Interlocking signalling system plays key role as core system to manage railway operation. The core role of railway operation is to control routing, displaying signal and regulation for train. Interlocking system relate tightly to railway accident because collision and derailment is sometime taken place wrong route setting and signal displaying. Safety activity for interlocking system is inevitable to avoid the accident over its life cycle. The safety activity includes hazard identification and analysis, safety requirement allocation, safety plan, safety activity and ao on. The safety activity need a broad wide range work. In this paper, we concentrate on hazard identification for generic interlocking system and programmable electronic interlocking system and compare between two results. The hazards will be used for safety activity.

Korean constitutional type(Sasang Chejil) was considered with anxiety level and personality type in order variability frequently encountered in EEG research. Sasang Chejil type seems a very important factor to be controled to minimize the variabilty since Sasang Cheji subgroups showed distinct differences in EEG relative power ao more recording sites and frequency bands than the subgroups of anxiety level and personality type, well-reconized variability-contribution factors. It is likely that Tae-Eum Chejil type is predispositioned to be more relaxed and feel happier and less unhappy than So-Yang type since the former showed greater alpha relative powers and left-hemisphere activations at both of the resting and emotional states.

Balancing left/right cardiac output is essential for the automatic control of total artificial hearts(TAH). A fuzzy logic-based control method is presented. We use left atrial pressure( LAP) ann right a'rial pressure( RAP ) as indicators for left/right balancing. The fuzzy controller has four input variables which are measured LAP and RAP and their gradients. Desired variations in left cardiac output(LCO) and right cardiac output(RCO) are cal- culated to keep LAP and RAP within the Physiological limlts. Computer simulations were performed to adjust fuzzy membership functions for variables and verify this control method. Results from simulations showed that LAP and RAP returned to the physiological limits while AoP and PAP stayed within the physiological limits.

In this paper, we propose a hierarchical RAM simulation model framework which are used to analyze the RAM specifications on the concept refinement phase. The hierarchical RAM simulation model framework consists of RAM simulation models, class library and each model's input and output data lists. The hierarchical RAM simulation models are co-operated with 3 kinds of model - type I, II, III. Type I, II models are used to analyze the target operational availability and Type III is used to establish the initial RAM specifications. Each model's input and output data lists are defined by considering each model's purpose of RAM analysis. The class library is arranged with each model's classes for implementing the hierarchical simulation models. The proposed framework may be applied for executing the RAM activities effectively.

The WeChat mini program is an application embedded in WeChat that users can use without downloading and installing. After it was officially released in 2017, many travel enterprises have launched their own mini programs on the WeChat platform. This study applies affordance theory to investigate the WeChat mini program's role in tourism activities through social network analysis using the R programming language. The authors searched the topic of "how do you perceive the travel-related WeChat mini program" and then crawled the 200 comments found; 180 comments were analyzed after data cleansing. The results show that travel-related WeChat mini programs play a very important role in Chinese social network tourism activities. This paper found that WeChat played a more active role in various tourism-related interactions with Chinese social networks. Moreover, the results show how affordance theory is applied to the use of WeChat mini programs.

Purpose: To evaluate the efficiency of the minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) with locking compression plate (LCP) for distal tibial metaphyseal intra-articular fracture compared with extra-articular fracture. Materials and Methods: From February 2006 to June 2008, 21 patients with distal tibia metaphyseal intra-articular fracture and 20 patients with extra-articular fracture were treated operatively by MIPPO technique with LCP and followed for at least one year. In the group with intra-articular fracture, mean age was 48.85 years old and a mean follow-up was 15 months. In the other group with extra-articular fracture, mean age was 52.35 years old and a mean follow-up was 14.5 months. The type of fracture was evaluated using the AO/OTA classification and open-fractures were according to the Gustilo-And gron classification. Radiologic evaluation with fracture healing and tibial alignment, clinical evaluation with Olerud and Molander ankle score and restriction of motion were done for treatment. Results: According to AO/OTA classification, There were 21 type A, 15 type B, 5 type C. Average union time of the intra-articular fracture (type B, C) was 18.7 weeks. Average union time of the extra-articular fracture (type A) was 17.1 weeks. All fractures were healed without malunion. There were no difference of mean restriction angle between intra-articular fracture (ankle dorsiflexion was 3.57 degree, plantar-flexion was 5.95 degree) and extra-articular fracture (ankle dorsiflexion was 3 degree, plantar-flexion was 3.75 degree). There were no difference of Olerud and Molander ankle score between them as a mean score of intra-articular and extra-articular was 89.25, 91.25 each other. As a complication, there were 3 case of skin necrosis, 8 case of discomfortable skin tenting by plate and 1 superficial infection, but could be healed by conservative care. Conclusion: MIPPO technique, combined articular reduction, with LCP of distal tibial metaphyseal fracture was a good method with high functional recovery.

Plasma polymerized methyl methacrylate (ppMMA) thin films were deposited by plasma polymerization technique with different plasma powers and subsequently thermally treated at temperatures of 60 to $150^{\circ}C$. To find a better ppMMA preparation technique for application to organic thin film transistor (OTFT) as dielectric layer, the chemical composition, surface morphology, and electrical properties of ppMMA were investigated. The effect of ppMMA thin-film preparation conditions on the resulting thin film properties were discussed, specifically O-H site content in the pMMA, dielectric constant, leakage current density, and hysteresis.

In this work, the reinforcing action of carbon blacks in rubber was investigated by SEM and UTM measurements which at low a testing of the surface and mechanical properties. In order to gain an insight into the different properties between carbon blacks before and after methane/propane decomposition, various composites were prepared with SBR synthetic rubber and different carbon blacks with four loading ratios. The results were analyzed with the aim of finding suitable conditions for decomposition reaction to cut down the net cost for hydrogen production through hydrocarbon decomposition.

1-Deoxynojirimycin which is a potent intestinal ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitor was purified from the culture broth by ion exchange chromatography, Sephadex LH20 column chromatography, TSK gel chromatography and HPLC respectively. Acute toxicity of 1-deoxynojirimycin, which was loaded through the oral as dose of 200mg/kg, was investigated in IRC mouse. None of the tested IRC mice were not dead and increase of body weight showed also the same results in comparison with control mice. The antimicrobial susceptibility of 20 pathogenic strains against 3 antidiabetic compounds (1-deoxynojirimycin, AO-128, acarbose) were obtained by agar dilution method. All of the three antidiabetic compounds has very weak antimicrobial activity (MIC>100$\mu\textrm{g}$/ml).
