This paper describes a model of the subjective reliability analysis, which uses a fuzzy set, natural language expressions and parameterized operations of fuzzy sets, and reflects analysts' subjectivity. The model has the problem of many different analysis results being obtained since the results depend on their subjectivity. As one of the solutions two kinds of mutual agreements based on the analysis results are considered. One is the intersection and the union of the fuzzy sets obtained by the analysis. The other is the weighted average of the fuzzy sets. This paper gives these interpretations from the viewpoint of system reliability analysis. This paper also shows examples of these considerations.

We examine the value of information sharing in the context of supplier-buyer relationships after controlling for trading partners' opportunism. Given that trading partners' opportunism is not randomly chosen, we explicitly incorporate their self-selection process into our estimation procedure by employing Heckman's self-selection model. According to our analysis, firms that have built safeguards via mutual trust, commitments and information sharing experience less opportunistic risk in supplier-buyer relationships. Our findings also suggest that information sharing has a positive impact on firm performance after controlling for opportunism. Further, firms that are less exposed to trading partners' opportunistic risk have achieved a higher performance than others that are more exposed. Importantly, higher performance for those firms with less opportunistic risk is driven by safeguards in supplier-buyer relationships as well as information sharing. Our findings can be applied for systems analysts to design information systems of supplier-buyer transactions.

A technique for fast image reduction or expansion, in which the reduction(expansion) factor is either any integer or any rational number M/L Is represented. The multiresolution is modeled as an interpolation and filtering followed by a decimation. The model enables frequency domain analysts of the muitiresolution representations as well as convenient design of the Kernels(filters). Using any rin linear phase(Type I) filters a fine to coarse multiresolution structure can be generated.

명료하게 글씨를 쓰는 능력은 글을 통한 의사소통에 필수적이다. 한글쓰기의 기존 평가들은 수기에 의한 채점 방식이기 때문에 시간이 오래 걸리고 주관적인 가능성이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 성인의 오프라인 필기체 문자를 영상처리를 통해 글자의 크기와 비율, 위치를 데이터화하고 정량화하여 보다 객관적이고 정확하게 쓰기 수행을 평가하고 기준을 확립하고자 하였다. 필기체 문자 영상처리 분석 결과, 높이가 폭에 비해 약 1.2배 크며 글자가 왼쪽 아래로 치우치는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구는 향후 한글의 필기 특징에 대한 기초자료가 될 것이라 사료된다.

가스절연개폐장치(GIS: Gas Insulated Switchgear) 내부에서 발생하는 UHF 부분방전 신호를 측정하고, 이를 주파수 분석을 통하여 1차 부분방전 진단을 수행하며, 주요 이상이 있을 경우 위상 분석을 통하여 7가지의 부분방전 패턴으로 분류하여 부분방전 원인을 진단할 수 있는 GIS 부분방전 진단 시스템을 국산화 개발하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 주파수 분석방법, 부분방전 진단 패턴 및 모니터링 시스템에 대하여 기술한다.

In recent years there has been an increasing emphasis on shortening design cycles for bringing products to market. This requires the development of computer aided engineering tools which allow analysts to quickly evaluate the effect of design changes on noise, vibration, and harshness. Statistical Energy Analysis (SEA) modeling is a valuable tool for predicting noise and vibration as SEA models are inherently simpler and more robust than deterministic models. SEA modeling can be combined with design sensitivity analysis (DSA) to identify design changes which give the largest performance benefit. This paper describes SEA modeling of an equipment cab. SEA predictions are compared to test data, showing good agreement. The use of design sensitivity analysis in improving cab design is then demonstrated.

The Objective of the study was to determine the usefulness of human resource accounting(HRA) information in assisting financial analysis in their investment decisions. The objective achieved by an investigation through which the reporting of HRA, combined with demographic factors that are independent or interactive, affects the decisions of financial analysts regarding the estimation of the market price of a hypothetical company's common stocks. Two kinds of research were conducted to increase the reliability of the study at the same time. Two or three sets of financial statement were prepared. Each consists of balance sheet and income statement. The actual financial statement was modified to exclude personal bias and opinion.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the sexual discrimination level of woman employee in hotel industry. This research was based on a survey. The survey was conducted on 130 individuals who were working in hotels in Seoul. With collected data, regression analysts, T-Test and analysis of variances were utilized using SAS program. The results showed that there were no evidences of sexual discrimination among tile individuals' educational levels and the departments. Whereas, there were evidences of sexual discrimination, sexual harassment. discrimination against employment, and workload among the position levels within a corporation. Finally. the analysis showed that there were sexual discrimination in a promotion policy. retirement policy. workload. and employment during employment period. However, there were no evidences of sexual discrimination in ether areas.

Accruals-Quality(AQ) is an important proxy for evaluating the quality of accounting information disclosures. High-quality accounting information will provide high predictability and precision in the disclosure of earnings and will increase the response to stock prices. And high Accruals-Quality, such as mitigating heterogeneity in accounting information interpretation, provides information usefulness in capital markets. The purpose of this study is to suggest how AQ, which represents the quality of accounting information disclosure, is transformed into digitized data in real-time in combination with IT information technology and provided to financial analyst's information environment in real-time. And AQ is a framework for predictive analysis through big data log analysis system. This real-time information from AQ will help financial analysts to increase their activity and reduce information asymmetry. In addition, AQ, which is provided in real time through IT information technology, can be used as an important basis for decision-making by users of capital market information, and is expected to contribute in providing companies with incentives to voluntarily improve the quality of accounting information disclosure.

The Management Discussion and Analysis(MD&A) provides investors with an opportunity to gain insight into the company from a manager's perspective and enables short-term and long-term analysis of the business. And MD&A is an important channel through which companies and investors can communicate, providing a useful source of information for analyzing financialstatements. MD&A is measured by the quality of disclosure and there are many previous studies on the usefulness of disclosure information. Therefore, it is very important for the financial analyst who is the representative information user group in the capital market that MD&A Disclosure Quality is measured in real-time in combination with IT information technology and provided timely to financial analyst. In this study, we propose a method that real-time data is converted to digitalized data by combining MD&A disclosure with IT information technology and provided to financial analyst's information environment in real-time. The real-time information provided by MD&A can help the financial analysts' activities and reduce information asymmetry.
