Intention to Use Digital Banking Services of Young Retail Customers in Vietnam

  • The object of this article is to assess the factors affecting the behavioral intention of young retail customers to use digital banking services in Vietnam. In this article, multivariate data analysis techniques including Cronbach's Alpha, Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Structure equation model (SEM), and Bootstrapping are used to analyze the data collected from 525 young respondents under the age of 35 who are using or having opportunities to experience digital banking services. The people taking part in the survey were mainly University students with incomes of most of them under VND 5 million. The result from the analysis illustrates that (1) perceived ease of use positively affects intention to use, (2) social influence positively impacts intention to use, and (3) customer support has a positive impact on the intention of young people to use digital banking services. While technology self-efficacy, convenience, and perceived security were found to have an impact on intention to use services in former studies, the influences of these factors on intention to use digital banking services are found insignificant in this research. From these results, the author provides implications for commercial banks to increase the intention to use digital banking of young people in Vietnam.

SNS에서 사회연결망 기반 추천과 협업필터링 기반 추천의 비교 (Comparison of Recommendation Using Social Network Analysis with Collaborative Filtering in Social Network Sites)

  • As social network services has become one of the most successful web-based business, recommendation in social network sites that assist people to choose various products and services is also widely adopted. Collaborative Filtering is one of the most widely adopted recommendation approaches, but recommendation technique that use explicit or implicit social network information from social networks has become proposed in recent research works. In this paper, we reviewed and compared research works about recommendation using social network analysis and collaborative filtering in social network sites. As the results of the analysis, we suggested the trends and implications for future research of recommendation in SNSs. It is expected that graph-based analysis on the semantic social network and systematic comparative analysis on the performances of social filtering and collaborative filtering are required.

  • 이 논문의 목적은 지역사회의 특성을 살릴 수 있는 공공도서관 문화서비스 활성화 방안을 모색해 보고자 하는 데 있다. 우선 공공도서관의 사명과 문화서비스 제공의 의의를 검토하고 경기도 지역 공공도서관을 중심으로 문화서비스 제공현황을 살펴보았다. 개별 공공도서관의 문화서비스를 활성화하기 위한 방안으로는 차별화와 특성화. 지역사회연구와 문화수요조사, 국가 및 지역 단위의 지원체계 확립, 실무자 역량강화를 위한 재교육 프로그램, 마케팅 기법을 적용한 서비스 기획의 다섯 가지 측면으로 나누어 살펴보았다.

Effect of Auditor's Simultaneous Audit and Tax Services and Tax-service Fee on Firm Value: Korea's Evidence

  • The purpose of this research is to examines the effect of the audit offer and simultaneous tax services from auditors on the firm value of clients. To test this hypothesis, we used the samples of the auditors' tax services selected from firms listed on the securities markets of Korea. We use the methodology of regression analysis. The major findings are as follows. First, TAX_SER has a positive relationship with the firm value. The knowledge and experience resulting from the offer of audit services are applied to the process of offering tax services to enhance the professionalism of audit and tax services. Second, the analysis was performed to determine if the type of tax services from auditors and the type of listed markets make any difference in the effect of TAX_SER1 on TQ; the study has revealed that only tax adjustment has a positive effect on TQ in the type of tax services. Depending on the type of listed markets, TAX_SER1 has been found to have a differential effect on the firm value. The results show that investors might decide to invest in those firms where the auditor could increase the firm value through audit and tax services.

  • 본 연구는 세계 최대의 의학도서관인 미국 국립의학도서관과 국내 국립의학도서관인 국립의과학지식센터 서비스 비교·분석을 통해 그 개선점 제언을 목적으로 수행되었다. 개선해야 할 핵심적인 서비스는 주제특화 서비스, 지역사회 서비스, 이용자 유형별 서비스, 교육 서비스, 기술 및 시설·공간 서비스, 연구지원 서비스, 마케팅 및 홍보와 협력 서비스이다. 주제특화 서비스와 대국민 서비스는 전문도서관에서도 점차 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 이용자 유형별 서비스를 통한 접근의 효율성이 필요하며 대상의 제한을 두지 않는 다양한 유형의 교육 서비스도 필요하다. AI, 가상현실 그리고 장애인 지원을 위한 기술·시설·공간 서비스, 연구윤리와 연구 보조금 및 프로그램 중심의 연구지원 서비스, 국내외 관종별도서관, 타 관련 분야 학회, 기관, 지역사회와의 협력 서비스를 통한 마케팅 및 홍보도 필요하다.

