  • Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PM motor) of Advanced EMU is the direct drive morot(DDM) without using reduction gear and Interior buried Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(IPMSM). Propulsion system for IPMSM control is composed 1C1M. 1C1M is good for each motor control and anti slip/slide. Propulsion control system have completed running test on field and reliability test is in progress.

  • In the braking process of rolling stocks, the equivalent braking force is applied to the all bogies. However, the load applied to the front and rear bogie are different in the actual commercial traveling. In the case, since the different slip situation is occurred in each bogie, it is essential to use the independent anti-slip control per bogie unit in order to reduce the loss of braking force. In this paper, the algorithm about bogie unit braking is proposed and verified.

  • In order for high strength aluminum alloys to be used in transportation systems and the aerospace industry, excellent mechanical and physical properties are required. In particular, excellent anti-abrasion property is indispensable for parts that require driving force. In general, surface treatment technologies such as high frequency heat treatment, gas solid carburizing, surface rolling, shot peening are used as ways of improving anti-abrasion property. Among various surface treatment technologies, this research chose shot peening processing for Al7075-T6, which is well known as representative high-strength alloy steel. Wear characteristics were compared and analyzed after shot peening processing with shot ball velocities of 40m/s and 70m/s in order to investigate the effects of shot peening processing on wear characteristics.

가변스팬 모핑날개를 가진 비행체의 공력특성 및 비행 제어 (Aerodynamics and Flight Control of Air Vehicle with Variable Span Morphing Wing)

  • In the aerospace field, the study on a morphing-wing is in progress to improve flight performance and perform multi flight mission. There are many concepts of morphing-wing such as camber-change, wing-twist, variable-span, and so on. In this study, the aerodynamic characteristics and flight control of an air vehicle with a variable-span morphing wing (VSMW) have been investigated. VSMW with symmetric span control(SSC) can increase cruising range of aircraft by reducing drag in various flight condition. VSMW with anti-symmetric span control(ASSC) can be used in the roll control of an aircraft. The flight control about pure rolling dynamic system and full dynamic system have been performed about the cruise missile.

  • In electric motor coaches, the rolling stocks move by the adhesive effort between rail and driving wheel. Generally, the adhesive effort is defined by the function of both the weight of electric motor coach and the adhesive effort between rails and driving wheel. The characteristics of adhesive effort is strongly affected by the conditions between rails and driving wheel. When the adhesive effort decreases suddenly, the electric motor coach has slip phenomena. This paper proposes a re-adhesion control algorithm which uses the maximum adhesive effort by instantaneous estimation of adhesion force using load torque disturbance observer. Based on this estimated adhesive effort, the re-adhesion control is performed to obtain the maximum transfer of the tractive effort.

Generally, the adhesive effort is defined by the function of both the wright of electric motor coach and the adhesive effort between rails and driving wheel. The characteristics of adhesive effort is strongly affected by the conditions between rails and driving wheel. When the adhesive effort decreases suddenly, the electric motor coach has slip phenomena. This paper proposes a re-adhesion control based on disturbance observer and sensor-less vector control. The numerical simulation and experimental results point out that the proposed re-adhesion control system has the desired driving wheel torque response for the tested bogie system of electric coach. Based on this estimated adhesive effort, the re-adhesion control is performed to obtain the maximum transfer of the tractive effort.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존에 널리 사용되고 있는 스카이훅 제어 알고리즘(skyhook control algorithm)[3]을 바탕으로 확장 개발된 모드 스카이훅 제어(mode skyhook control) 개념 및 주파수 감응식 제어(frequency dependent control)개념[4][5]을 실용화하기 위하여 응답속도가 20msec이하의 비교적 빠른 응답 속도를 갖는 전자기식 작동기 (electro-magnetic actuator)에 의해 가변되는 4단 반능동형 가변 댐퍼 시스템을 개발한 후, 다음과 같은 성능의 향상을 시험결과를 통하여 보이고자 한다. -저속에서의 승차감 향상과 고속에서의 주행 안정성 향상 -커브 주행 또는 급격한 핸들 작동시의 롤안정성 (rolling stability) 향상 -제동 및 급발진시의 차체 피칭 운동 방지 (anti-dive, anti-squat)

보일러 부산 애쉬를 이용한 아스팔트 콘크리트의 박리저항성 평가 (Evaluation of Anti-Stripping Performance in Asphalt Concrete using Byproduct Ash produced from Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler)

  • 최근 집중호우, 잦은 강설 등 이상기후에 따라 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장의 포트홀 발생이 급증하고 있다. 포트홀은 교통사고와 직결되는 파손형태로 인명피해, 차량 및 도로시설물 파손 등의 피해가 증가하는 추세이다. 이에 따라 포트홀 발생을 저감하기 위해 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물에 박리방지제를 의무적으로 사용하도록 권장하고 있는 실정이다. 국내에서는 비교적 사용이 편리하고 경제적인 소석회를 박리방지제로 주로 사용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 순환 유동층 보일러 가동시 발생하는 보일러 부산 애쉬를 박리방지제로 활용하는 연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과 보일러 부산 애쉬를 아스팔트 콘크리트 혼합물 중량의 1~3% 혼합한 결과 TSR 기준을 모두 만족하였다. 품질변동을 감안하여 골재, 혼합물 등 다양한 조건의 보일러 부산 애쉬를 검토하였으며 실험결과 TSR 평균 0.87, 동적수침 후 피복률 60% 이상으로 안정적으로 품질기준을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 보일러 부산 애쉬는 안정적으로 박리방지제 성능을 발현하여 아스팔트 콘크리트 포장의 포트홀 발생 저감에 매우 효과적일 것으로 판단된다.
