. Up to now, the remodeling system has changed according to the market situation, and the planning plan has also changed based on the laws and regulations. In this background, this study summarizes the changes of the regulations related to the remodeling plan and examines the characteristics of the plan according to the changes of the regulations. The remodeling plan can be divided into three periods according to the changes of the regulations, and the contents of the regulations and the characteristics of the plan have been clarified.

  • The purpose of this study is using a TACT planning and scheduling for apartment houses construction that have many of same units. Because using a TACT planning and scheduling is concluded time reduction at same units as apartment plan. The main contents of this study are 1) window and door work through the field study, 2) adjust worker assignment to minimize work time variation, and 3) an effect of working time through a case study. As a result, the total working time can be improved $21.2\%$ by using the TACT planning and scheduling. The stu요 recommends that 1) establish an accurate data between work period and resource, and 2) preparation to measures minimization of waiting time before using a TACT planning and scheduling.