기록관 웹사이트 검색어의 분석과 활용 - 대통령기록관을 중심으로 - (Analysis and Utilization of Search Terms in Archival Web Sites: A Case Study of Korean Presidential Archives)

  • 본 연구에서는 기록관 웹사이트의 검색어 분석 결과를 이용자들에 대한 기록 정보서비스에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있을지 알아보고자 하였다. 특히 검색어 분석을 콘텐츠서비스 등 기록정보서비스 개발의 한 방법론으로 검토해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공기록관이자 주제기록관으로서 일반 이용자들의 폭넓은 관심을 끌만한 특징을 가지고 있는 대통령기록관의 검색어 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 대통령기록관의 웹사이트 검색어 분석 결과는 (1) 일반 검색어 분석; (2) 대통령 이름별 분석; (3) 검색어 주제 영역 분석 등 세 가지로 제시되었다. 검색어 분석 결과는 콘텐츠서비스 및 웹사이트 메뉴 설정, 전시, 교육 등 다양한 서비스에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

  • To have competitive advantage over competing telecommunications services, it is crucial to provide higher value with lower cost. In this study, CUP (Cost-Utility-Preference) chart is developed to analyze the market competition dynamically. It considers both the competition and customers' preference of each service to explain the change of the competitive landscape over time. Conjoint analysis is used for detailed analysis. Using the chart, we can analyze the currently competing services, predict the future scenarios of the competition, develop new services, and understand the causes of successes or failures of telecommunications services.

병원 약제행위의 원가구조 및 수가체계 개선방향 (Cost Structure of the Hospital Drug Services and Their Directions for Price System Improvement)

  • The price systems of the hospital drug services play key roles in the provision of quality services and the development of pharmacy service technologies. Under the premises, this study attempted to determine the costs of hospital drug service, to compare the costs calculated with the fees publicly fixed by the Government, and based on the results of the analysis, to propose directions for the improvement of the price systems. A Costing model for the study was developed based on the cost-fee relationship analysed of the Korean fee-for-service systems. Data on costs and workloads of the 25 hospitals were collected through survey forms designed for the costing' and analysis for the duration of 12 months of 1998. The results of the analysis show that a tremendous unbalance between cost and price levels of the drug services, and that overally the price level of the services is extremely low when compared to the costs of services. Based on these findings, this study suggests that unfairly high or low price level be corrected, and that service items newly developed and being practiced at tertiary hospitals, such as TDM and TPN consultation services, be compensated by fixing a proper level of price.

중국 소비자의 모바일 결제서비스 수용의도 연구: 소비가치 이론의 적용 (A Study on Chinese Consumers' Acceptance Intention of Mobile Payment Service: A Theory of Consumption Values Perspective )

  • Mobile payment services are evolving into a variety of integrated platforms that greatly affect the lives of consumers. In addition, the importance of mobile payment services is being used as a means of payment in cross-border e-commerce. Accordingly, although a number of related studies have been conducted, most of the studies are based on the technology acceptance model. This study analyzes consumer acceptance intention of mobile payment services by applying consumption value theory. Four dimensions were derived from the theory of consumption value: functional value, emotional value, social value and situational value. With this, we identified the impact on consumer acceptance of mobile payment services. The analysis was performed using a structural equation model. Researchers collected 300 copies of the questionnaire from Chinese consumers and used it for analysis. Empirical analysis shows that functional value, emotional value, social value and situational value are all increasing consumers' willingness to accept mobile payment services. In addition, only social values were showing differences in their influence on the acceptance of mobile payment services with age. This study contributes to the development of the relevant field in that few studies describe mobile payment services by applying consumption value theory.

보건소장의 한방진료에 대한 태도와 관련 요인 분석 (A study on the current status of oriental medical care services in health centers and implications for its expansion)

  • Currently the oriental medical care services in the health centers is getting popularity because of their unique aspects which western medicine can not cover. This study was conducted to speculate the current status of oriental medical care services in health centers and possibility of how to effectively provide the oriental medical care services(or traditional medical care services) in health centers. For the study, the survey questionnaires were distributed to all 269 health centers and 138(51.3%) of them were collected. Eight of the collected were inadequate for the analysis and 130 of 269 questionnaires were finally chosen for the study. The SPSS/PC WIN 8.0 was used for the statistical analysis. The results are as follows. First, 91 out of 130 sample health centers(70%) are providing oriental medical care services. The results show that the willingness of the directors and the public awareness in community are the most important factors to provide oriental medical care services in health centers. In contrast, the lack of cooperative efforts between western and oriental medical doctors and the lack of government supports are considered as factors that intervene the oriental medical care services in health centers. About 80% of the sample health centers respond that the government supports is needed for oriental medical care services in health centers. Second, it was asked to the directors of 39 health centers which do not provide oriental medical care services regarding their future plan to include the services. About 70% of health centers respond that no plan is available now. They acknowledge that the demand on the services is the most important factor to consider the oriental services as their future medical services. Third, 69.2% of the oriental medical doctors in health centers are public health doctor. 95.6% of the sample health centers have space for the oriental medical care services in their facilities and some health centers provide the services through the private clinics nearby facilities. Finally, the surveyors consider both budgetary constraints and difficulty in recruiting doctors as barriers for the effective oriental medical care services in health centers. Finally, t-test and LSD were employed to find out the difference among several groups. The analysis shows statistically significant difference among groups about their recognition on health care policy, health care system, and effectiveness of oriental medical care services. To be conclude, the study shows the necessity of oriental medical care services in health centers. To do so, the government supports, cooperative efforts between oriental and western medical doctors, and providing job security for doctors should proceed to provide effective oriental medical care services in health centers.
